All the facilities of this holiday property are private, no shared with anyone else , here only sound that can be heard are birds singing across the trees. Every visitor who enters this property , from the first moment feels that he has found his own paradise.

INTERIOR SPACES
Kefalonia Villa Regina is all on one level and has been comfortably furnished and decorated with great joie de vivre. The stunning indoors boast abundance of styles and detail where each room shows a unique character explicitly appointed by the discerning owners who hand-picked the highest quality furnishing and amenities.
The main entrance leads to an open plan room featuring a spacious living area with sofas and armchairs set around a fireplace, an indoor dining area for 6 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with bar area and cosy breakfast area. French windows lead from this room onto a spacious veranda with outdoor dining area overlooking the pool.
From the open plan room a hallway leads to the bedrooms. To the left of the hallway is the master bedroom that has been colourfully decorated in contrasting cherry red and cerise pink. The en-suite bathroom has both bath and shower. French windows lead from this room onto the front patio overlooking the swimming pool.
To the right of the hallway are two further bedrooms. The ‘turquoise’ bedroom with double bed, and the children’s bedroom with 2 single beds. Both of these bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with excellent shower, and both bedrooms have french windows leading to the spacious veranda and the garden.

The sun-drenched pool terrace is a perfect spot for relaxing in complete tranquillity surrounded by the natural woodland offering both sun and coolness during the day. The exceptionally large pool with its 'chill-out' area invites you to enjoy long summer days and relax at night in the ambient light of the pool. For your convenience there is an external shower.
The main outdoor dining area is beside the villa and has magnificent views over the surrounding countryside to the bay of Agia Efimia Kefalonia in the distance. Spend the days lounging by the pool and enjoy al fresco cooking and dining in the fully equipped bbq area.
The garden surrounding the pool area and villa have been terraced using local stone and are filled with a variety of herbs and flowers including banks of lavender and rosemary. A path leads from the main terrace through the woodland to the old traditional threshing mill, a secluded and quiet spot where there is a stone-built picnic area. Below the pool terrace are orchards filled with orange, lemon and tangerine trees. There is also a newly built children's playground, so our little friends can play under the shade.
One of the great benefits for families with small children renting Kefalonia Villa Regina is that the house can be fully railed off from the swimming pool terrace. For guests not with small children, the railings can be slid back so that the villa becomes open to the pool and grounds.

Just a few steps from the pool area, this magnificent place is NOT to be rented separately, it is included in the total rental price and it will be entirely at your disposal to use, in addition with the villa property.
Built entirely with wood, located a few meters from the villa, laying at the shade of olive trees and other beautiful trees that decorate our garden. It can accommodate two persons on a big double bed, it has a private bathroom, strong wifi internet, window screens, a modern TV set, mini bar and it is fully air conditioned. Outside there is a small wooden balcony and, downstairs a patio built with local stone for your breakfast and relaxation. Lie at the hammock, enjoy the silence and, let the birds carry you away and experience absolute rest.

Kefalonia Villa Regina is situated only 4km from Agia Efimia Kefalonia, where there are shops, bars and restaurants, and a short drive from the unspoilt nearest small beaches of Saint Friday. Also in the vicinity there are opportunities to practise water sports like diving and the area is ideal for cycling and hiking when it's not too hot. Myrtos Beach Kefalonia is just 5 minutes drive, with its famous sunset and the incredible turquoise water.
An old mule-path from Regina Villa Kefalonia takes you down to the nearest supermarket within 2 minutes walk, if you continue on for another 10 minutes you come to the traditional village of Makriotika with its cafe and taverna serving authentic local dishes.
The village of Divarata with more tavernas is just a few mins by car, though in the cooler summer months of the year it is a really pleasant 25 minutes walk through the countryside to this village. The very pretty fishing village of Assos Kefalonia with its breathtakingly beautiful bay is about 15 mins drive away, and Fiskardo Kefalonia with its colourful array of shops, restaurants and cafes that line the water-front is about 30 mins drive away. A wonderful day out is to hire one of our boats in Fiskardo and find your own little piece of paradise for a day!
