Paphos District Anarita, 2 Bed Town House on development with 3 Communal Pools
Ask any Cypriot and they will tell you their island has 2 seasons, short sleeve shirt season and long sleeve shirt season. Unlike much of the Med it's big bonus is that you can bet on wonderful Springs and Autumns in this long hot summer of a country. It has 60+ blue flag beaches.
Our place in the sun in Anarita (8 mins from the airport), a village in the Paphos region. The motorway linking Paphos, Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia is 5 minutes away. For exploring the beautiful country of Cyprus, especially the Troodos Mountains, a car is advisable (we can recommend a car rental company). The house is furnished to a high standard, with a balcony off the main bedroom and an outside patio with a small garden opening on to one of the three communal pools.

Just spent a week here and this lovely two bedroom house was just perfect for the two of us. It has everything you need to make your stay easy and very comfortable. First time with a communal pool but it was lovely. We come to the Paphos area a lot and the property and location suited us perfectly. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a really great stay!

Perfect House for a Wonderful Holiday
From the very first moment we felt completely at home in this well-equipped and nicely furnished house, which is located at the edge of Anarita, a small and peaceful village just a few kilometres from Paphos. It is just a 10-minutes-drive to Paphos Airport, but we didn't hear any noise from planes. Soon after our arrival we met Steward, the friendly gentleman who is the keyholder for the owners. If we had any question or needed information: He was there and always had a good advise!
The complex is really quiet, most of the time we had the pool for ourselves.
The apartment was perfectly adequate for our needs. Could have used a couple of extra bits and bobs in the kitchen if you are planning to cook for a family but not the end of he world. The pool area was lovely and gardens well maintained. Very quiet as mostly residents or empty properties in the immediate area. I think there other pools were closed due to upgrades but we only used the one right outside the property anyway.
The only disappointment was the A/C which was preset on timers. I understand this in a way as a lot of people go out and leave the aircon on but it was a struggle overnight with the kids and night time temps in the summer are around 27 degrees. Good airflow downstairs with both doors open so you didn't need it. Just getting a good sleep was the problem.
Also, unfortunately the roads down to the village were dug up due to works which made for lots of diversions. Can't be helped.
All in all, we had a lovely time and the kids loved the pool.
Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr schöner Wohnanlage.
Apartment spacious and comfortable, located in quiet area. Very nice swimmin pool.
If there were some issues ( like wi-fi stopped working), the response and help was within minutes. Thank you Steward!
We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful holiday
Anarita is a lovely quiet village situated close to the airport ( although we never heard any noise from a single plane as they fly in over the sea )
The town house was a delight, situated on a small well maintained complex. Furnished to a good standard and supplied everything we needed. Views to the pool to the back and a lovely orchard to the front, we felt very private. The internet and all the tv stations were an added bonus as we were there early in the year and got dark earlier..
Hiring a car would be a good idea as there is so much to experience in Cyprus but the village has a small supermarket and the local pub Cork and Bottle do good breakfasts and meals. Lovely helpful key holder is always on hand to help and advise.
We can thoroughly recommend this town house, in fact we hope to stay again.

Clean and modern house in nice quiet complex.
Absolutely no negatives - ideal for those wanting like us a nice quiet spot to relax. Great house and pool, very helpful on site agent and ideally located to get about. We have been to Cyprus many times and we were not disappointed. Anarita is a charming village mixing new and old. Home TV and broadband a big plus.

Everything we needed.
We had a lovely week here, the house was just as we were expecting, it was well equipped and had lovely furnishings. It was very quiet probably due to it not yet being full holiday season which is exactly what we wanted, on most occasions we had the pool to ourselves. Anarita is a nice village, surrounding areas and villages are easy to get to, the airport is about a 15 min drive however we didn't see or hear one plane all week. We enjoyed meals in nearby Mandria and Kouklia with Paphos fairly near. We love Pissouri so went to swim and eat there on a couple of occasions.

Excellent Property
This is an excellent choice for anyone wanting a comfortable, relaxing holiday.
The property is located on an excellent development and very clean and well maintained. I was impressed how comfortable the bedrooms are and all the furnishings are of a high standard.
Viv and Gerald provided us with some good recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. The village of Anarita is walking distance from the property.
We also went to Kouklia (10 minute drive) which is another pretty village. All restaurants in Anarita and Kouklia are of good quality and if you want to experience traditional Cypriot hospitality I would stay here in Anarita.
I shall miss the villagers morning and evening waves and smiles.
I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.

Home from Home
Lovely house in a complex that is quiet and relaxing and very well cared for. The townhouse has everything you need for your stay, and is a real home from home. The property is well equipped and extremely well looked after. It is presented in excellent condition. The owners Gerald and Vivienne are extremely helpful, promptly and efficiently responding to any questions. They made booking the house simple, yet informative. For me there was the added bonus with the property as it has Wi-Fi which worked perfectly. The airport is only a 10 min drive max (no noise) and Paphos itself is about a 15 minute drive. So I highly recommend this house which provides all the necessary home comforts and is perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to enjoy all the amenities of Paphos itself
About the host
Hosted by Gerald & Vivienne Morris
We are both retired, living near St.Albans. We first visited Cyprus in 1999 and made subsequent visits for holidays staying in hotels along the beautiful coastline of Paphos. We purchased our property off plan in 2006 after going along to the developers road show near to where we lived at the time. We visited the development frequently to see the progress being made from a field to the development it is now. Our daughters and their families love coming for holidays. It is a delight to see our grandchildren have such a great time there in a lovely safe environment.
Why they chose this property
We bought the property off plan after visiting Pafilia's (the developer) roadshow in UK. Anarita looked like just what we wanted, a traditional quiet village but a very good starting point to visit the country of Cyprus. After visiting one of Pafilia's other developments, it confirmed that we had made the right decision. We can be at the house 8 mins after leaving Paphos airport, and we have easy access to getting around for exploring. Our setting is lovely and quiet away from the crowds, surrounded by countryside. We have made some very good friends here, some of whom have made Anarita Chorio (the developments' full name) their permanent home.
What makes this property unique
We have aimed to make our home in the sun a homely and welcoming property having furnished it to a high standard. You can be sure of a really relaxing holiday, a good place to wind down with 326 days of sunshine a year and a swimming pool a step away from the garden. A car is recommended as the nearest supermarket with fresh fruit and veg locally grown and bread baked daily is 5 min drive away. There is a local bus service which will take you to Paphos for its shops, bars, and restaurants.
