Villa With New Private Pool (2021) Sleeps 8 / Free WiFi available!!

Spacious villa with separate apartment (included in rental, so no other guests), sleeps 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a big terrace. The private pool of generous proportions has been renovated and retiled in the spring of 2021. The nice garden has been updated in 2021 as well as we have planted many new fruit trees. Close to several villages, including Olhao, Moncarapacho, Estoi and Sao Bras de Alportel. The beautiful beaches of the Eastern Algarve are just 15 minutes away by car from the villa. In short, the perfect place to explore the Algarve or just the place to do nothing, lying in the sun with a drink at your own private pool!

In the villa (ground floor) a large, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with airconditioning and Smart TV. Around the villa there are several large terraces: the main terrace is equipped with a huge canopy to sit in the shade. There is a large brick barbecue that really does the job. The pool has a size of 5 x 10 meters (deepest point 2 meters). The surrounding garden offers countless possibilities to find a cozy spot in the shade, read a good book, or to enjoy a nice stroll through it, whilst discovering the many different exotic plants and flowers.

The apartment is accessible via a private entrance (stairs) at the side of the house. It has one bedroom (two single beds), a bathroom with toilet, shower cubicle and washstand, as well as a small kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The terrace of the apartment boasts a beautiful view over a large part of the Algarve. Can you picture yourself yet, with that freshly brewed cup of coffee, enjoying the morning sun on your patio?

Wunderbare Lage
Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage mit großzügiger Gartenanlage, großem Pool und schattiger Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit der Betreuung vor Ort funktionierte bestens. Die Restauranttips waren sehr gut. Kurzum, es war alles so, wie es für einen entspannten Urlaub sein muss.

Belle maison, parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Terrasse et piscine très agréables pour tous les repas, l'apéritif, le barbecue, dans un beau décor. Accueil parfait et intervention si nécessaire, avec des hôtes très disponibles. Beaucoup d'activités à 10 à 15mn de voiture. Une destination recommandée sans restriction.

Traumhafte und ruhige Ferienvilla mit herrlichem Pool
Sehr schöne Villa mit wunderbarem Garten und Pool. Geschmackvolle Möblierung und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Haus lädt zum Relaxen ein, der Strand und die Stadt von Faro sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir ( 2 Familien mit Teenagern und Kindern) haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Empfehlenswert !

Beautiful villa
The villa was beautiful and meet our every requirement (family of 6) the outside was just the highlight for us - with not just the kids enjoying the pool but us adults too! So peaceful and nearby towns are just lovely..a car is needed to stay here. Communication with owner was brilliant from start to end. Love it here!

Un lieu enchanteur idéal pour rayonner sur toute l Algarve
La propriété est splendide, la villa implantée dans un parc de plusieurs hectares se trouve en retrait des voies de circulation et sans vis à vis. Calme et repos sont donc au rendez vous ! Les photos correspondent au bien. Sebastiaan est très serviable et répond très rapidement aux sollicitations, il donne par ailleurs d excellents conseils. L emplacement est idéal pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent visiter l algarve, proche aéroport (sans ses nuisances) , 40minutes de l Espagne, d Albufeira etc etc.. En juillet nous n avons pas eu besoin de la clim pour dormir, les nuits étant relativement fraîches. La piscine est chauffée par des panneaux solaires et donc toujours à température agréable. Il s agit d'un lieu idyllique qui nécessite cependant d être véhiculé

Excellent property in very well kept mature gardens and plenty of space - very private. The pool and canopied seating area was a big hit and to be honest we could have stayed there all week and never left the villa as the weather was so good! Ample accommodation for us, a family of 7. Kitchen was well stocked although we used the BBQ outside just as much. Air con in living room and main bedroom although we only need it once. Nearest shops in Olhoa about 10 mins by car but its not a tourist type spot, the typical Algarve coastline to Albufeira and beyond were about 30 mins by car due west and quite easy to do but as the villa is a bit rural you will need a car to get about. Sebastian is a nice guy and was extremely helpful and relaxed on arrival and departure as we were delayed arriving and late leaving - thank you Sebastian! We rarely go to the same place twice, but I would happily return here for privacy, a big old house, and plenty of outside space to chill, read, and splash in the pool. If you do go, there is a large solar panel farm in the adjacent field which you pass by on the way up a private lane as you approach. Its a useful land mark if you're trying to find it for the first time!

Confortable house and very cosy place
I stayed with some friends 1 week. Sebastiaan was excellent and helped a lot with everything. The house is very confortable, the kitchen has everything needed, the bedrooms are big and the beds are very nice. The pool filter was broken in the first day so the pool was not so good, but it was fixed very fast and was perfect in the second day. I recommend if you are looking for a quiet place, near Olhão Center and a nice vacations with family and friends.

Good house for our family
We spent our holiday here and we were very happy when we arrived. Better than the photos show. Parents stayed in the apartment on the side, which is well equipped for two people, we stayed in the house (mom, dad with 2 daughters and 2 of their friends) and had more than enough space. It was all clean and tidy, but could do with a fresh up paint here and there. Sebastiaan was very helpful and kind. We had two small rental cars for very little money. The house is close to the beaches and towns/villages but you need the car to get there. Recommend Moncarapacho nearby and a boattrip on the Ria Fromosa

Lovely place, great pool
We spent a very lovely week at this property. It's pretty remote so you will need a car but don't let that put you off! The pool is fantastic and you can pick fresh figs every day from the trees around the property. Sebastian was very helpful and I would recommend this house as a great base to explore the area.
