Fully renovated on 2014, the villa is built on two levels it is made up of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with an open plan sitting room and kitchen complete with a breakfast/dining eating bar. The kitchen appliances are included as well as the washing machine and the air conditioning system. A 5,5 x 8,5m infinity swimming pool with outside shower and a pergola covered terrace as well as a built in barbecue with kitchen preparation area is the perfect ensemble for outdoor living.

Gennadi beach is one of the longest and most beautiful beaches of Rhodes. It is in the south part of Rhodes, far away from the noise of the city. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy sea and sun. The location is convenient for visiting the nearby villages and beaches.
