The villa is ideally located in a golfing community, only 15 minutes away from Disney World and other major attractions. Our villa has all the comforts that you would expect on your vacation making your stay feel comfortable and relaxed. Sliding patio doors open out onto the large covered pool area with table, chairs and sun loungers, after a busy day at one of the numerous local attractions, it really is a great way to relax by the pool. The villa is fully air conditioned and with free WIFI and internet access. Access to the villa is available from 5pm on day of arrival. The villa needs to be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

AMAZING HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This property was amazing. The owners are so kind and everything you could need on a vacation is supplied. The home was so clean that you could eat off the floor!! The neighborhood is really nice and it was so peaceful being able to drink my morning coffee on the back patio with the lake in the background. Very close so virtually everything. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to visit Florida.

Perfect vacation stay

We've had a perfect time at the house! It is a little dated but well maintained. The drive to the parks is about 30minutes minimum. If we come back to the orlando area we would definitely try to book this house again!

Started out on the rough side, but I felt at home once settled in nice and clean.Pool was also wonderful enjoyed ourselves, quite and peaceful neighbourhood.

Great house, peaceful location, close to parks

What a fabulous house! We had an extended family trip to the parks, but also wanted space to relax and enjoy downtime. We couldn’t have asked for anywhere better. The house was perfect, great pool and plenty of space. About 30 minutes to the parks, it was close enough to be convenient, and far enough away to be peaceful.

Villa is in a good location for the theme parks. It would benefit from some updating. A welcome pack would also have been nice.

This villa was fantastic it was very clean and in a very nice neighbourhood it has everything you need to make the perfect holiday and in a very good location. The owner was very nice and nothing was to much trouble.I would recommend this villa for a Florida holiday.

Peaceful paradise close to all attractions

We had a wonderful stay at the villa, the setting is perfect and only a short drive from Disney, with the major supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a few miles of the property. The property is excellently furnished with everything you could want from a holiday home. We enjoyed many an evening watching the sun set over the lake and looking out for the wildlife. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for somewhere they can call home whilst staying in Florida, we have visited the Davenport area eight times and this is by far our favourite villa from all of our visits and one we would definitely look to book again.

Beautiful Villa!

We had an amazing time in this gorgeous villa from Boxing Day last year. Everything is perfect and immaculate! We even had stunning weather which was the icing on the cake! We’d love to come back again one day.

Loved it & would recommend!

Very nice house and stay! On arrival day we were greeted with a call to welcome us and ensure we had no problems. The property was very nice; well kept, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. I forgot to bring a beach umbrella but there were 2 in the garage available for use, as well as other equipment. That was extremely convenient; saved us time and money. There is a book on the table in the foyer that informs you of everything you need to know during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, yet conveniently located just off of the highway so stores are just a short drive away. Rona, the owner, responds to questions in a timely manner and is always pleasant. The management company team members followed suit. I had a minor issue (stepped on a carpet tack) and someone came to fix it within about 2 hours. It's always nice to do business with people who are kind, professional, and nice. Thank you Rona and team; you all are awesome! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property nicely decorated.

Very nice house the only problem that we had was whoever your cleaning person is does not dust very well pictures on walls and artificial flowers were very dusty including the place setting that was on dispay on the diningroom table . Here it is a week before Christmas and the Halloween decorations were still up. The pool also needs cleaning.

Fab location and so comfortable

Our family loved this villa, it's so comfortable and it's immaculate. We were happy to get back to it after our hectic days, very often choosing to dine in rather than eat out. Location is perfect, 20 minutes to Disney, but plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within 5 mins. Kids loved the pool, in it at every opportunity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa, and would love to book it again for our next trip.

Fantastic

If your looking for somewhere to stay in Orlando this is the place. It's close to Disney but away from the hustle & bustle of highway 192. where there are loads or restaurants. The villa has everything you need with a lovely view over the start of the golf course. If we return to Florida we will definitely use it again. Many thanks Rona you have a fabulous villa.

Golf in USA

Wife and i spent two weeks relaxing in this Villa. amenities lacked for nothing, bed was so big i lost wife a few times. Pool was superb with grreat view & entertainment provided by the golfers in their pimped buggies. Could even see fireworks from Disney. Close to some great restaurants [Outback & Ichiban to name 2], Walmart a few miles up Hway 27 & plenty of golf courses to choose from. Cant wait to return

First Class and Homely

We stayed in the villa for two weeks in June and immediately on opening the front door, there was such a welcoming feel to the property. The pool area looks onto the golf course and all the golfers going past in their carts always said morning to us. The residents of a Esprit were always very friendly to us when we were out walking and our family would not hesitate in returning to stay here. It was sad to leave such a comfortable home over and over again. The location is easy to find and only 5 minutes away from the local Walmart Supercentre and a selection of restaurants and take always.
