Very enjoyable stay with friends

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was well equipped and nicely situated. Everything worked out well for us as two families. Communications with the agent and villa manager were regular and responsive. No regrets about booking this. The main improvement is to refurbish the sea decking area. The chairs were dirty and the umbrellas broken. The stairs and rails were rusty which could lead to a rust infection with an open wound. We also noticed that a few strangers were using the steps or private platform. This looked very different to the photos in the advert. Small points for improvement: - a set of notes for the villa would be helpful - another umbrella for the pool area

Excellent villa, beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bella Vista. The villa was clean and well laid out. The pool was great and the sea platform wonderful. The communication with the owner and management team via WhatsApp is very handy. Kas is a great location and getting from the Peninsula to the town is easy and cheap. We would definitely recommend this villa and location.

Everything and more.

We have just returned from a week in Villa Bella Vista. We are two families, 4 adults and 4 teenagers aged 16,16, 14 and 13. The villa is just as described, modern, clean and beautifully presented. We were met by our host on arrival at the main road entrance. We communicated daily with our host and nothing was too much trouble. Our very pleasant gardener/caretaker arrived every day with bread and water bottle refills. He tended to the beautiful pool and gardens daily. The villa has an electric water heater and cooler, this is so handy rather than buying bottled water. We had spent the week before on yachts in a flotilla so the completely air conditioned villa was very welcome. The dolbus travels round Kas Peninsula every 30 mins leaving Kas town on the hour and half hour. Taxis are plentiful and on several occasions we walked into Kas town. The Kas people are so friendly, lovely restaurants and shops, Carrefour and a Migros and many mini markets. The local market every Friday is a must, particularly for the food produce. We booked the ferry to Greece and had a wonderful day trip to Meis town and the blue caves. This trip needs to be booked before 6pm the night before and passports are required. I would recommend Kas and particularly Villa Bella Vista to anyone. Our host and caretaker looked after our luggage after check out as we had a late flight back to the UK. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic Villa with Stunning Views

We have just returned from a week at Villa Bella Vista. The villa itself is extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of storage provided for clothes. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to cater for our family of eight including a BBQ on the terrace with plenty of gas. There is also a water cooler and extra bottles are supplied if required. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The pool is spotless and was cleaned daily and the surrounding gardens were beautiful with lemon/lime trees, herbs, and beautiful flowers. The view is spectacular and we were blessed with some incredible sunsets. It is hard to fault the villa however, there were a couple of things that would have improved our stay. My husband is a very light sleeper and the curtains were made of extremely sheer material (they may as well have not been there), it just means that the sun will be pouring in from sunrise. Take an eye mask if you're a light sleeper. The outdoor terrace would benefit from some more comfortable seating. There are sunbeds available and a patio table, but it would be nice to have some comfy rattan sofas or chairs. We spent all of our time outdoors and would have enjoyed a more relaxed seating area. Finally, we overlooked that the fourth bedroom is externally accessed entirely separately from the rest of the house. It is in the listing but for some reason we didn't see this and so had to revise the sleeping arrangements when we arrived. This of course can be a benefit if taking teenagers or other adults, but if you have lots of young children then it is not suitable. What made the stay at Villa Bella Vista though was the fantastic service we received from Fidayit Ergul and his management company. Fidayit sorted out our airport transfers, car hire and nothing was too much trouble. His communication running up to our stay and during was superb. We had a couple of minor issues during the week (a bulb blew in the bathroom and a pool light casing came loose) and Fidayit had someone sent to the villa within 30 minutes and fixed within the hour. Thanks Fidayit! We hadn't visited Kas before and we all had a fantastic time there. The restaurants in the village were outstanding. We chartered a boat in the harbour, which took us on an island tour. Very reasonable and absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic villa with fantastic views

Loved our stay in this villa , fantastic views and easy to get to the town on the bus , the villa was very clean and well equipped the fresh bread delivery in the morning was great , any questions we had was dealt with immediately, the sun area at the sea front was an added bonus the only negative I had was the road down to the house was steep and bumpy , and the WiFi was a little slow and would have appreciated details about local area , trips places to eat , bus timetable, food shops however we soon found our way around and would definitely come back to this property thankyou for an amazing stay

Wonderfully relaxing break

Lovely villa with plenty of space and nicely furnished. Wifi and DVD player , great for when the children need a break from the sun. Lovely swimming pool with the added benefit of access to sea . Great communication and support from Fidayit , he also arranged our airport transfer . Daily bread delivery is well worth it . Kas is fantastic and the dolmas works really well . The locals are friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and the area

Wonderful villa with great views of the sea and fantastic sunsets.

