Lovely Place
We absolutely loved the place from the great breakfast, coziness, warmth and location. Probably our favorite place so far we have stayed in England. Additionally, I love how much they support the local community. Thank you!

5* accommodation!!!
Stonehenge Cottage is absolutely delightful, fabulous location, spacious, everything you need. Hassle free luxury accommodation, a great place to unwind with plenty of lovely walks, places to visit. The self check in was flawless, everything you needed was there, perfect hosts and an absolute joy to stay in your beautiful cottage. Highly recommend and we will return without hesitation. Thank you!!

No quite as advertised
Whilst the accommodation was like the pictures it is in need of some refurb. We arrived at the accommodation to see a giant dog poo by the picnic bench. Inside the place was clean but carpet was frayed and then the shower in the en-suite was unusable as the base was so rotten it was caving in. When I mentioned it to the staff (the owners couldn’t be bothered to say hello) they acted surprised and said don’t use it.. hmmm paid a lot of money for this stay... in the kitchen there was no room for anything.. every cupboard had useless pointless equipment like a spice rack but no room for the plates laid out on the table - totally impractical. Finally the two suites are not jnterconnecting as we are led to believe. It was very disappointing considering the money we spent sadly. We won’t be back and there are much better places for this much per night.

Beautiful, quiet, and a pub across the street!
What a beautiful place to stay! We wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Luxury is accurate as every thing needed was provided at a high standard. There were only two of us but it would have been perfect for two couples or a family of four. Breakfast was provided and we cooked up quite a spread but couldn't do justice to the delicious food given. The pub across the street was quite good for lunch but dinner was a bit disappointing. It could have been an off day. That being said, it is wonderful to be able to walk across the street, eat dinner and then settle back on the comfy couch with a fire in the wood stove. There is a walking trail nearby that took us through the beautiful countryside. We would certainly stay here again!

The most beautiful cottage I have seen in my life.
Okay I have nothing bad to say about this place. The location is amazing! You are so close to everything u want to see in that area. The outdoor of the cottage is so beautiful and just calming. The inside of the cottage it’s like you are walking into one of the cottages in these princess movies. The bedrooms are so comfortable and clean, the bathrooms were so clean as well. The kitchen was will equipped with everything you need and more. The best thing was the chocolate that we are addicted on now. It was on the coffee table and it’s gluten free, dairy free and very low sugar so make sure u try it and buy some from them before you leave. I can’t wait until the weather in CA is colder so I can order some more for me and the familia. Okay let’s talk about the washing machine. At first I was like where is the dryer? How am I going to dry the clothes when it’s 11:30pm and we are leaving in the am. To my surprise it’s two in one. So the washing machine is a dryer as well. I honestly love this machine. I would to have two of these in my house in the state. The whole area is so quiet and I am a person who hates the quietness but I loved it at this cottage. I was able to relax, I slept so well without waking up few times a night when I am in new place. So I was up at 10:00am opened the curtains to see a roster staring at me. The most beautiful thing ever. Animals makes me relax and feel happy so seeing this as soon as I opened my eyes was making me have a good day. Helen and Stephen are amazing hosts. I literary emailed them few times and they responded right away. In the morning I asked Helen about the chocolate and she gave me the address to their office and I got my chocolate for the rest of our trip. I keep hiding the chocolate from my daughter so she doesn’t finish it all lol. At the end. I love this place and I pray I can come back soon cuz it’s a place I will come back to it without thinking twice. Thank you so much for your help and hospitality! You guys are the best! Gigi xo

Apartamento muy bien equipado
Aunque el apartamento está lejos de Salisbury, está en una zona muy tranquila. Además, el apartamento está muy bien equipado, es cómodo y tenía alimentos de sobra para el desayuno. Muy buena impresión. Recomendable.

Such a comfortable and welcoming stay
We absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The space was perfect for our family of four. Wonderful eggs, bread, dairy and coffee waiting for us in the kitchen. Great hosts! And the Wheatsheaf Inn right across the road was so nice - we ate there all three nights! Great spot in an adorable village and perfectly situated between Salisbury and Stonehenge. Was an absolute highlight of our trip.

40th Birthday Weekend Getaway
The cottage is certainly in a great location for visiting Stonehenge and Salisbury and was easy to find. There were no issues with check-in and Stephen and Hazel were nice and friendly when we met them. The Wheatsheaf pub is a definite bonus directly opposite with fantastic food and service. Fresh towels and linen were provided, suitable breakfast and board games for entertaining ourselves. No barbecue provided as advertised on the website which was disappointing for our Saturday night plans. The cottage is a little overcrowded with furniture and the dining table is bench style and quite uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. The kitchen had the right appliances and utensils but unfortunately we had to wash all of the glasses prior to use. We also found the cottage a bit stuffy at night even though fans were provided. The sofa bed in the living room was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on as the 5th adult in our party. Despite these issues we did enjoy our stay as we used the cottage as a base to visit Stonehenge, Salisbury and the surrounding area. Most of the issues mentioned could be easily fixed. We did feel particularly the kitchen and ensuite shower needed greater attention regarding cleaning. I will mention positively that when I reported my brother had left his phone charger at the cottage, this was retrieved and posted to us ASAP which was appreciated. Overall I'd say 4 out of 5 as there is a little room for improvement.
