Villa Lia***** with heated pool, beautiful sea view, above Malinska

The Holiday Home Villa Lia is located in the unspoiled nature a bit above Malinska settlement in the village Žgombići. House can be found at the end of the village from where there is a beautiful view on greenery, olive trees and Kvarner bay, facing Opatija and Rijeka.
House is furnished in a way where rustical meets modern. The atmosphere in the outside is relaxing and quiet.
If you see yourself waking up to a beautiful ocean view or laying in a comfortable deckchair by the pool and enjoying a glass of wine while watching a sundown, then this is the house for you. In front of the house there goes a footpath through olive orchards and trees all the way to the center of Malinska and its’ nearest beaches.

INDOOR SPACE:
House is designed for 8 persons:
-there are 4 bedrooms, they are all furnished with king-size beds
-2 bathrooms,
-fully equipped kitchen with an island including dishwasher, big refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, stove and oven
-dining room with a table for 8
-living room with TV and a fireplace which comes in handy in the winter
-on the first floor there is a big balcony with an amazing view of the sea.
All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and there is wi-fi.

Under a covered terrace there is large wooden dining table for 8 persons which is perfect for having breakfast or for a late lunch grilled on a barbeque, which is located in an outdoor space that covers 25m2 near the pool. There is fully equiped outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, refrigerator, cooker, sink and right next to it there is a big table for 8-10 people.
- Swimming pool is filled with fresh water, measuring 4 x 8 m, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Around the pool there are also 4 deckchairs.
In front of the house there is a large parking area and the whole property is fenced with a combination of iron fence and stone wall.
To the center of Malinska and beaches you have 10-15 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by car or scooter.

Malinska stands in a northwestern part of the island Krk and is an important tourist town. For years, the Blue flag, an international award, flutters over Rova beach as a recognition of its quality and its excellent beach facilities. There are numerous nice beaches near Malinska, There are 50 km of walking paths in the Malinska area along which one can see a number of sites such as the monastery in Porat or the old cemetery. Most of the footpaths are also suitable for cycling. The footpaths of Malinska are connected with the other footpaths of the island of Krk. Walking along the coast for 5 km you can reach Njivice or if you take a trip the town of Krk, Baška, Vrbnik.
