Kings Beck Barn is a stunning detached barn set in the countryside with rural views. The barn offers luxurious, spacious accommodation, a perfect venue to holiday with family or friends. Perfectly situated to enjoy the best of Norfolk, with the beautiful coastline just 8 miles away and the National Trust properties of Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall & Sheringham Park nearby.
The village pub, The Banningham Crown, is just over a mile away and offers great food & there is a new children's play park in the village.
Sleeping 10, there is plenty of space for all with two sitting rooms, four bedrooms, four bathrooms (3 of which are ensuite), a downstairs cloakroom, utility room, dining table which comfortably seats 10. The large open-plan kitchen is a real home from home with everything you might need, including a Nespresso coffee machine, electric range oven, American fridge freezer & all the necessary crockery, cutlery & glasses etc. It really is an amazing property for socialising with friends and family or celebrating a special occasion.
There are 4 stunning bedrooms, offering either 4 doubles (2 with an additional single bed) OR 2 Doubles & 6 Singles.
The barn has underfloor heating in the living areas downstairs and radiators in all the bedrooms. There is a large wood burning stove and wood is supplied throughout the year.
For entertainment there are 3 TVs (including Smart TVs), DVD players & a portable Bluetooth speaker.
The enclosed garden has two patio areas with an outside dining area. The private hot tub (seats 5) is included within your stay and has stunning views over the Norfolk countryside where you can enjoy some beautiful sunsets.
The games room provides a table tennis table, table football & dart board with two sofas.
The barn is ideally situated between the stunning beaches of the north Norfolk coast (8 miles), the Norfolk broads & the cathedral city of Norwich. 4 miles from the market town of Aylsham & only 5 miles from the stunning National Trust Property & Gardens Blickling Hall.
There are so many things to do on your holiday with us, from eating out in one of the many superb pubs and restaurants in the vicinity, including the award winning Gunton Arms to visiting the coast to see the seals, a boat on the broads or go crabbing at Cromer, the list is endless. If you need help finding a chef to cater for you at the barn, please ask Sarah who has several recommendations.
For those with young children we highly recommend Bewilderwood & The Roar the Dinosaur Park .
Bring your dogs (2 welcome) and explore the fabulous walks that lead from the door. Dogs are also allowed in the local pub.
Off road parking is available for up to 5 cars with further parking available if required. Please note the barn is at the end of a private gravel drive with one neighbouring property.
