Stunning renovated home with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, modern kitchen with stainless appliances, saltwater pool and master suite with private balcony with pool and ocean views! Enjoy your vacation to Onset at this beautiful house, which includes direct access to semi-private beach just 200 yards from the house. Our home is on a three acre lot with large yard for play and outside fun. The Bay Pointe golf course is immediately across the road.
The main floor boasts a living room with Wifi and cable TV and sleeper sofa, dining room, library with futon for first floor sleeping, beautiful eat in gourmet kitchen with all the modern amenities, 3/4 bath and laundry room. From the first floor, there's access to the in ground saltwater pool, grill and outdoor furniture in the beautifully landscaped fenced in yard. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and 2 baths. The first room has a bunk bed with a twin bed over a full. The second room has a full bed and ceiling fan. The spacious master bedroom has a private balcony with views of the yard, pool and ocean! Relax and start your day with a coffee and the view of the Cape Cod Canal. Jacuzzi tub upstairs. The master has a queen bed and sitting area. The bathroom off the master is a 3/4 bath with a shower.

labor day week.

great property. totally set up to handle my family. the kitchen is sept up well and worked for feeding lots of friends and relatives who live close by. gorgeous views and perfect weather. owners were readily available to answer questions and give suggestions for places to go and eat.

Beautiful location

Wonderful stay. We loved the pool. A nice walk down to the beach to collect shells. House had all the things you would need for a stay. Kitchen fully stocked, and towels and linens were abundant. Owners were friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful property.

This was the perfect place for a short vacation before school starts. Close to restaurants, Onset Beach and a variety of entertainment options. We spent hours on end in the pool. The Farmhouse is an amazing property and we had a great time.

Summer highlight

We stayed here while getting married across the street at the Bay Pointe Club. The hosts were absolutely amazing, the location is stunning and we had such a memorable experience with family and friends. I highly recommend this special home.

Superb Home, Pool and Location

We really enjoyed the home and ammenities. Fantastic inground pool. In addition, well equipped kitchen for all our cooking needs. Great location to explore southeastern, Mass and RI.

Perfect Property

We had a wonderful experience at this home on buzzards bay. The house was everything we needed. The kids loved being at the beach and then the pool was certainly an added bonus. The weather was perfect and the location was close to everything. Definitely would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! House, yard, and pool were all very clean and beautiful! Plenty of space for a family of 6. Short walk to beach front access was so neat. Great house for family gathering

We really enjoyed our stay in Buzzards Bay. The house had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was well equipped and there is also an outdoor grill. The pool is fabulous and the house is just a 3 minute walk to a small private beach. The house is a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again!

All inclusive, perfect family home

My husband, daughter and three grandchildren (ages 15, 12, and 8) enjoyed a long overdue vacation in this lovely farmhouse. We had plenty of space for all to nest, a well equipped kitchen, and happiest of all, a saltwater pool! The short walk to the beach was favorite morning and evening break, and perfect for launching our kayak. The one rainy day gave us time for lots of UNO games and a jigsaw puzzle. Our hosts were warm and friendly, answering any questions promptly. This home is filled with thoughtful touches everywhere! We could not have asked for anything more. Many thanks!

Great house

Granston way was fabulous

although the weather was all over the place ~RECORD HIGH AND LOW IN ONE WEEK~ the house stayed warm when we closed the windows and cool when we opened them. The chickens are hilarious to watch form upper deck! pool was great. clean and perfect temp! lawn and yards were beautiful! such a variety of flowers and trees! this is our 3rd time renting this property. We will be back!!!

Highly recommend

Comfortable well cared for property that will meet all your needs. Great location to just chill or use as a jumping point to Cape sights. Owners very responsive and ready to make sure your stay is excellent and worry free. Heated pool was icing on the cake!

Pool and Beach

We had a great time staying here. Spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. The fenced in backyard has a gorgeous pool , plenty of room for games and a covered porch. Large kitchen has everything you need for cookouts and plenty of restaurants nearby. We hope to be back next year.

Stay in a pandemic

This is the perfect, no-activities in the area, place to be while quarantined. The house is a lovely, updated farm house: The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to use. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great. We used the pool, a lot; it is not great for walking in the pool, because it is so deep, but it is great for swimming. Were we to need to rent a house in this area again, we would sign on in a heartbeat.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The house and location are beautiful. So peaceful. We had the best time. The owners were very nice and friendly. The only issue we had was not wanting to go home lol. Can’t wait to come back :)

Wareham Farmhouse: Family Vacation Fun

We loved the salt water pool and porch. The added benefit here is the beach. We could walk on the beach and see the opening to the Cape Cod Canal. There were sea birds and boats all out enjoying the beautiful weather. We were only four people but this house could certainly work for a larger family. The property managers were very nice as well.

We are local residents with family property in area since 1956. We love this quite private escape and the great swimming, sailing and fishing access. We are renting out this second home on the property that has great space and views. Happy to help with vacation needs and local recommendations for restaurants and activities.

We have lived in the area for over 50 years. Growing up fishing swimming and sailing here.

What makes this property unique

Can walk directly to our beach along private path with great swimming and boating opportunities. . Fresh seafood restaurants nearby as well as restaurants within one mile in the summer town of Onset. Very relaxing quite location with newly refinished saltwater pool and large yard for kids to run and play well as well. Excellent accessibility - only about an hour drive from either Boston or Providence airports, and an easy drive to Falmouth and Woods hole activities.
