This stunning Mediterranean apartment is situated in a lush, tranquil palm-filled garden, complete with two private pools with sun loungers and parasols provided.

Just a short stroll away lies the inviting Casares beach for lazy days by the sea, 2 km of sandy beach. You'll find sunloungers and parasols to hire on the beach next to the Churinguito Beach Bars or throw a towel on the sand and lap up the sunshine.

You can walk the promenade from Casares Beach to the nearby town of Sabinillas with lots of bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and banks. And if you're feeling energetic continue along the promenade to Duquesa with its marina, boats, restaurants and bars. Carry along the promenade to Castillo with more beaches and restaurants.

You'll find an array of fantastic restaurants close to Casares del Sol - the closest being just across the road to Bua Garden with a fabulous terrace overlooking the sea and Casares Golf Course. Or walk down the footpath towards the sea to Bahia Casares for a coffee and a tapas, or a little further to Venta La Choza's charming Mediterranean menu and atmosphere. And on Casares beach there are 2 churinguitos Bahia Beach and La Sal both offering great sea views and fine cuisine. Or if you're feeling indulgent treat yourself at Finca Cortesin Beach Club!

Enjoy day trips from the apartment to Casares white village (a 15-minute drive) to see great views and if you are lucky buzzards circling. Visit Estepona, Gibraltar, Marbella, Pueto Banus all within a 30 minute drive.

Great apartment in great location
Lovely apartment on a fantastic development. Great landscaped gardens and fantastic pools. Our kids loved it. Restaurant La Casita and horse riding fun in the sun are 2 highlights of the area. Thank you Nick for letting use your cracking apartment!

Nice apartment in a lovely development
This is a very nice flat, in a development with lovely gardens/pool. The apartment is spacious, with a lovely, large terrace, which has views over the grounds to the sea. The property is well maintained & equipped & suitable for couples or families. It is close to shops. cafes, restaurants & beach, but you need a car. The owners are very friendly, helpful & communicative. We would happily recommend this property.

Appartement sympa dans une belle résidence avec vue sur la piscine. La voiture est nécessaire pour la plage la plus proche qui est top ! avec de grosses vagues. Très bonne réactivité de Suzanne qui a réglé le problème de la climatisation dans la journée.

Prima gezinsvakantie!
Samen met onze twee dochters hebben we een heerlijke week in het appartement gehad. De informatie en de foto’s op de site kwamen goed overeen met hoe het er daadwerkelijk was. We hebben genoten van het zwembad bij het appartement maar ook zeker van de omgeving zelf zoals de stranden met de gezellige barretjes! ‘S avonds is het er rustig waardoor het gezinsvriendelijk is. Wanneer het nodig was, was er altijd iemand bereikbaar. Een echte aanrader dus!

Perfect as usual
Thank you for use of your apartment, perfect as usual. Played 9 holes golf across the road with my son. Enjoyed the pool which was quite quiet even with all the sun shades taken. Perfect relaxation!

Ideal apartment on lovely site
Our 2nd stay at this lovely apartment on a peaceful family friendly site. Superb terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. Apartment well equipped for all your holiday needs. Very good communication with Nick the owner throughout the whole booking process. Suzanne who met us on arrival with key etc is very helpful dealing with any issues that arise. . We hope to book again next year.

Lovely apartment in prime spot
Had great week at this apartment. Spacious, airy, well equipped with a large terrace overlooking the garden. NIck and the agents that look after the apartment were very helpful. Nick let us stay until later ithe afternoon on our final day as we had a late flight. Such a help with having a young child with us. The car parking space underground is a bit tight, but plenty of off street parking near by.. We would certainly recommend this apartment to others.

Lovely apartment with great terrace which gets the sun for most of the day. We loved it here!
We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Casares Del Sol. The development is very well maintained with lovely gardens and great pools. The kids particularly loved the small pool which was always warm and very safe. The apartment is well positioned with a great outlook over the pool and gardens and we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine every morning! We love this part of the Costa Del Sol as it is less developed and quieter than further along the coast, but there is still plenty for families to do and see. The golf club across the road from the apartment serves fab pizzas and is really family-friendly with super friendly staff. A short drive down the road (or 15 minute walk along the path) is the fabulous La Sal beach restaurant with amazing views and the best Gambas Pil Pil we have had! Puerto de la Dequesa and Estapona are short drives too with fantastic beaches and restaurants to enjoy. We definitely hope to return to Casares Del Sol again and would highly recommend it.

Super accommodation in a beautiful part of Spain.
Everything you need in a safe and secure complex, extended patio with barbecue was a real bonus. Washing machine in the apartment meant we could travel light and the area is an ideal base for a holiday which in our case was a golfing break. Lots of quality golf courses, restaurants and bars at the local harbour. Definitely coming back next year.

A real calm, relaxing and hassle free resort
Our apartment at casares del sol was first class !!! We had every thing a family required , it was really home from home. The resort was quiet and calming with a great pool and a very clean and well maintained enviroment. My family truly had a great time. I would recommend hiring a car, it is too far to walk any where because of the heat. Although the local taxi service is very efficient. The local restaurant is excellent.

Great apartment
Great apartment in lovely well maintained grounds. Very spacious sun terrace and quiet so very relaxing. Despite going in the middle of school summer holidays the pool area was never too busy and we were always able to find a sun lounger. Lovely bar at the golf resort across the road. Only downside was the very tight car parking space underground but there is ample parking outside. Would recommend, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Fantastic
This apartment i would gladly recommend to all. Well equipped for all your catering needs, comfortable lounge. But the best part for me was the great sun terrace were you have sun form mid morning until late afternoon . To sum up this apartment is a super place to holidayand will return in the future .

Fab holiday

Just what we expected

From the rural beauty of Suffolk in the UK, my husband and I escape to crystal blue skies on Spain's Costa del Sol for our family holidays in Casares. Our fabulous apartment in Casares del Sol serves as a perfect base for us with all the modern amenities needed for an unforgettable getaway.

As a bonus, there are plenty of golf courses around for hubby to play!

We typically spend at least two months a year here; it must be love if we can't get enough!

Why they chose this property

With the sandy beaches and picturesque street markets of Casares Costa, it was an easy decision to purchase our holiday apartment in this region along the sunny Costal del Sol.

I delight in strolling along the beach in the mornings while my husband takes pleasure in playing golf on some of Spain's most renowned courses.
