Perfect winter office / get away

Decided to switch from cold Finland home office to Martins place for 6 weeks during winter and it was perfect! Ocean view, good internet, great location and pretty much anything you could dream for. 1000% recommend to rent longterm and just enjoy life in the sun.

It was a pleasure to rent Martin’s apartment. Loved the condition, the location, the cleanliness of it and how even the most minute detailed was taken care of by Martin who definitely is the perfect host. Will return and most certainly highly recommend it.

We enjoyed a wonderful three week stay at this beautiful apartment by the sea. Martin is an exceptional host who makes every effort to ensure that your stay at his property is an experience to remember. Martin’s attention to the smallest details ensures that everything that you could wish for is in place. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean and of high quality - from beautiful pressed bedding to soft towels for both bathing and beach to a beautifully equipped kitchen with everything you could wish for. The location of the apartment and the view from the balcony were exceptional. Without hesitation I would highly recommend this beautiful property. Martin, you are an outstanding host! Perfekte Wohnung von super Vermieter

Großartige, gepflegte und saubere Wohnung mit wundervollem Meerblick. Strand direkt vor der Tür. Zur Wohnung zugehöriger Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Strandutensilien. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet; es gibt für jeden Bedarf das entsprechende Equipment, vom Kaffeeautomaten, über Fön und Einkaufstrolley bis hin zu Käsehobel und Wäscheklammern! Der Vermieter ist sehr angenehm, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr angenehm einen Ansprechpartner erreichbar zu haben, der uns bei möglichen Problemen unterstützt hätte. Brauchten wir zum Glück nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Zugleich war er nicht aufdringlich und hat uns unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen lassen. Nochmals ein riesen Dankeschön an Martin!!! Klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Spectacular Apartment Beach Front and wonderful Owner

This apartment way exceeds expectation. Right on the Beach, Beautiful pool and the community very friendly. Perfect location to explore Fuengirola, Benalmadena and surrounding areas. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and everything you need for self catering, wonderful coffee machine, eat dinner and watch the beautiful coastline. Felt like home. Even Beach chairs and mini paddle boards to walk over to the beach 2 mins. Plenty of shops, bars and Restaurants. Martin is definitely the best Host we have ever met. Extremely helpful, picked us up and dropped us back to the Airport. Helped us with knowledge as we were there to buy a property. Just an incredibly Friendly gentleman who can not do enough for you to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Wonderful sea view

We had a very enjoyable stay in this Fuengirola apartment. Martin (the owner) was wonderful and helpful for anything you need. He always responded quickly to any questions. The property is "top notch" in all respects, from appliances to cooking utensils to tableware with plentiful and beautiful towels and linens. There was even a trolley to carry your groceries back from a nearby store. We did not rent a car. We would love to come back again and stay here. We feel lucky to have found this lodging for our vacation.

Great family holiday and stunning apartment

We spend a wonderful family holiday here during August and cannot praise the apartment or the owner enough. This apartment is in a fantastic location, in a quieter area of Fuengirola with such a great view of the beautiful beach and sea. Everyday we enjoyed our breakfast, lunch and evening meal on the balcony. You can never tire of the view! When we arrived at the airport, Martin the owner, was waiting for us. What a nice person he is and made us feel very welcome. At the apartment he spent time chatting to us and explaining where everything was and encouraged us to contact him should we need anything. The apartment itself is beautiful. It was superbly spotless and provided absolutely everything you could possibly require. It had all modern technology, comfy beds and lovely soft towels. Thank you for a great stay in an amazing apartment. We shall be highly recommending and certainly be returning.

Fantastic experience

This was by far the best VRBO I have had - and so far they have been always positive. Just as described It was a quality property, the location and beach were perfect for someone that prefers to be away from the noise sections and Martin was the warmest and most helpful host you could ever hope for. He certainly deserves the great reviews he has and as a renter my only regret is that by now he is pretty much 100% booked.

Absolutely amazing apartment and location!!!!!

There are not enough superlatives to describe this apartment and the owner, one could not wish to meet a nicer man who made us so welcome, it felt like we were at home. The apartment was in a perfect location, spotlessly clean, extremely well decorated and furnished with much thought even down to the softness and fragrance of the beach and bathroom towels. Very unusual to get better than expectations but this is one of those situations. I have only 2 negative comments, pillows could be softer, they were fine for me but my wife said I should mention it and my only other comment is that I cannot book this apartment more often because it is soooooo popular, if possible we shall definitely return, we just loved the whole experience. And to Martin we must give you a big thank you, I felt quite emotional when you dropped us off at the airport, amazing since I hardly know you, but that is due to your fantastic charisma, thank you again Anne & Mike

Geweldig appartement op een fantastische plek!

Drie weken genoten in Fuengirola. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand. Het balkon was dagelijks een genot. De zonsopkomst een feestje. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar.

Great Apartment,Great Owner. Perfect!

From start to finish we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Martin was a perfect host! Nothing was to much for him including pick up and drop of at the airport which is approximately 20 minutes drive away in his air conditioned car. He even welcomed our thoughts on how he could improve his apartment for future guests. The apartment was perfectly presented. All equipment was in a good working order and as described in the description. In our opinion it was the best apartment building along the whole beachfront. There is good access to supermarkets and restaurants etc. The local train station is 10 minutes away and very easy to use. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment if you holiday in this area of Spain. We will definitely return ourselves in the future.

