Brand new 850 sq ft loft/apartment

Beautiful newly constructed 850 sq ft loft/apartment, full kitchen, separate bathroom, all granite countertops, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, satellite TV. Loft/apartment is located on a 23 acre horse training facility and avocado orchard. The loft has an open floor plan, king-sized bed, and two twin beds. The loft is accessed by a private driveway and has plenty of parking, and is located 100 yards from the owner's private residence.
As this is a professional training facility for privately owned horses, we ask that the guests do not interact with the horses or go into the barns, pastures, nor orchards. Thank you

Exactly as described. Very nice finishes. Extremely comfortable king size bed and very clean. The loft is spacious and had everything I needed. I’d stay here again anytime I am near Moorpark.

Quiet and secluded apartment on a horse boarding ranch. Full amenities with a kitchen, satellite tv, & lovely walk-in shower. Close to Moorpark country club and 15 minutes from Simi Valley. Drawbacks were distance from grocery store/restaurants & no internet available.

Quiet country modern loft.
I stayed here two months. It was very easy to live in this space. Great bathroom & water pressure. Julie was great-totally leaves you your privacy but quickly returns texts if you have an issue. I would stay here again!

Picture perfect privacy
Perfect little hide away. A quiet retreat from the bustle of city life. Be sure to bring a book or deck of cards. You’re really unplugged here. Super clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

Lovely apartment on a beautiful farm, friendly host
We stayed here for a night while visiting my family (having two kids, it's hard to fit us all in at my mom's house). Julie's place is in Somis, but very close to Moorpark and a quick 15 minute drive from Simi, so not out of the way at all, but it is tucked away on a farm, and very quiet and beautiful. The space is one of the nicest one's I've been in, clean, modern decorations and lighting, with a gorgeous bathroom and views, lovely kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The king-sized bed is a definite plus when two little ones decide to leave their own bed and snuggle with you. Julie was very communicative over email, and came to greet us and show us how everything worked. She was very friendly and courteous, and of course we loved the snacks and stocked kitchen as well. Thank you, Julie. We had a lovely time and hope to see you again on a regular basis when we go to visit our own family.