The villa had everything we needed for our group of 8 and the bedrooms were all a good size. It is situated on the peninsula with easy access to Kas by dolmus that run every 30mins. The agents were really helpful and quickly responded to any queries we had. It was great to have a delivery of fresh bread every day and a constant renewal of water for the water cooler. Having access to the sea from the villa was brilliant and we spent many happy and relaxing times down on the sunbed platform by the sea. We would definitely return.

A lovely villa in a wonderful location

Villa Bella Vista was everything we hoped it would be. It is comfortable and extremely well equipped. The booking procedure with Hestia Properties was very good and we were well looked by Fidayit and Duygu from Hestia once we arrived in Kas - even to the point of giving them a shopping list before we arrived so that we had the essentials for the first few days of our holiday. The gardener delivered bread for us each day in time for breakfast. We chose Villa Bella Vista because we wanted somewhere secluded and although there are others villas close by, we were not overlooked. The views from the pool and terraces are stunning and uninterrupted. We spent most days around the pool which while we were there was a constant 32 degrees, day and night! Although the pool has sun all day long, there are sun umbrellas and shade available for when it's needed. A real bonus to this villa is the private sea platform which is equipped with several sun loungers and umbrellas. It was great to be able to walk down to the sea for a swim and yet still be close to the villa. Kas is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday - we have now been to the Peninsular two years running which is very unusual for us, but we just feel that it has everything that we need. We decided not to hire a car this time as we did most of the local sights last year. If you want to stay pretty local you really don't need a car. The local bus (dolmas) is very reliable and inexpensive. You can pick it up just a short walk from the villa and it will get you into Kas Town in 15 minutes. Kas itself is very attractive and has an abundance of restaurants, many of them with fabulous views over the sea. If you feel like a meal on the Peninsular, the Hotel Peninsular Gardens is just a minutes walk away. All in all, we can thoroughly recommend this villa and hope to return there ourselves.

Fabulous, Relaxing. Amazing Villa

This was our second visit to Kas and love it for it's undeveloped, friendly low key atmosphere, friendly people and stunning scenery. Villa Bella Vista has the best location on the Peninsula if you enjoy stunning sunsets and the late afternoon sun. The Villa is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need, is spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Everything organised with Fidayat and Deniz at Hestia went like clockwork. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions were dealt with immediately, from our enquiry all the way through to our stay. We really can't recommend this Villa highly enough and will certainly return again. many thanks for a fantastic holiday.

So good I'd rather keep it a secret!!

Everything about this villa was perfect, the photo's don't really do it justice. We received excellent service from Deniz at Hestia, who organised our transfers to and from the airport and arranged for some groceries to be at the villa for when we arrived. Fresh bread was delivered daily and there is a 5 star boutique hotel a short walk from the villa where there is a spa, and open to non residents for breakfast and diner - they make superb cocktails at the pool bar!!! The only thing to bear in mind is that the fourth bedroom is separate from the main house, it took us a while to find it, but was great for us as we were an adult party. The local bus service is excellent, and comes by the top of the road every 30 minutes, last bus back from town is about 1am but the taxis run later. Brilliant villa, brilliant location - we've already booked for next year,

Holiday villa review

From start to finish this was a good experience with excellent service from the owner and his team. Any concerns we had regarding dealing with a local company from Kas in terms of distance and language were quickly dispelled by the quality of the communications we had via email. The Villa and the view was as described, pictures didn't do it justice, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Having the owner local meant that any concerns were promptly dealt with. Kas is a pretty former fishing village and has a number great restaurants and is part of the Lycian way. Lending itself to great days out. Transfer from and to the airport was slick and meant we were able to relax and enjoy a great time. We have already started enquiries for another holiday in Kas and fully recommend Fridayit and his team at Hestia Homes.

I love Kas because it is a charming, small, friendly, peaceful coastal town where you can enjoy swimming, diving and snorkelling and even experience rafting in the surrounding areas’ cool waters. Kaş has beautiful bays and beaches like famous Büyük Çakıl, Küçük Çakıl, Akçagerme as well as the public free hotel beaches. Kaputaş Beach, which is the most beautiful blue beach, is only 20 minutes from Kaş. If you would like to have sun, sea, sand and history all at once you should choose Patara beach. Now it is one of the most famous tourist destinations on the southern coast of Turkey, often referred to as the Turkish Riviera.
