Rustig en prachtige tuin

Aangenaam verblijf,rustig, privacy wel auto nodig. Spijtig dat de boomhut niet gebruikt kon worden want op die hut voor kleinkinderen hadden we verblijf ook geboekt. Ook wekelijkse wissel van handdoeken en lakens is niet gebeurd

Heerlijke 2 weken.

Huis is eenvoudig ingericht maar wel voorzien van wasmachine en vaatwasser. Wij verbleven in de twee weken heerlijk buiten in de zeer grote tuin met zwembad. Het uitzicht vanuit het zwembad is gewoon geweldig. De TV werd op de dag van aankomst speciaal voor ons geplaatst. Ook hebben we deze periode gezelschap gehad van hun kleine katertje die het blijkbaar heel gezellig vond bij ons. Wij hebben hier een heerlijke tijd gehad. Stefania heeft zeer snel geschakeld als we vragen stelde. Communicatie via de App van VRBO verliep prima. Mochten wij nog een keer in dit gebied op vakantie gaan dan zouden we zeker terugkeren.

Immersa nella natura

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend in questa casa vacanze, immersa nel verde e con piscina. La casa è molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per una vacanza confortevole. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, bagno per disabili, cucina e barbecue: non manca proprio nulla! L'unica pecca, se così si può dire, è che essendo una casa in campagna, è inevitabile che ci siano animaletti in giro. Sia dentro che fuori, è facile trovare vespe, bacarozzi vari, falene, ragni di ogni dimensione, insomma, fauna di ogni tipo. Quindi, se siete persone fobiche, questo potrebbe non essere il posto adatto a voi. La proprietaria è stata molto riservata, gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche prestato la legna per brace! La casa è situata al piano terra della villa, la proprietaria al piano sopra, quindi si può godere della propria privacy e di tutto il giardino della villa. Un'unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è il bordo della piscina, che è costituito da mattoni traballanti, e sarebbe opportuno installare una recinzione con cancelletto intorno alla piscina, per evitare che i bambini possano accedervi in autonomia. Nel complesso, siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. La casa è perfetta per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante e immerso nella natura.

Entspannte Ferien in schöner Umgebung

Im riesigen Garten mit dem Pool verbrachten wir zwei wundervolle, entspannte Wochen. Wenn wir keine Ausflüge unternahmen, genossen wir unseren Brunch unter der grünen Pergola. Fragen an die Besitzerin wurden immer innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet. Die Besitzer wohnen im selben Haus über der Ferienunterkunft, was überhaupt nicht störte. Der Pool wurde alle zwei Tage gründlich gepflegt.Praktisch war, dass sämtliche drei Schlafzimmer ihr eigenes Bad besitzen. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein viertes Bad mit Waschmaschine. Zwei feste Grillstellen und ein Pizzaofen können benutzt werden. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Küche war für uns ausreichend (und wir kochten praktisch immer selbst und etwas aufwändiger). Da wir ein sehr grosses Auto besitzen, waren wir über die einfache und breite Zufahrt sehr froh. Ein automatisches Zufahrtstor mit Fernbedienung war ein zusätzliches sehr nützliches Detail. Wir unternahmen Ausflüge nach Boca do Mar (Meeresstrand bei Tarquinia), ca. 1h15 mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fanden wir im 30min entfernten Viterbo. In 15-20 Minuten waren wir in Bagnoregio und besuchten das tolle Mittelalterdorf auf einem FelsenCivita di Bagnoregio. Der Park der Ungeheuer ist ca. 30min entfernt, ebenso die öffentlich zugänglichen heissen Quellbäder bei Viterbo Therme. Ein Ausflug nach Bolsena mit Baden im Lago di Bolsena war ebenfalls ca. 30min per Auto entfernt. Bei kühleren Temperaturen wären wir auch die ca. 1h40 nach Rom gefahren.

Lovely and quiet

Thankful for warm and simple welcome in this charming and spacious place. Appreciated the garden (with sun and shade!) and the pool. Kitchen provides most one needs, fans in the bedrooms, barbecue and dining outside or inside. All as described. Neighbourhood very quiet, shops and restaurants a few minutes drive away, as well as wonderful walks and small hikes. Stefania is a great host, we had a wonderful week, thank you very much!

