Lovely cottage, great facilities in a beautiful area. Will be back for a longer weekend soon.
Kids loved the hot tub despite the wintry weather. Adults loved the log burner and mulled wine.
Really good location. The property was clean and had everything you need. You can tell a lot of thought goes into each stay. We were welcomed with Easter treats!
We were very impressed by bevan house. Beautiful secluded location with fabulous views from the decking and amazing hot tub. Plenty of room and well equipped. Great host with easy communication and we were able to have a later checkout
Will definitely be returning.
We stayed here for a short break. The property was lovely and tidy with plenty of rooms and space. We beds were compfy and the pillows soft.
The hot tub and weather to boot was perfect and if the nights are clear you get a beautiful starry night sky.
The whole experience was perfect. Angela was exceptional, pleasant, welcoming and made us feel at ease with the tour of the property as she explained everything on detail.
Location is perfect with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The perfect, peaceful get away. Would highly recommend this holiday let.
Really lovely house with gorgeous views over the rolling welsh countryside that we are missing! Hot tub was a great addition and it was lovely to relax in on an evening after a day of walking. The house location is quite remote although only a short drive from nearest town and villages. Great time had by all!
We had a lovely stay at Bevan house, visiting the area to attend a wedding.
The house was large and well equipped and the hit tub was really fantastic.
Absolutely no issues at all and the property was clean and located in a beautiful spot.
Very minor but couldn't find any scissors, other than this, no suggestions for improvement at all
Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding!
Bevan House is a lovely property in beautiful countryside. The house offers everything you could need for a fantastic holiday or short break. The owners were extremely helpful and accomodating, we had a great time. Thank you Clive and Angela.
We enjoyed peaceful country views from the bedrooms, not over looked by other properties/buildings & nicely secluded without being isolated, as there are several towns, villages, shops about 10 minutes drive away, not to mention the local pub which does take away as well as eat in food. Also thank you to Angela for excellent communication & the thoughtful welcoming treats. The hot tub was amazing!!!
Lovely holiday home made perfect by the incredibly wonderful owner who left a lovely basket of goodies for my friend’s birthday plus bread and milk. The location is simply stunning. Everything you need is at the property and the hot tub was fab. Great house to switch off and relax in. Will be back. Thank you

Great Period Property
Love this property, a lot of genuine character still remains, yet where it matters it has been tastefully re-furbished, it was cosy , comfortable, bit dissapointed that the Ping-Pong was no longer available, but Hot Tub made up for it relaxing instead of burning off energy !! a lot of nice touches left for us by the lovely owner Angela which we thank her for, basically there was everything you needed and more for a relaxing stay including excellent service from the owners, we were very impressed and would recommend for a relaxing vacation .

Fantastic cottage in the perfect location
This was a lovely little gem. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay - there was even milk, tea, coffee and bread! The views were far reaching and there was a pub just down the road. There were plenty of toys and dvds for the kids and a cracking hot tub which had been cleaned prior to us getting there. Would recommend and Angela gave us a quick thorough, non intrusive tour of the place before leaving us to it. If you’re out this way then I would give this place a look up. Thank you guys! We’d come again!
The house and the whole place is absolutely beautiful we really enjoyed ourself the owners was really welcoming and friendly and the house was really clean and the house had a warm feeling in it would really recommend the stay
This was a lovely place to stay, we stayed for a week with 5 children and 2 adults and had everything we needed.
So peaceful, not far to drive places and the local pub food was delicious!!
I would recommend this property and will more than likely rebook!
Thank you for a lovely welcome.
Lovely place, owners have thought of everything you might need and welcome gifts were gratefully received. Would recommend and hope to return. Thank you.

About the host

We live about 100 yards up the road on a sheep farm with our 18 year old Son. Bevan House is a delightful detached property with it's own hot tub, which is clean and ready to use all year. The house can sleep up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms with a family bathroom upstairs and a second toilet downstairs.
We love Bevan House because it is a lovely warm house with stunning views across the Edw Valley. It is so peaceful and quiet although you are still able to walk to the local pub for an evening meal if you don't want to cook yourself.
Why they chose this property
We love the area. Walking distance to local pub.
