There's also a modern family bathroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. To the outside there is off road parking for one car. 1 Southgate is an ideal base for a family or group of friends looking to make the most of the nearby Peak District National Park during the day and the popular town of Buxton in the evening.

The owner provides a welcome pack at this property that includes a small box of locally sourced chocolates, bottle of milk, tea, coffee and bottle of wine (red and white).
