The villa is surrounded by a park of about 3 hectares, completely fenced in, where there is a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (12m. x 6m. depth 120/150cm.), equipped with external bathrooms and changing rooms, football goals and a table tennis set. The property also offers large balconies for outdoor dining (barbecue) and private parking. Wi-Fi free. Comfortable furniture with some element of quality. The house is located 3.5 km. from Vicchio (birthplace of Giotto and Fra Angelico), 30km. from Florence, 24km. from the "Barberino Designer Outlet" (over 100 stores of major brands of Italian and international fashion) and Lake "Bilancino" (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), at 14km. the "Poggio dei Medici Golf Club", 7km. riding stables.
