About this property

Pebbles in Cadgwith Cove- sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

Traditional fisherman's cottage in the heart of Cadgwith Cove, up to two dogs welcome. Sunny garden, private parking, a stone's throw from the beach and village pub. Three bedrooms, sleeps 6. Sunny and south-facing, the whitewashed cottage provides very comfortable accommodation and is full of character.

Pebbles has its own patio and sheltered garden with sea glimpes, which makes a lovely private suntrap and provides ample seating to enjoy alfresco meals. It is only a few yards away from the beach where you can bathe or watch the daily activities of the local fishermen, and central to all the amenities of the cove.

You can enjoy freshly caught fish and crab in the Old Cellars Restaurant or in the Cadgwith Cove Inn, the local pub

The Fishermans Cottage
Lovely cottage right in the centre of a traditional Cornish village. The cottage is next door but one to the village pub. Access by car is quite a challenge with a large car but nothing unusual for Cornwall. There is one designated space for the cottage, but we could park an additional car possibly due to time of year. Cottage itself is lovely. Modern kitchen, comfy lounge an d a dining room . There is an upstairs small shower room.and three bedrooms. Downstairs is another WC and a separate larger shower room in a lean to single storey extension. Not ideal for two couples but given the age of the property it's difficult to do otherwise. I would definitely stay again . Its charming.

Bliss by the sea
This was our fourth visit to 'Pebbles'. A brand new , beautifully appointed kitchen, has made this cottage a perfect get away. It is located right in the heart of the village, but still has a feeling of seclusion ; it also has two parking spaces which are a luxury in Cadgwith. The cottage is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The owners are extremely approachable and nothing is too much trouble. We were there during a heatwave and the Cove was so beautiful, that we did not need to stray more than the one minute walk to the beach, where we fished, snorkeled, paddled and watched the fishermen at work. The evenings were spent being welcomed by the locals at Fish barbecues, a pub quiz or watching the sun setting from the tranquillity of the garden. A perfect place to stay.

Great property great location. Full of character,.
Great property great location. Full of character, the only downside is the kitchen. As we ate out it didn't impact our stay. Some fantastic walks right on the doorstep. Will be looking at booking again.

Comfortable cottage in perfect location
Pebbles is very comfortable with plenty of space for the family to spread out . We were provided with all we needed including high chair , cot and welcome goodies . Games toys etc available for use in the cottage , fortunately we didn't need them as the weather was amazing Lovely garden area and especially good to have parking which is limited in the village . One minute to the harbour and coastal path , beautiful scenery and walks . Pub serving good fresh local food also one minute away . Fiona made sure we had all we needed and was very accommodating when I initially booked the wrong week in error Would definitely look forward to returning in the future

We live in a small fishing village on the Lizard Peninsula, South west Cornwall with our three young boys. Simon is a retired fisherman and I am a teacher. We are a small, family owned and run business and we are delighted to say that many of our guests return again and again.

Why they chose this property

Pebbles is a traditional Cornish cottage with lots of character and steps from the beach and great pub. Comfortable for families or friends, parking for two spaces and wifi - it offers a chance to unwind and enjoy the local walks and seafood.

What makes this property unique

Cadgwith is one of the last remaining active fishing coves - watch the boats come and go and sample the freshest seafood you may ever have tasted. Sea shanties are often sung in the pub on a Friday night, folk night is also very popular. In the summer there are regular fish barbecues as well as regattas and gig racing.
