AH-MAZING!!!
We were so thrilled to have found this beautiful spot! So easy to communicate with the owners and we basically had the pool to ourself for the 11 nights we stayed. The property is beautiful and very safe as it is gated. We had no issues at all while staying here and would recommend this place to anyone. It’s a GEM!!!!

Very good. Had everything we needed.
The property was just where we wanted to be and we're very happy with all the facilities provided. There was some traffic traffic noise when using the front balcony but we got used to it. We would definitely consider using this property again in the future.

Very central very clean
We have just returned enjoyed our stay. Very central for getting around the area nice swimming pool which you have to yourself most of the time.Lots of localbars within walking distance.we found Sonia’s bar very reasonable nice pint and good food. Would definitely use this property again.

Just back from Mark and Diane's beautiful villa
The villa was wonderful, very spacious and immaculately clean. The pool was large and for most of the time we had it to ourselves. Location ideal for all the local bars and restaurants etc. Nothing was to much bother for Mark and Diane who were very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely go to this lovely villa again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very good property in excellent location
We recently enjoyed a 3 week stay in this apartment. The owners (Mark and Diane) live in the complex and are very friendly and helpful, whilst respecting your privacy. Nothing is a problem for them. The property is excellent value for money. It's location is ideal and we used this as a base to travel around the wider Alicante/Murcia area. We will definitely be back some time in the future! All in all

Great place and ideal location
Hi, Stayed in the townhouse over Christmas whilst the weather was somewhat mixed the townhouse was excellent and the owners Mark and Dianne were great. Met us on arrival showed us around the property answered all our questions and were a great source of local knowledge during our stay. It was that good we have already booked again..

First Class
Just returned from a 2 week stay in Mark and Diane's lovely apartment, with my young family. All facilities are as described and the pool is perfect, and was virtually private as nobody else used it! Apartment is spot on, set in a quite location, but within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Highly recommended and we will definitely be re-booking the apartment if we return to the Alicante region. Mark and Diane are also very helpful if you need anything.

Fantastic
Just home after spending a fantastic week with my grown up family at Mark and Diane's apartment. Great apartment, very spacious for the 5 adults in our party. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Met with Mark and Diane who couldn't do enough for us. Good location close to bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the excellent pool and the added facility of wi-fi was a great bonus. Will definitely return.

First Class
Came back to spend another 3 weeks in Mark and Diane's townhouse and it gets better and better. This has to be the best accommodation in Benijofar and within easy reach of some fantastic restaurants. While we were there the iron packed in so Diane delivered a brand new one the very next day. Simply fantastic.

Great Winter Break
My wife and I have just returned from a 4 week Break at Mark and Diane's Townhouse in Benijofar . The property is ideally located in the Village and is within easy access to local Bars and Restaurants. The accommodation was to a high standard with all the facilities for a self catering holiday. The other residents whom we met on the complex were most helpful and gave us lots of advice on what to see and do in the local area. We met the owners Mark & Diane on our last week of the stay and they were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked to return next year Joe & Teresa

MOST ENJOYABLE HOLIDAY
Completed a 16 day stay from 12 Oct to 27 Oct 2015. We have rented several times in the Benijofar area and this has been be far the best. Very clean to the highest standards with everything necessary for a perfect holiday. The swimming pool was excellent even in October. Locally there are many restaurants, cafes and bars, the prices are very reasonable and of course,with very enjoyable food. Beaches are only 15 minutes drive and there are loads of them. Will be returning next year. Everybody was very friendly, the owners and the neighbours which made everything as we wanted for an excellent holiday. Regards Doreen and Ron

excellent modern townhouse
just completed a 16 day stay at this excellent townhouse, very clean throughout, air con in lounge and separate air con for upstairs bedrooms, TV has a good choice of English channels, and the wi fi was guick and un-interupted pool in the sun all day and nice separate pool for the children very quiet and secure, owners provided a cot for our granddaughter at no charge which solved a problem for us would stay again without hesitation

Wonderful apartment and location
We recently spent 10 days in this apartment and all I can say is it really is a wonderful place to stay. It is furnished to a very high standard and all advertised amenities worked to perfection. We had absolutely no problems at all and the owner (Diane) was on hand and extremely helpful and accommodating if we needed anything at all (eg extra doors keys). We have rented similar types of property in Spain many times over the years and I would say that without doubt this is the best we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect for us. You are literally yards away from authentic Spanish village bars and restaurants but are also within a 15 minute walk from more British/Northern European bars and restaurants too; so as far as we are concerned you have the best of both worlds. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be staying there again in the future. Regards Mick and Julie

Delightful
Very pleasantly surprised as the photos of the property don't do it justice , very modern , clean and very well equipped . The owners Diane & Mark extremely genuine and helpful people . Great English TV and WIFI . This property boasts four sun terraces which were private and great little sun traps well equipped with sun chairs. Great little location with restaurants , bars and about twenty minutes drive from the beach.

A Great Stay
We stayed here in December 2014 and enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing time. The owners,Diane and Mark, have thought about every aspect of a holiday in Benijofar and ensured their rental is fully equipt for all eventualities. With air conditioning and additional heating, this really is a year round rental. The accommodation is well decorated/furnished and spotlessly clean. There really is nothing lacking whatsoever and, with the added advantages of satellite tv and wifi, even the (rare) poor weather day is catered for. We will certainly be taking advantage of this property again and cannot recommend it too highly.
