For those who love to explore on foot, an old mule path from the villa leads to a mini-market (2 minutes) and the traditional village of Makriotika (10 minutes), with its authentic café and taverna serving local dishes. This is a great property with a fantastic host! The pool was awesome to come home to each day. The property is central to the island - most things are a 45 minute drive, which was better than being on one of the north or south coasts where other attractions would be an hour or more.

A rustic paradise
A stunning private setting with beautiful views and a wonderful outside space filled with trees and flowers. The Tree House was a delightful bonus giving my adult son his own entire space. Everything you could need was thought of by generous host Regina.

Perfect villa!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Regina - a beautiful villa in a rural setting, just a short drive to the shops and tavernas in the lovely little village of Agia Efimia. The villa is nicely furnished and well appointed and was cleaned and linen etc changed during the week. It is well equipped with insect screens on doors and windows. For those with young children (as we were) an important safety feature is that the pool can be gated off if required. There is also a little play area in the beautiful garden with tree house, swings etc. We slept in the guest tree house - very calm and peaceful in a lovely setting - while the rest of the family used the main house. The villa owner, Regina, is very friendly and helpful and easy to contact. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in this lovely villa which we would highly recommend. Thank you Regina!

Fantastic house & location
This villa is one of the nicest we've visited, in a lovely location with fantastic views. It has everything you could wish for, a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, air conditioning (which also heats if you visit in the cooler months) Pool, the 'Treehouse' is rather special too. The villa is very private and a peaceful retreat, easy access, not a bad drive from the airport, loads to see and do nearby. The owner is a really friendly, helpful, lovely lady who speaks excellent english. We can highly recommend renting one of her boats in Fiskardo! All in all an excellent holiday we would rate this villa 10/10!

Everything about this property was perfect. Very clean and modern rooms, nice pool, kids playgarden. All my family(My wife, my son and our dog) feel very happy during our stay in the house. Good location to explore northern half of the island and only 5min by car to Myrthos beach and Agia Efemia village with shops and restaurants. Owners are very welcoming, kind and helpful ( I had issue with my car tyre and they fix the problem). Very nice tavern near by in Makriotika. Highly recommended property!!!

An Amazing Villa
An amazing villa located in a quiet area with a great view of the mountains and sea. The host (Regina) was brilliant and welcomed us with a smile and a lovely hamper of food and when we left gave us a leaving gift. Lovely touches that made us feel so at home. The property has a great pool and BBQ and an area for kids to plays on swings etc. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing holiday. Beautiful views. Wonderful host.
We received a warm welcome to this beautiful villa with complementary wine and food. Friendly cleaners come twice a week. Reginas mother in law left fresh eggs for us and Regina made sure she came to see us before we left with gifts for not just the kids but me and husband too. The island is beautiful wherever you go with lots of mountains and crystal clear water on beaches. Regina hires out motor boats in the north of the island which was worth doing and a lovely day out. scuba diving 10 minute drive in lovely harbour area. A holiday we will remember in our later years. Thank you Regina.

Fantastic villa, wonderful views & great location
The villa, its grounds and setting are fantastic! The owner and team are wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. We had a lovely stay and would recommend Villa Regina to anyone. Perfect location for trips to Agios Efimia, Myrtos, Assos etc.

Wonderful villa, stunning views, great location
Very well maintained villa with wonderful outside space and views. Located perfectly for visiting Assos, Fiscardo, Antisammos, Agios Efimia etc (definitely recommend hiring a boat off the owner in Fiscardo for a day exploring the beaches and coves) if you can drag yourself away from the pool. Owner and staff very helpful and great "welcome pack". Local restaurants and minimarket and Agios Efimia only 5 minute drive. Wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend Villa Regina.

A Charming villa at perfect location!
Luxury villa Regina is exceptional! If you want to explore Kefalonia, we found the location was ideal, right at the centre of the island, close to best sightseeings and beaches, everything is no more than 45 min away. Nicely decorated, very clean with comfortable furnishing, fully equipped kitchen with everything you could wish for, even a mini market just 2 min walk. A relaxing huge garden with breathtaking mountain and sea views. Our children enjoyed playing at the pool, while we were relaxing at the sunbeds and the swing under the trees. We were well looked after by Regina, the owner, that was very helpful and discreet.I would highly suggest this villa to families with children, as well as friends or couples. It was hard to leave and we can´t wait to be back.

Hospitality and fishing hold a special place in my heart, as they were my father’s main passions—he taught me so much before he sadly passed away. The sea has always been a big part of my life, whether it’s fishing, swimming, or working with water sports and activities. I also love cooking and sharing meals with others—it’s such a wonderful way to connect. Hosting guests from around the world brings me so much joy, as I get to share a piece of my home and learn about their unique stories and cultures

Villa Regina was built with great effort, love, and care, originally intended to be our family home. We started this journey a few years after my daughter was born, creating a space filled with warmth and memories. Over time, we expanded the villa by adding the pool, the tree-house and enhancing the outdoor spaces, and in 2014, we took our first steps into offering it as a summer rental.
