The lounge is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for accommodating any additional guests, and a 55-inch smart TV with internet access and the main streaming platforms such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, ensuring unlimited entertainment. The kitchen, elegant and fully equipped, boasts modern appliances, ample workspace and everything necessary to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners as if you were at home. The apartment features two spacious and well-finished bathrooms, both equipped with a WC, bidet, a large shower cabin, mirrors and a washing machine, offering utmost convenience even for extended stays. Every space is carefully attended to in minute detail to ensure a comfortable and worry-free experience. From one week before arrival, guests will have a dedicated concierge available in Italian, English, German, Spanish and Portuguese, ready to answer any questions about the apartment and the surrounding area. Upon arrival, guests will be personally greeted, escorted to the apartment and assisted throughout their stay for any need. At departure, the concierge will be present to ensure a warm farewell and to make sure that the experience has been impeccable. This service is also available via direct chat contact, ensuring prompt and personalised assistance. Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00. For arrivals between 19:00 and 23:30, an additional charge of €50.00 is required. Pets are welcome with an extra cost of €5.00 per day. The apartment is subject to a security deposit of €250.00, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. If paid in cash, the refund will be made by bank transfer within 3 working days, unless there are any damages.