The experience has been amazing from start to finish. Martin the owner stayed in touch from the moment we booked and was very responsive to any questions both before and after placing the booking. The apartment was really great quality. Everything worked well and we had plenty of towels etc. It was also in a great position. The beach was directly opposite and it only took 5 minutes to walk slightly further up to the longer beach with the shops and restaurants opposite. Martin also supplied umbrellas, chairs etc. For use on the beach. The pool is small but perfect for a nice swim in the afternoon. What impressed me the most was how accommodating Martin was. He picked us up and dropped us back from the airport. He ensured we had done bag supplies in the apartment for our arrival. Changed bedding and towels mid way through our stay and left some Lego for the children to play with. Nothing was too much trouble and he wad really friendly. I really can't fault anything and would recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you for making this holiday such a lovely experience.

Apartment was extremely well equipped and maintained. Every need catered for.

Possibly the easiest holiday rental ever. The apartment is conveniently located in a quieter area of Fuengirola, but some great restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The gorgeous beach is literally outside the front door, the view from the spacious balcony is idyllic. Martin is a charming and super efficient property manager, even transferring us to and from the airport. We would highly recommend this property to others looking for a beach holiday without the hassle of needing a car. Buenavista is true to its name.

Superschöne Weihnachtsferien

Wir sind als Familie (2 Kinder, 2 Erwachsene) angereist. Die sehr saubere Wohnung mit dem verglasten Balkon, den 2 Bädern und der tollen Ausstattung, die Lage der Wohnung in erster Reihe am Strand, alles war wunderschön. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir können diese Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Another fabulous stay

This is our 2nd stay at this apartment - and we loved every minute of it. The owner - Martin - makes the whole holiday - from first enquiry stage to the actual stay - completely stress free. Nothing is too much trouble and he even meets you at the airport to transfer you to the apartment and then return back to airport. The apartment itself is amazing - all quality appliances, spotlessly clean, brand new air conditioning unit and lovely fluffy towels for the apartment and beach. Martin even supplies sunloungers and sun umbrella's for the beach. There are the most breathtaking 'front-line' views from the balcony - brilliant for relaxing with a drink just gazing out to sea (even watching the cruise ships on the distant horizon). The location of the apartment could not be better - it is in a lovely quiet location - but with easy access to the more lively area of Fuengirola (either walking or local bus - which is very reliable and extremely good value at 1 Euro 15 pp). We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough - we absolutely love our holidays in Martin's apartment and cannot wait to return.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous view, really helpful owner, will return.

A beautiful apartment, fully plenished with everything you would need with all the latest mod cons. Stunning sea view with a beautiful beach a matter of steps away. Ideal location with local train and bus route 10 minutes walk away to other towns to explore. Owner, Martin really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Exceptional!

Absolutely PERFECT! Spotlessly clean, well furnished, all appliances you could want, charming and friendly owner who cares so much that all is well. Kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, two excellent bathrooms, very comfy mattress, ample towels provided including beach towels. Loved collecting our sun loungers and umbrella from lock up in garage and sitting on the wonderful beach opposite. Not in the hub bub of town so quite in the evenings. The balcony is as good as it looks and thankfully in shade all day. TV with so many English channels, although we didn't use it as balcony so addictive. Got a taxi into main bit of town one night cost about 16 euros for a return journey or bus stop is behind the block up a hill and only costs 1.15 euros, very easy timetable at bus stop. If you turn right out of the block theres a nice Fish Restaurant on the beach. We used the little shopping trolley to go to the supermarket which is about 8-10 minutes and got all we needed. This is the best property we have ever rented, the owner Martin has a lot to be proud of. Loved it so much we have booked to go again next year.

Perfect! 5 Star Stay!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful apartment. Everything is spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and very good quality, and there is every appliance provided for your convenience including sunchairs and beach towels.The view right over the beach is amazing from the master bedroom and living room, and you can go to sleep listening to the waves. A nice quiet area away from the main tourist strip. Thank you so much Martin and family.

Merveilleux séjour-Wonderful stay

Nous avons passé un mois dans cette propriété et le séjour fut tout simplement extraordinaire. Notre hôte, Martin, fut d'un accueil et d'une gentillesse exceptionnelles et l'appartement d'une qualité impeccable. De la propreté des lieux aux les équipements de maison: tout était au rendez-vous. Aucune déception. La surprise c'est qu'il n'y a pas de surprise! Nous recommandons la location de cette propriété sans réserve...et nous retournons l'année prochaine! We spent a month in this property and the stay was simply amazing. Our host, Martin, was exceptionally welcoming and kind and the apartment of impeccable quality. From the cleanliness of the premises to the facilities of the house: everything was at the rendezvous. No disappointment. The surprise wasthat there was no surprise! Un appartement de rêve !

Excellent sur toute la ligne! Nous avons séjourné à cet appartement pendant 7 semaines à l'hiver de 2016 et nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour. Tout est luxueux et confortable, et on y trouve même beaucoup de commodités inattendues, comme une machine à café haut de gamme et un appareil radio par internet. Le propriétaire est on ne peut plus charmant et il assure même le transport à l'aéroport. On a la chance de le rencontrer souvent puisqu'il vient à l'appart une fois par semaine ou sur demande pour changer le linge. Il nous a même accompagnés pour nos premières emplettes au magasin d'alimentation. Merci Martin! André et Céline Gatineau, Canada
