Hi, my name is Jackie Robertson. I run Knoydart Hide which is an award winning and very private honeymoon lodge for 2 people on the beautiful Knoydart Peninsula. We also run Knoydart House Studio Room which is a self contained luxury room with kitchenette for two with private access from our own home here on Knoydart We have 2 children, are pet friendly (well behaved pets) and enjoy sharing Knoydart House and Hide with families with children as well as couples in love who want to unwind and enjoy the unspoiled beauty of the rough bounds of Knoydart Peninsula. Our lifestyle is very different, being accessible only by boat Knoydart offers a true escape, 15 minute by boat off the beaten track. Although boat access only, Knoydart is a bustling little village with pottery tea room. post office. seafood pub and restaurant for great reconnection time with those that matter the most. Knoydart is a fantastic place to bring up children, the lochs are bursting with scallops and razor fish, fresh mussels, lobsters crabs, mackerel and creel langoustines. Folk music figures highly. Go wild swimming in our clear crystal river, relax by a waterfall, go sealife spotting for whales, orca, minke, porpoise, stag, deer, otter or sea eagle.

We built Knoydart Hide as a luxury escape for couples. The perfect elopement or proposal stay, minimoons, romantic escape, anniversary or special reconnection time. Sauna, hot tub, bubbles on arrival, totally private. Knoydart HIde is gorgeously grown up and a Conde Nast property. The ultimate escape for couples who want to be away from it all - together! Small children (2 under 12's can be accommodated by prior request). Babysitter can be available as can in house massuese and in house caterer on request.
What makes this property unique
The attention to detail makes Knoydart Hide very special. It has won multiple awards Antique furnsihings throughout, crisp white linens, antique canopy bed, en suite large spa bathroom with walk in shower, infra red sauna, freestanding bath in the centre of the room and his and her vanity units. Outside you will find a very private relax area with our outdoor floodlit hot tub always on at a constant 40 degrees. Under floor heating throughout, log burning stove, wifi, luxury robes, port on arrival, bubbles on ice for sharing and all the modcons you could wish for. Induction hob, bluetooth Bose system for your sounds, nespresso coffee machine, denby crockery, lobster picks, champagne buckets etc. There's a gorgeous wildflower meadow planted on your doorstep and floor to ceiling glass windows for the ultimate breakfast in bed views. Watch the sunset on the decking or see the milky way for the first time from the hot tub. All to often you'll be sharing your breakfast alfresco with pine martins and otters, deer and wildlife around you. Our in house caterer can cook you a special meal, provide you with barbeque packages for the gas Weber BBQ, breakfasts, partially or fully catered stays so your stay can be as individual as you are.
