The apartment , located on the 1st floor with no lift, was recently renovated and overlooks Madonna di Santa Margherita , a work dating back to the early 700.It’s composed of a living room with sofa , dining area , fully equipped semi habitable kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom with walk-in closet , a bedroom with two single beds and a spacious and modern bathroom with shower . It is equipped with all the amenities such as air conditioning in all the rooms , wireless Internet , plasma TV , hi - fi and a modern dishwasher . Great location for short stay
Our family (2 boys aged 10 & 12) stayed during July. The location of the unit is amazing - walking distance to everything in the city being about equidistant between colosseum, Vatican and Spanish steps. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, and lovely bright comfortable bedrooms to sleep in at night. The lounge isn’t isn’t for hanging around in but suited our needs to prepare for our next outing into Rome.

Wonderful location
Mial House is a great property, in a perfect location. It is literally right in the centre of everything. It is surrounded by a number of wonderful restaurants and all major attractions are within walking distance. The property itself is fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and it had plenty of space for our two teenagers. Communication with Issac and Giulia was excellent throughout and it was an absolute pleasure to meet Raoni, who met us at the apartment and gave us some great tips about the area. We would love to return to Mial House in the future!

Our experience staying at the apartment was fabulous. It was very clean and in a great location. The longest walk was 30 minutes, so basically near to all the popular places you would want to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communications with the property team were excellent, nothing was too much trouble.

Spacious apartment in a convenient location
Lovely stay in this spacious apartment with great air conditioning- a must in the heat of the Roman summer! Apartment was well appointed and a convenient walk to most sights. Communication with owner was easy and they even helped with airport transfer and allowed us to drop our bags before official check-in. Overall, a very positive experience and a place we would recommend.

Cozy spot in the middle of Rome
The location of this apartment is just amazing, everything is nearby, including every day Farmers Market, restaurants, da Vinci Museum, etc. The apartment nicely uses old bricks, high ceilings, etc. to make an exclusive look and feel. There is a bit of noise, especially on Thursday night because it seems that Rome never sleeps :) Overall a great place for a short stay.

We were met by Allessandro and he took us to the apartment and explained everything. The apartment was wonderful! There are wooden shutters outside the bedroom windows if the street lamp bothers you at night. Very clean, and a great location. Not far from the Vatican, Piazza Navonna, Colosseum, Trevor fountain etc. We would definitely stay here again

Lage der Wohnung gut, nur 3 Sterne wegen lauter Bar direkt unter der Wohnung
Von der Wohnung aus lässt sich Rom gut zu Fuß erkunden. Wohnung groß, den engen Gassen geschuldet etwas dunkel, Betten gut. Die Wohnung liegt direkt über einer Bar, weshalb es nachts teilweise sehr laut war. Nichts für Allergiker.

We had a great time in this rental. Outfitted for everything in kitchen. Check in was so smooth with Loredana. She was so helpful with recommendations for local places too. Place has tons of storage and is great for family of 4. Bathroom was good, everything was clean. Little street right by a great square. Only minor thing was noise at night from bar/ club underneath us. Sound machines blocked it out for us but it’s loud

Not perfect, but excellent location for first Rome trip
This rental was just right for our family of 4 (two adults, two kids ages 10, 12). We stayed 5 nights and found the location to be excellent. Very close proximity to highly regarded food and drink establishments, walkable to almost every tourist site we wanted to visit. Beds were solid and very comfortable, washer and dryer were easy to use, internet worked well, and the bathroom was nice. A few things we noted for possible future improvement: 1. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, causing standing water just a few seconds into a shower. A minor issue that we did not want to spend time or energy on during our short stay, but seems like something that could be checked and fixed in between bookings. 2. The one loveseat in the living room was small for the space. The dining chairs provide extra seating but it would feel more comfortable to have a second couch or lounge chair, especially since there was a lot of empty space. Combined with the dim lighting, the main living room just felt a bit sad. 3. The apartment is directly on top of a hookah bar, which got very loud at night. Our kids slept through the noise but for the adults, earplugs were a must.

Location was perfect!!
You can’t beat the location!! In the middle of everything someone would want to do in Rome. The place was clean and nice. With three girls we could have used an extra bathroom but we knew that going into it. Alessandro who checked us in was great and full of information. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Rome!!