Week end in famiglia

La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile,la proprietà molto bella e molto comoda perché in ogni stanza ha un bagno ed inoltre anche un bagno per disabili!l’esterno un grande giardino curato a nostra disposizione…..unica cosa mancante ( perché c’era di tutto anche x poter cucinare)la televisione (ma non indispensabile) Ringrazio ancora la signora Stefania per la sua ospitalità

Ottimo !

Ci siamo trovati benissimo con Stefania che è stata molto flessibile con noi. La casa è ottima e spaziosa, vicina a tanti punti di interesse nella regione. La piscina situata in un bellissimo giardino è perfetta per rilassarsi e rinfrescare nelle calde giornate d'estate. Se dobbiamo trovare una cosa da dire sarebbe di modernizzare qualche attrezzature come per esempio le cose per cucinare. Pero ci siamo trovati benissimo, lo consigliamo assolutamente e se ne abbiamo l'occasione ci torneremo senza dubbi !

Casa Abbandonata

Siamo stati in questa struttura la terza settimana di luglio. Ad attenderci la signora e suo marito che dopo di allora non abbiamo mai più visto ne con un buon giorno o buona sera o un chiedere se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. Dopo aver scaricato i bagagli subito l’amara sorpresa. Ci siamo resi conto guardandoci intorno di aver pagato anticipatamente quasi un bell’importo per un posto in totale stato di abbandono: sporco, colmo di ragnatele bidoni traboccanti di immondizia, vecchia per giunta a giudicare dalla polvere che vi si trovava sopra.. Insetti che gironzolavano su piatti tutti ammassati alla rinfusa nei pensili della cucina per non parlare dell’incubo del frigo che probabilmente era stato acceso poco prima e nn refrigerando ci ha fatto ben pensare che avremmo perso tutte le provviste che avevamo portato con noi per la settimana e al cui interno c’era solo una bottiglia di acqua calda con il tappo non sigillato. Un divanetto all’entrata con un panno sopra appoggiato sgualcito e sporco. Asciugamani maleodoranti riposti in un cassetto cedevole dall’anta rotta che rimaneva aperta. La piscina è stata pulita solo il primo giorno dal proprietario e poi se nn fosse stato per mio marito e il nostro amico a trovare e saper usare il robot per pulirla non avremmo mai più potuto utilizzarla. Le sedie tutte ammaccate e sporche. Il primo giorno lo abbiamo passato completamente a fare le pulizie e quando abbiamo chiamato la signora che venisse a prendere provvedimenti dal momento che la situazione era imbarazzante e sopratutto le tastiere dei letti erano colme di grossi ragni e vecchie ragnatele ci ha risposto indispettita che lei aveva fatto le pulizie e dopo essersi presentata con un vecchio mocio con cui ha dato una lavata ai pavimenti è di nuovo sparita.

Posizione bellissima e grandi spazi.

Appartamento molto grande e ben arredato, in stile rustico. Presenti mobili e complementi di recupero davvero belli. Posizione ottima per visitare i luoghi di maggior interesse. Spazi esterni meravigliosi e ideali per famiglie con bambini. Consiglio alla proprietaria di controllare pentole, padelle e stoviglie in generale.

Wir kommen wieder

Gepflegter riesiger Garten, traumhafter Blick, toller Pool und sehr nette Inhaber! Strand und Rom doch etwas weit, dafür Bagnoreggio und Orvieto und Viterbo. Pure Erholung! Dazu für die Kinder ein paar Tiere, wenn gewünscht, zum anschauen und streicheln. Die Wohnräume sind sehr großzügig, aber etwas dunkel, da wenige Fenster. Schön wären Stuhlkissen für die diversen (!) Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Vacanza rilassante in mezzo alla natura

il luogo è strategico per visitare le principali località tra Lazio e Umbria. la location è bella e accogliente. la piscina, come prevedibile, in questo periodo è vuota e inutilizzabile.

Proprietari gentili e disponibili in tutto. Ci hanno fatto trovare il fantastico camino acceso.

La casa è ampia e spaziosa. Ha 4 bagni, uno per camera e uno attrezzato per i disabili. Da rivedere in estate per sfruttare al meglio il bellissimo parco con la piscina
