3 Bedroom Holiday Cottage

A 3 bedroom holiday cottage with off-road parking and great location on Swanage high street. Built in 2005 & refurbished in December 2021 to include all new bathrooms, flooring, beds, and redecoration. The property has the advantage of a 2nd bedroom floor so master bedroom (with en-suite) has its own door / stair case so if sharing with friends or family you have privacy between the floors. Each floor has a 70 inch, 4k flat screen TV with Freeview and Netflix. There are
games, beach equipment. Owner provides; tea, coffee, toilet rolls and high speed internet (BT Infinity) Owner is very helpful about the house and local area. House gets great reviews and is extremely clean. Week stays are normally Sat - Sat so please enquire first if this is not what you require. .

Comfy, with all mod cons.

Beautifully refurbished , really nice bathrooms, comfy beds. Super sized tv screens ! Nice distance from town centre with good pubs on way home ! About half an hours walk to lovely Durlston Country Park, but go out Peveril way.

Nice and Confortable property and close enough to the town center of Swanage.The only problem we had with staying at this property was the terrible strong smell of sick/ off milk troughtout the ground floor and kitchen area.. it was very unpleasant for the whole of our stay . We text the owner/manager but we didn’t get anything sorted and any reply.

We were impressed with the cottage, modern and very clean. Comfortable lounge area and kitchen Fully equipped. Just a 10 minute walk into town and nearest beach. Swanage people very friendly, wed like to go again with our family.

Beautiful house

Great house and location. 16 of us stayed in 3 different houses in Swanage and this was by far the best house both for the house and location being just a 5-10 minute walk from the town and beaches.

Swanage getaway

Lovely cottage in good location. Handy shops and walk to the beach. Only issues were no wardrobes and no ful length mirror. Lovely and clean a really good base and amazing televisions.

Clean modern well fitted. Swanage is great for families… could not find info book Wifi code ground floor is tiles only good Flor cleaning g but a little cold could use a rug to feel more welcoming and warm. But overall very good.

Lovely place, very clean, good location

We had a very pleasant comfortable stay here, easy to get to the town and the beach, all mod cons in the kitchen, plus beach equipment and toys provided as well. And the tvs are amazing :-D Only a couple of small inconveniences - no washing line / clothes horse, and only 4 dining chairs instead of 6. But otherwise all great!

Fabulous location and ideal place to stay

Everything was as described and it was helpful to read in a review about using the window shutters as these were not obvious. Lots of useful kitchen equipment and great Wi-Fi connections. Beds very comfy. Lots of space for four adults and great that the upstairs bedroom was self contained. Fantastic parking space directly in the front of the house. We all thoroughly enjoyed staying here and being in Swanage.

Lovely cottage, handy location

Great having off street parking. Good communication with owner. A visitor information pack would have been useful, explaining how the blinds work, rubbish recycling instructions etc. overall a fantastic property.

Loved the house; modern; clean largely well equipped especially for children. Just a few niggles would otherwise have been perfect. A heads up and some compensation for the broken washer drier would have been appreciated.

We loved our short break in this gorgeous house. It was spotlessly clean, welcoming and cosy. It had everything you need and a bonus having a small drive for the car. Not knowing the area it was tricky to find but worth it. The only negative is the sensor light in the master bedroom is so sensitive that it switches on with the slightest of movement, maybe could be repositioned however it didn’t take away from a fabulous stay. We would highly recommend for the perfect and most comfortable getaway.

Wonderful stay over half term

With four adults and child (age 8). we were looking for a base in Swanage. The house met all our needs - spotlessly clean and just as described. The parking space is a real bonus, as this is at a premium. Good kitchen and a nice comfy sofa in the open plan area to relax. A short walk to the waterfront, with a spar just along the round for any quick buys. Would stay again. .

Perfect!

We had a lovely time staying here. The cottage is within easy walking distance of beach, shops etc. A great pub a few doors down . The cottage itself had everything we needed and more. Beautifully clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Excellent house and location

It was a fab house with excellent location. The house has everything you could think of but could do with more mirrors. I was too short to use the 1st floor bathroom and I’m 5’2.