Bien pero...difícil descansar
El apartamento es amplio y está muy bien situado pero se hace difícil descansar. Hemos estado 7 noches y el fin de semana tiene debajo un pub con música alta hasta las 2 am y no se puede dormir. Todos los días por la mañana (menos el domingo) llaman entre las 7:30 am y 8:30 am al timbre para entrar al edificio por la basura, Por lo que la noche del viernes casi no pudimos dormir. Con dos niños pequeños lo del descanso es imprescindible. Está bien equipado pero le faltan muchos detalles. No tiene nada para limpiar y tampoco había manteles. Es la primera vez que voy a un apartamento y no hay servilletas, son pequeños detalles que hacen la estancia más cómoda. Hemos estado 7 noches y hemos tenido que comprar productos para limpiar el baño y la mesa del comedor.

Nous avons apprécié énormément notre visite à Rome. L'appartement correspond exactement au descriptif sur l'annonce. Beaucoup de charme. Nous avons été accueillies par Loredana qui a eu la gentillesse de nous donner des bonnes adresses. Idéalement bien situé au centre de Rome. La place Campo de Fiori juste en bas avec beaucoup de restaurants et accès tout de suite aux petites rues très animées, boutiques, bars, restaurants. Nous avons tout fait à pied. je recommande donc cet appartement. Si je dois faire une seule petite remarque " literie des lits simples pas trop confortable" Mais ne nous a pas empêché de dormir après nos journées bien chargées de visite de Rome. Je vous conseille fortement ce logement.

We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed it all so much. Steps away from a market square and so many good options….make sure to visit the famous Osteria Da Fortunata! Highly recommend this stay!

Great Rome neighborhood
The location for this apartment was perfect for us. It was close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for the four of us. The two bedrooms were spacious and the living area was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen for meal prep but it seemed to have everything one would need to cook meals.

Fabulous 2 bedroom in the heart of Rome
This is a great two bedroom with all the amenities from washer dryer to A/C. The high ceilings and large windows allow a ton of light in. It’s located just 5-10 minutes walks to all the sites. I would highly recommend

Très bien!
Tout était très bien exception faite qu’il n’y avait pas de cafetière ni grille pain pour le petit déjeuner. Également, le bruit et la musique du bar situé sous l’appartement en soirée et début de nuit était particulièrement fort. Je recommande quand même cet appartement pour l’emplacement et la grande disponibilité et gentillesse des propriétaires. L’appartement est superbe et grand. Les lits sont confortables. Merci!

Right after booking we were contacted by Isaac about our trip. He arranged a private transfer on our behalf and we were able to check in a little early after a long day of travel. Loredana was there to check us in with tips on restaurants, taxis and more. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Perfect for our family of 4 with two teenage girls. Had all the basic amenities and air conditioning worked great which was important for August. Location was perfect walking distance to all attractions (Vatican city, Spanish steps, Colleseum). With plenty of restaurants, bakeries near by. Added bonus the Campo de Fiori daily market for fresh fruit and vegetables. Do not hesitate to book this place!

Was concerned after I booked this location that there were zero reviews, but the place was perfect for my family and I. Kids had their space and we had ours. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants and delicious breakfast was convenient. The neighborhood is beyond beautiful and wandering the streets during our free moments was a highlight to our stay for sure. Extra bonus was sneaking in a few loads of laundry. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay Rome
We arrived 2 hours earlier than originally planned due to availability on the train. The owner went out of his way to accommodate us and allowed us to leave our bags at the apartment while the cleaning staff prep the apartment. The owner's representative met us and gave us a quick tour and gave us a booklet with tips and local restaurants, and points of interest and taxi # (See final note on taxis below). We than went for lunch and the cleaning staff completed the work, on our return everything was perfect. This is a very luxurious apartment with plenty of storage and centralized with walking distance to most major monuments & historical sites including the colosseum, the Vatican & St Peter's, Trevi Fountain ..... all withing 1.8 Kl or less and 10 to 25 minute walk. There is a bar beneath the apartment and women's clothing store beneath the apartment. The Bar/restaurant is open till 2 AM but is not an issue as the floor and walls are very well sound proof and noise was minimum while we stayed there. Plenty of beautiful shops & restaurants everywhere and a square with local merchants just meters away and ready to take your money :) ..... lots of good bargain where you can negotiate to a certain points. Last thing Taxis are very busy. Need taxi in the middle of the night, going to airport call early evening & they will accommodate. Anything past 7 Am call the same morning & be ready to wait a long time on the phone and be hung-up. We went to taxi stand and flagged a taxi.

Wonderfull experience the property is very conviniently located down the street from Campo de fiori. Hosts were very nice. Isaac was very helpful. Had a car waiting for us at the airport after the Avery long flight from USA. Also, Loredana very kindly explained things to us. And assisted as needed. Will book again in the future.
