We visited this property as two couples, for my husbands 50th birthday. Self check was very easy, and the property was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great location for bars & restaurants. Enjoyed a lovely long walk into Ciudad Quesada which was a great way to spend Saturday afternoon.Thank you for a wonderful stay!
the villa was nice and tidy. It was very close to the pool and that was very pleasant. Everything was well provided in the villa. the contact with the owners went very smoothly. there was a supermarket near the villa for daily groceries and breakfast. In the vicinity there was not much to do, so you need a car to explore the further area.

The photos don't tell the whole story unfortunately.
This is for all intents, a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with an enclosed small private courtyard and an outside solarium accessed from the outside.As the property is a "quad", surrounded by other quads, the solarium, which we never used, would allow you to get up close with your neighbours. Inside the property there is not a normal single chair or settee available to sit on Only a corner sofa bed unit that was so deep it was impossible to sit with your feet on the floor and your back having support. We were disappointed as soon as we saw the property. The word "villa" is an over statement by a long way.

This villa is excellently located, only minutes from a supermarket and various restaurants. The villa is situated in a quiet street, I used the double bed which was perfect, there is a spacious roof terrace, which you gain access to via a private courtyard area which is perfect for sitting and relaxing. Absolutely no negatives for me, excellent communication prior to arrival and assistance is available if required when you are there, I look forward to returning in the future.
The villa was in a superb location which was nice and quiet but all facilities extremely close.
The villa was in superb condition and very well equipped and would recommend to anybody.
The owner and her colleagues was in contact a few times to ensure all was ok and enquired if I needed anything.
The villa is immaculate , the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The local bars and restaurants are about 2 minute walk from the villa . There is a lovely swimming pool which is well maintained .
Our stay in this property was a great Villa. The host Maggie was super. We had a problem with the bathroom door and we emailed Jenny ( the owner) who contacted Maggie. The communication between them both and us was great. Everything was resolved quickly. The area was great too especially if you like golf ( we didn’t go for the golf). It was very hot and sticky while we were there so the A/C and fans were very appreciated. The view from the terrace was great. We stayed for a month and used the washing machine/ oven hob/ and the dishwasher was a godsend.

The actual villa was very clean, with all the mod cons required and ideally located for those short walks to the local hostelries!
The pool is a 50 yd walk, the roof top terrace a delight (with plenty of loungers and seats) and the property is ideal for Rojales (walking) and Guardamar (beaches). Absolutely no hesitation in staying again!!!

Lovely, bright, spacious villa in a quiet location. Very clean and well equipped. Ideally positioned for the supermarket, bars and restaurants all in walking distance. On the edge of a stunning golf course. Jenny the owner was very speedy at replying to emails. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

This is a very well run property, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and as well located with lots of bars/restaurants and golf on the doorstep.
Excellent location. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. 2 minute walk to bars, restaurants, supermarket and golf course. Short walk to nearby Rojales. Well equipped villa. Clean and comfortable although the courtyard outside was quite sandy but I believe they had just had some bad storms prior to us arriving. Straightforward check in / check out process.
