Great place to stay
Warm cosy cottage, well equipped and very well situated. Mrs Grigg (owner) was very helpful, greeted us on arrival, checked during the week to see that we were warm enough and had everything we needed. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone visiting north Cornwall/Devon. Quiet location, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Lovely cottage and a very nice welcome
Spacious cottage and very well situated for the beach and a pub in walking distance. Although it rained nearly everyday day , we had a lovely time

Great kerb appeal but needs some investment
Lovely quiet location in the village. House full of character but a bit tired and in need of money spending. Shower hopeless alternating between freezing and scalding. Lack of a proper garden is a distinct disadvantage.

Lovely, quaint cottage
We had all we needed and had enough room for 6 adults and a child, at Tea cosy cottage, all cutlery, plates, dishes, pans etc, were all there. The cottage itself is about a 5 minute drive to the centre of Bude, so is ideal, the village where it is located is very quiet, there is only one shop and one pub, which is old and very, very quiet, no music, TVs, etc so we only went once. However the location for the area around north Cornwall is great, but all need a bit of a drive to get to. We went into Bude most nights where's plenty to do and the beach is fantastic. In the village of Marehamchurch, there is a very, very old church which is worth a visit. We enjoyed our week in Tea cosy cottage and would recommend staying there to anyone who needs a base for this area. It was Good value for money, has a very friendly owner and is perfect for a large family.

MARVELLOUS LITTLE COTTAGE.
OUR STAY WAS FAULTLESS. LOCATION WAS FAULTLESS. THE OWNER (A LOVELY LADY WITH A LITTLE GIRLS GIGGLE WHICH I FOUND VERY INFECTIOUS) NEVER BOTHERED YOU. MORE IMPORTANTLY, YOU NEVER HAD TO BOTHER HER. STAY THERE IF YOU CAN, YOU CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. KEVIN.

The farm is separated from Tea Cosy Cottage which is now runned by my 2 grown up sons. I have been welcoming Self catering holidays here, for 40 years and I have met many wonderful people from across the world.
