About this property

Positioned in the heart of the resort in and amongst all the bars, restaurants and shops for all your needs. Located on the 1st floor with lift access East facing balcony with stunning mountain views. Underfloor heating throughout, fully refurbished to a high standard, sleeps up to 8 in comfort. Comprises of bedroom with double bed and foldaway bunk beds, hall with wardrobes, WC and bathroom. The lounge contains a large L-shaped sofa bed, fold away bunk beds, and a coffee table that turns into a dining table to seat up to 8. The apartment has a bespoke fitted fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, electric hob. The ski locker is on the ground floor and a separate cave space is opposite the apartment for extra sports kit or luggage storage.

Appartement idéale pour un sejour aux 2 alpes

C'était notre première fois aux 2 alpes et l'appartement nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la station. La piece de vie etait vraiment spatieuse et agréable, un gros plus pour la cuisine ouverte et tres bien équipée. J'étais sceptique sur la chambre dans l'entrée mais finalement cela etait parfait avec notre rythme de vie familial. La literie est confortable, la deco soignee et l'espace tres bien agencé. Nous avons donc passé un tres bon sejour dans cet appartement dont l'hôte a été tres prevenant et reactif par message.

Alex's apartment is superb and provides everything you would require before and after a day on the slopes. The apartment has been decorated with comfort and style in mind and provides absolutely everything you need. Central location is perfect, minutes from the main lifts. Would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely rebook.

Excellent location, lovely apartment

The apartment is in a perfect position for the town centre and the Jandri lift. Despite very central location there were no issues with noise from nighttime revellers! Apartment was very spacious - although there were only two of us. Think it would be a tight squeeze for 8 - especially as only 1 toilet and bathroom. Very well equipped and modern apartment. Arrived around 8pm and was still able to get a parking space at the property. A really comfortable stay for the week and would definitely stay again. Alex was great at answering queries and always got back to us super quickly - thank you. Only slight negative was communication with in-resort management team - they didn’t reply to messages about a issue we had (which resolved) and despite agreeing in pre-arrival paperwork our departure time, they were pressuring us to check out by 9am even though we had opted to do our own cleaning. Would highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Best week in Les Deux Alpes!

Me and 6 others stayed in this apartment for a week in the February holidays. The apartment was in an amazing central location with a great view and only a 5 minute walk from the slopes. Whilst cozy for the 7 of us (18+), we made it work and the apartment was fully stocked with anything we needed, which was helpful as we cooked 4/7 nights. The shops and bakery are only minutes away and we had the pleasure of watching the L2A light show and ski instructor display without having to leave our balcony. Alex was a great host, keeping in touch throughout the weeks leading up to our visit and being understanding of any Covid uncertainties we thought we may have had. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Awesome Apartment, great location, good times!

Four of us shared this lovely apartment for a week of skiing at the start of January and we had a fantastic time. The apartment is placed right on the doorstep of lots of local restaurants, bars and shops and is a very short walk away from the majority of the main lifts for the slopes. The apartment had everything we needed to cook, wash and relax with and was maintained to a good standard. The owner was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and the team who helped with check in and out were easy and informative.

Una buena opción

La ubicación es fenomenal. El mobiliario muy práctico. El salón amplio y muy versátil. El hecho de que el baño y el WC estén separados resulta muy conveniente. Siempre hemos encontrado aparcamiento justo al lado. Sería mejorable la limpieza de la tapicería del sofá y la de las almohadas. Igualmente sería conveniente hacer algo contra el mal olor del WC. Probablemente sea un problema del edificio en general, pero no es muy agradable. A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, se trata de un alojamiento muy recomendable.

Excellent location, well-equipped location, friendly owner/manager

We had a terrific, relaxing holiday here with our (nearly) 3 year-old daughter. The apartment was modern, thoughtfully furnished and well-equipped. It had a good entertainment system. The living room was spacious. The building was quiet and secure; access inside was easy, as was parking and the location was excellent. We were able to get to shops and nearby activities very easily. The on-site managers were lovely and very responsive by telephone and Alexander is a friendly host. We appreciated that there were cleaning products available, so we could do a bit of tidying up during the stay.

Bien mais cela aurait pu être super sans quelques petits problèmes de gérance

Appartement super, bien équipé et bien situé. Malheureusement, pas propre à notre arrivée, problème de casier à skis et manque de couverts, assiettes ... que la gérance a pris plusieurs jours à résoudre. Ceci nous a posé des problèmes une bonne partie de notre séjour. Autre problème: Le lit métallique grince et nous a empêché de passer d'agréables nuits.

