Quinta de Sao Roque is an exclusive beachside development set amongst sub tropical gardens and swimming pools, overlooking the beautiful Meia Praia beach near Lagos. The views surrounding Quinta de Sao Roque are stunning with the Monchique mountains forming the perfect backdrop and Palmeres golf course
next door, it is ideally situated for enjoying the best of the Algarve. The vibrant town of Lagos with its old cobbled street with bars and restaurants and lively marina, is just a 5 minute drive away. Lagos also boasts some of the Algarve's most picturesque beaches with plenty of activities for all the family.

The property has a ground floor with a spacious well equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining room leading onto a BBQ terrace that looks out to sea. The first floor has a master bedroom with double bed, en-suite and balcony overlooking the beach. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a separate bathroom.

Wir hatten ein tollen Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien inkl. Kleinkindern im Ferienhaus. Das Haus und die Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Sowohl die Vermieter im Vorfeld als auch die Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit das Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen und auch selbst wiederkommen.

Très belle location
Très belle location bien aménagée avec vue sur mer , terrasses agréables sans vis à vis uniquement la campagne et la mer ! La piscine est agréable et en générale au calme Un endroit très reposant à 5 minutes d'une très belle plage, proche de la ville et des commerces . À recommander même en pleine saison !

Beautiful house in a wondeful location
My husband and I enjoyed a very relaxing week at this lovely house. Its located in a fantastic spot just a 10 minute walk from Meia Praia beach in Lagos. The beach is huge and ideal if you like to go for long beach walks. There are plenty of beach bars and restaurants all the way along. Lagos town centre is just a couple of minutes drive away. Its our third time staying in Lagos and we love it. Its lively with lots of shops, bars and restaurants and a great choice of small pretty beaches within easy driving distance. The house itself is superb. Its clean, modern, spacious and very well equipped. The view from both the terrace and the balcony are spectacular. Its on a quiet resort with a row of houses and a couple of blocks of apartments. There are two communal pools and we never found these to be very busy. There were always plenty of sun loungers. The reception staff at the resort must be mentioned as they were so friendly and helpful. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking to holiday in the Lagos region. Its perfect for couples or families with children.

A perfect Holiday
We have recently returned from a relaxing break at this property in Meia Praia. We booked a 10 day stay with our 2 boys aged 14 and 8. The whole booking from beginning to end was so easy. Initially made an enquiry for 10 days rather than 7 or 14 which was fine with the owners. Communication was excellent we were able to reserve the dates for a couple of days so we could organise our flights. Payment was made by bank transfer and all booking confirmation and accommodation details and directions were sent straight away. We arrived a couple of hours earlier than the 2pm - booked in at the reception office and we were able to leave our suitcases at the property whilst it was being cleaned so,we could go to the supermarket Pingo Doce which is about 5-7 minute drive away, where you can get all you need. The house was immaculate, exactly as it is described - large living area, dining, kitchen well equipped for all your needs, dishwasher, washing machine. Large bedrooms with lots of storage space. Lovely terrace-BBQ . There are two pools one adult and one children's , which I would say is for young children (more toddlers up to about 5). We did speak to the staff about the adult pool if our 14 year old could use it as the childrens/family pool was just not suitable. they said we could take both children into the adult pool as long as they are well behaved and not too noisy. lots of parents did the same and it worked out well for us. If there were any adults coming in just to swim, our children would get out for a while, you do need to respect that it is an adult pool. but to be honest we were there in the middle of school holidays and the first 3 days we had the pool to ourselves, very quiet. We did hire a car, journey from Faro about 1 hour 10 mins. The marina is about 5 min drive, you can park anywhere down there. We did walk one eve to the old town which did take about an hour! Not ideal road to walk back in the dark tho. We took a cab back. Lagos town bustling, great restaurants, nice atmosphere. We found a beach called Furnas Beach which is just past Salema beach. It's a small cove, quiet and great for the children to swim. All in all we had a fantastic time, first time we have used owners direct and would highly recommend it. The house I would definitely go back, and have recommended to our friends and family. Shame we had to return home!
