About this property

Antica Villa del Conte is an exclusive location located within the natural park of the Palude del Conte just 200 meters from the splendid crystal clear waters of the Punta Prosciutto Bay, the pride of Salento.
The structure is an example of the typical rural architectural tradition of Salento, with large rooms covered by star vaults, tuff walls and white lime plaster. The villa offers 2500 square meters of private park, embellished with dry stone walls and typical Mediterranean vegetation.

The Villa offers two large independent apartments with sea view:
Amaranth and Turquoise (Homelidays advert p6880608)

The Amaranto apartment located on the ground floor (120sqm), offers three large double bedrooms, large living area with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen for 8 guests, two full bathrooms with shower embellished with Moroccan tadelakt finish.
The ground floor apartment also has a large outdoor porch facing the sea, for exclusive use within the park, equipped with a large table and chairs where you can eat in company or spend relaxing moments. There is also an outdoor shower and a laundry corner with sink and clothesline; A Weber barbecue is also available for our guests.

The Turchese apartment (100sqm), located on the upper floor, offers two large double bedrooms, living area with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen for 6 guests and a complete bathroom with shower. All the rooms are paved with splendid hand-painted Vietri ceramics.
The Turchese apartment has a large outdoor area facing the sea, for exclusive use within the park, equipped with a table and chairs umbrella where you can dine and enjoy in complete relaxation. There is also an outdoor shower and a laundry corner with sink and clothesline; A Weber barbecue is also available for our guests.

Each apartment is equipped with mosquito nets, alarm system, hairdryer, large fridge oven and air conditioning system (air conditioners for Amaranth, fans for every room for Turquoise). For our guests there are also umbrellas and a deck chair for each apartment, to be used during the day on the beach. Antica villa del conte has a wifi line at guests' disposal and private internal and independent parking for each guest.

The sea is only 200 meters from the apartments and can be reached through a path through the Mediterranean scrub in a few minutes. The nearest beach (at 300m) is free and uncrowded even during peak periods. For those who need a beach, the nearby Torre Lapillo is less than 1km from the property and offers different bathing solutions according to different needs.

The suggestive location Antica Villa del Conte is unique along the entire coast of Upper Salento. Immersed in the Palude del Conte park, surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub and only 200m from the sea, it is the ideal place for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The nearby Torre Lapillo offers numerous services that can also be reached on foot or by bike in less than 10 minutes through the landscaped promenade path that runs through the entire Palude del Conte park. The small beach nestled between the cliff is a private and uncrowded place only a few minutes away from the Villa. If you would like to enjoy the long equipped beaches, the nearby Torre Lapillo offers different solutions more suitable for families.

Stilvoll renovierte Ferienwohnung

Diese Wohnung ist ein absoluter Traum. Sie ist schön und gut renoviert und liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Gartenanlage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Wohnung und die Umgebung waren sehr sauber. Das einzige Problem ist, dass man am Ende der Ferien gar nicht mehr nach Hause will.

Ottimo alloggio in zona tranquilla

L’alloggio è molto curato e ristrutturato con gusto e cura. La descrizione della casa è rispondente ed il luogo piacevolmente isolato dalla confusione di agosto. La zona è ventilata per cui si può sfruttare il pergolato per cenare fuori. Benito é un host molto gentile e disponibile in caso di necessità.

Beautiful apartment in Puglia

We stayed at the ground level apartment with four adults and four small children. The apartment was decorated beautifully, just like the immediate surroundings of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, the 3 bedrooms are spacious and the 2 bathrooms are very functional. Because of the spring weather (wind and relative low temperature) we spent a lot of time inside in the kitchen/living room, which is a little bit small with this party. Beautiful beaches are closeby (5min drive), so are grocery stores and the small but nice city center of Avetrana (15 min drive). Lecce is 45min away by car, Nardo 25min and the Valle d’Itria starts at about 45 minutes. Benito (and his family) is a wonderful host and very helpful showing us around.

Sehr schöne, hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung, nur 3 Minuten zum Sandstrand

Eine sehr schöne gestaltete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, nur 3 - 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Sandstrand. Die Küche ist sehr schick und bietet auch Platz für 6 Personen zum Essen. In der Küche steht auch ein ausziehbares Sofa, welches für 2 Personen Schlafgelegenheit bietet. Die 3 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbettt sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Matratzen und Bettwäsche haben eine sehr gute Qualität. Die 2 Badezimmer sind ident eingerichet mit jeweils sehr guten Duschen. Das sehr grosse Areal um das Haus ist komplett mit einer hohen Mauer sehr gut geschützt und schön angelegt. Der Aussensitzplatz (siehe Bild) bei der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist wunderschön! Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt, ein Auto ist aber notwendig. Punta Prosciutto ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und sehr zu empfehlen.

Due settimane da veri nobili!

Siamo rientrati da qualche giorno dopo due settimane indimenticabili in questo meraviglioso appartamento e già ne sentiamo la mancanza! L'antica Villa del Conte è una casa stupenda ristrutturata con gusto, classe e grande cura dei dettagli, ma allo stesso tempo comoda e pratica. In terrazza ci siamo goduti delle tranquille serate e dei pranzi arieggiati sotto lil pergolato di bambù. I nostri due bambini (7 e 3 anni) hanno molto apprezzato gli spazi del giardino dove hanno potuto giocare in spensieratezza. A pochi minuti a piedi lungo un sentierino si arriva ad una bella caletta da sfruttare nei periodi di gran calca sulle altre meravigliose spiagge della zona; la caletta è di sabbia ma appena entrati inizia scoglio e sassi (da munirsi da scarpette da scoglio). Nelle vicinanze (si raggiunge benissimo a piedi) c'è un panificio (pane, cornetti, focacce, pizzette,..) e un piccolissimo "caseificio" (da non perdere la ricotta e la burrata!). I padroni di casa sono stati semplicemente gentilissimi, disponibili, ospitali e simpatici. Da consigliare vivamente!

Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana in questa magnifica struttura. La villa è curatissima in ogni dettaglio, arredata con gusto e praticità. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente.

Bellissima vacanza!!!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane di relax in questa bellissima torretta davanti al mare. L'appartamento è nuovo, spazioso, ben arredato e fornito di tutto il necessario. La pulizia è impeccabile. Cucina ben attrezzata, un bellissimo patio con ombrellone e tavolo dove abbiamo mangiato tutti i giorni, camere spaziose, e soprattutto un contesto silenziosissimo: perfetto per sfuggire alle folle di turisti in agosto! Grazie ancora a Mariolina per averci accolti con tanta simpatia disponibilità, all'arrivo abbiamo trovato un cestino di benvenuto e anche l'occorrente per la prima colazione: Nutella marmellata fette succhi acqua e latte e un assaggio del loro olio. Consiglieremo sicuramente agli amici diretti in Salento una tappa in questo bell'alloggio! Grazie e speriamo di poter tornare presto!!
