The apartment has all that could be needed for a relaxing holiday on one of Europe’s beautiful coastline. The location itself cannot be faulted sitting on a high vantage point offering views of an amazing beach, with rock pools and coves. Each room exits onto the large terrace which enjoys sunshine from early morning to mid afternoon. The apartment truly is a home from home coming complete with all conveniences you would expect, including free WiFi . Access to beach level is provided via a lift and there is a private and secure car park. The property also has a Lodging Licence (no 5561/AL) which all holiday rentals are required to have by law. From the beach, at low tide, you can walk to both Villamora and Albuferia, stopping at several beach bars or restaurants on the way… Villamora has a Marina and also boasts many world class Golf Courses. Albufeira is livelier with its "old town" and street market. The "Algarve shopping" centre is in nearby Guia, easily accessed via car. There are many beautiful beaches nearby. Other activities include Zoomarine and Waterparks. Organised Boat or Fishing Trips are easy to book through the Ticket Office in the village .

This apartment has a fabulous terrace with its own sunloungers and plenty of space. It offers stunning views over the pool, to the beach and up the coast. It is very well equipped to make your apartment a temporary home from home. The lift in this block makes the apartment ideal for those of limited mobility. It enables easy acccess to the beach and also an easy walk to the facilities at the higher part of Olhos de Agua.
Great apartment, indoors and large terrace for sunbathing / eating out. Pool area with plenty of sun loungers . Apartment right in the middle of ‘town’ and 5 mins to beach , perfect.
We had a wonderful relaxing stay in Norman's apartment. The apartment itself has everything you could need for a comfortable self-catering holiday but due to its proximity to the little resort (literally 2 minutes) it is just as easy to eat out at the many and varied restaurants in the area. The views are lovely from the apartment and the pool area is such a bonus and never got too busy whilst we were there. In all a little gem and we will be going back !

Overall a great stay at this property. All was as described and the facility was well equipped. Nice sea view from the large balcony which had full sun for most of the day. Norman was a great host and provided all the information to facilitate our stay.

Norman and his property made our stay in Olhos even better than normal. The apartment was clean, cool and ideally placed for all the local amenities including the beach.

Impressive
I've just returned from a 14 day stay at Norman's condo at verandas do mar, and I have to say it was beautifully kept apt.
I would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing break with everything you need on your doorstep.

Great location with great views
The terrace was a good size however it lost the sun at 12 mid day. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked nice. The apartment was tastefully decorated.
This unit was PERFECT It is in an excellent location. We had a rental car, so it had secure underground parking.
The unit has everything you need. The LARGE balcony is especially good as it has lots of room for lounges, chairs table, umbrella etc.
We are particularly fussy about having a good mattress, and this one met all the demands.
The host Norman was excellent and pro - active. Quick to respond to Emails
We will definitely come back to this unit.

The apartment was very good, plenty of space on the balcony, ideal spot although the balcony lost the sun at about 3.30. Not enough beds around the pool was a bit of a pain. But overall, a good apartment on a nice spot.

Home in the sun
This is our second stay at this apartment and yet again it was an excellent choice. All you need is in the apartment including washing machine and dishwasher, and internet connection.
A large balcony is there for you to enjoy the sea view and to bask in the sunshine.
There is a communal swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds so there is no need to get there first in the morning for the best spot!
The owner of this beautiful apartment is always contactable if you have any issues (which we had none!) with plenty of advice regarding places to go and car rental etc.
We stayed august 2022 for a week in this lovely apartment. The pool area was lovely, everything was great. Everything we needed was there. The air con worked well and we got English tv.
We did have a little problem with the lift. I am disabled and can’t manage stairs. We could get the lift down from the apartment easily. But at the end of the night 11pm ish. we couldn’t get it to take us back up to 0 (our floor). So one night my husband left me in the lift and decided to go up the stairs to our floor and call the lift from there(bringing me up to our floor). I felt the lift just jolt and move a tiny bit and then stop. None of the buttons would work and I was stuck in the lift on my mobility scooter. The old man in the car park office didn’t know what to do except phone the fire brigade. They promptly arrived after about 30 mins and rescued me. They were really friendly blokes and it was a relief to see them, so being rescued by firemen is a tick off my bucket list lol. We didn’t use the lift again at night to come up we decided to walk around the building up quite a steep incline. But we didn’t let this didn’t spoil our holiday at all and we would stay at Normans apartment again as it was so nice. The little town was enough for us, plenty of eateries a lovely beach and lots of sunshine. We will be back, thank you Norman x

Die Wohnung ist okay und die Lage auch ,aber wir wurden jeden früh um 5 von Kindergeschrei geweckt ,vom Vermieter bekamen wir keine vorab Information, also vorher nach dem Code für Wohnung und Fahrstuhl fragen, wir standen gut zwei Stunden vor dem Gebäude bevor wir den Vermieter ans Telefon bekamen.

Het appartement is klein, maar comfortabel, met vaatwasser en wasmachine. Vriendelijke eigenaar met goede communicatie. Comfortabel is de lift naar het strand. Een ruim balkon, echter niet geschikt voor de winterperiode; er komt nauwelijks zon op het balkon. Dus uitermate geschikt voor de zomer, met mooi zwembad. Maar voor ons in februari minder geschikt.

I live in N Wales having worked for the National Trust as a Building surveyor I had decided to look for a holiday home for my impending retirement. My search for a property on the Algarve began in 2010 and after many trips out there have finally been fortunate enough to purchase an apartment which is not only located in the area we wanted but a lovely apartment with sea views that make this a perfect spot. I have always looked forward to having a bolt hole to spend long winter breaks with my partner and family.
Why they chose this property
Why Olhos? I first came to Olhos d Agua in 1999 not returning for some 13 years I was pleasantly surprised to see it still retained its charm and character. It sits just 30 minutes drive from the airport and is in between two of the regions biggest attractions – Villamora with its world class golf courses, up market boutiques and marina. Just a few minutes in the other direction is Alburfuria with its new marina and quaint old town. The location of the apartment itself cannot be faulted sitting as it does on a high vantage point offering views of an amazing beach, with rock pools and coves. From the beach, you can walk to both Villamora and Alburfuria, stopping at several beach bars or restaurants on the way…
What makes this property unique
The apartment has all that could be needed for a relaxing holiday on one of Europe’s most popular coastlines. It boasts a very large terrace occupying almost as large a floor area as the apartment itself enjoying sunshine from early morning – perfect for an al -fresco breakfast and relaxing. Inside a high quality fitted kitchen with through lounge. This contains a sofa bed, a chair, and coffee table. Both this room and the bedroom lead out onto the terrace. The bathroom boasts a WC, bidet washbasin and a bath with a power shower. A communal pool and the beach is just 50M away, accessed down steps situated directly outside the lobby door or there is even a lift which takes you down to the street level adjacent to the beach. You also have your secure own parking space below