Appartement agréable et bien situé

L’appartement est moderne, propre et central. L’accueil par Sarah est bien organisé. Les informations reçues en amont sont bien détaillées et permettent une bonne préparation. Nous y avons séjourné à 4 et c’est agréable. Juste en face de la crèche et garderie pour notre plus petite, à côté des commerces (boulangerie) et restaurants bref vraiment à conseiller. Le seul aspect moins positif est la chambre qui est situee directement dans l’entrée de l´Apparemment. Je précise que la literie est confortable et qu’on dort très bien, c’est calme et ce n’est pas un problème en soit. Par contre c’est gênant si comme nous un enfant fait une sieste, il n’est pas possible de sortir sans passer par la chambre et donc réveiller l’enfant. Mis à part cela je recommande sans hésitation cet appartement!

Well equipped and great location

The apartment is modern and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay, including underfloor heating which we loved. It is in a great location with both the ski lifts and bars/restaurants a very short walk away. There’s is a locker to store all ski gear at the reception of the apartment block, this came in handy as the apartment itself is not overly big. I would say a maximum of 5 adults could stay in the apartment in comfort.

Good Journey

I stayed one week with my daugter and with my parents starting from 27/8 to 3/9 . The house is big enough, well located in the center of the town near the skilift, fully furnished, pretty and clean. The only problem was the stinks of sewer. Every time we entered into the house there is a bad smell and we had to sprinkle the perfume and open the door. Excluding this problem for the rest everything was fine! I feel I can recommend it.

Très confortable

Situation idéale dans la station. Tout est à proximité. Cuisine équipée très pratique. De l'espace quand on a plusieurs enfants. Dommage que les photos ne montrent pas que le coin chambre se trouve dans l'entrée....difficile circulation dans le logement quand quelqu'un veut sortir ou entrer....il réveille les autres....et les jeunes qui font du bruit la nuit dans le couloir vous réveillent aussi. Mais en mettant des bouchons d'oreille ça va mieux!!!!! Sinon l'appartement est super!

Great apartment, highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed in L2A in this lovely apartment in April 2017. The apartment location is fantastic because it is in the centre of the resort meaning only a short walk to the main lifts and there were plenty of restaurants and bars within easy reach of the apartment. The owner Alex was easily contactable and always responded quickly to any questions. Getting the key and linen from Alex’s colleague in the resort was quick and easy. The price of the apartment is very competitive compared with others in the resort but we thought that this was well worth the money. Unlike most the apartments which are typically Alpine style, this apartment was fresh and modern and is clearly maintained to a high standard. It was very well equipped for cooking, had a fab shower and was very clean and comfortable. We stayed here in the penultimate week of the season 2017 and on arrival were disheartened by the lack of snow in the resort and lower pistes which run directly into the resort. However, we were told that the snow was still good on the upper slopes and this was indeed the case. The height of the resort and the presence of the glacier means that snow is always available. We had beautiful blue skies and sunshine so were treated to the amazing views in every direction as we went down the mountain. If you have a day off the slopes we would recommend a visit to Venosc from the cable car at the edge of the resort.

Cosy flat in the center of town with easy access to shops and slopes.

Lovely apartment, great location, friendly owner!

Stayed at this apartment with friends (20s) for the Rise Festival. Apartment is right in the centre of the town, with some lovely shops, pubs and restersunts around it. Main Jandri ski lift also directly opposite so easy and fast access to the slopes. 10/10 for location. Apartment itself was modern and all in all very nice, beds comfortable, great tv and sound bar. Personally we felt that the featured pictures make it look a little bigger than it actually is and if there had been 8 of us (there was six in our party) I feel we would be falling over each other a lot, however this does not take away from the high standard the apartment was. Great commutation with Alex prior and during our stay, was always happy to help, very polite and friendly, thank you :)

I am a former Officer in the Royal Marines. With a passion for adventure and the great outdoors, Les 2 Alpes offered me everything I was looking for in a holiday destination. It’s a resort which benefits from not only a thriving winter season of skiing, snowboarding and fantastic après ski; but is also the only resort in France with summer snow sports on offer. Add this to the mountain biking, running and walking trails in the beautiful surroundings and it truly is the ideal resort to enjoy year round.

When I am not running around with the Royal Marines I like nothing more than running around these mountains by both day and night!

Why they chose this property

I purchased in 2012 and renovated in the Summer of 2013. Les 2 Alpes is a slice of heaven, Summer or Winter, away from the hustle and bustle and realities of the real world.

The two main reasons I chose L2A is its proximity to major transport hubs allowing easy access by Rail, Road or Air; and its fantastic Summer skiing up on Europe's largest glacier.

It is not just the resort itself that is stunning, the local area is wild and endless, you can explore for the rest of your life and never see the same scenery twice!

What makes this property unique

My major drive to renovate the apartment was in order to create a space that allows close families or friends somewhere comfortable to relax. The large fully fitted kitchen was a big point, so that you can all feed, stay in and entertain to a high standard.

There is nothing better than relaxing on the balcony with a good book and glass of wine in the summer or settling in during the winter months for a movie on the big screen. Underfloor heating means you can lounge around on the floor nice and warm too!
