This traditional upside down cottage is next door to the owner's farmhouse on a non-working farm in a rural location near Okehampton and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.
The Orchard is a traditional upside down cottage next door to the owner's farmhouse on a non-working farm in a rural location, seven miles from Okehampton. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which includes a ground floor king-size double and a second floor mezzanine double. Outside is also an annex with a king-size four-poster bed and luxury bathroom. There is also a ground floor bathroom and cloakroom. On the first floor there is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with woodburning stove. From the existing kitchen area a door leads to a further open plan kitchenette, dining and sitting room with door to a small enclosed garden with seating. 4-poster bedroom and a bathroom with corner whirlpool bath, separate shower, whb and wc. Outside, is a front patio with furniture and off road parking for one car. The Orchard is a delightful, quirky cottage with all the ingredients to create a truly memorable holiday. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - £20 supplement per pet, per stay.

Smart TV with Netflix etc, Freeview, DAB Radio/DVD player with USB and Bluetooth, Bluetooth speaker, Ultra-Fast Broadband WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs.. Barbecue available on request. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes for hot tubs inc. in rent. Ample secure off-road parking.
