New home in the the center of Rehoboth! Three easy blocks to the beach. 4 Bedrooms, plus den, sleeps up to 10, 3 ½ baths, plus outdoor shower. Two master suites.

Beautiful in ground salt-water pool with a secluded setting; it is like a private compound, yet you are just minutes away from the shops, restaurants, clubs, boardwalk, and beach. You will not need your car, but there is parking for four cars!

Activities abound! You are just minutes from the breakwater bike trail to historic Lewes, sailing and power boating on the Rehoboth Bay, and of course, the beach and boardwalk.

About the pool - Pool may be heated for an additional fee upon request - $400 per week or $75 per day for stays less than 7 nights. Please confirm at time of booking if you would like the pool heated. We can add the fee to your rental agreement.

Very comfortable

Our family of six adults enjoyed our stay. Everything was very comfortable and the location was very central and walkable. My only suggestion is that, it would have been nice to have linens provided and beds made for the price.

Perfect Location!

This house was absolutely perfect for our week at the beach. Very centrally located - we barely used our car all week. The pool was a huge hit and the house was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fabulous Stay

The house was spectacular. Super clean, and even nicer than the pictures portray. Very convenient to Rehoboth’s great shops, restaurant and beach. Hope to return again and will recommend this house without hesitation to friends and family.

great location/ wonderful house for family

I only have good things to say about this property, The house and yard were lovely. House was clean and comfortable We did not use the grill so I cannot comment on that but the kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals The living area was perfect for family games So close to everything in Rehobeth, we parked when we arrived and did not get in the car again. We walked and biked everywhere. It was a bit of a pain to bring or rent our bed linens and towels but not deal breaker! thank you!

Beautiful House in an Excellent Location

The house is well laid out for at least 8 people. The pull out bed in the upstairs loft/family room is fairly private also if you need it for #9 and 10. The kitchen is well stocked, as are the book and game shelves. The pool is lovely, and the rooftop deck gives another private space to relax.

The perfect house in the perfect location!

This was the perfect house, located in the perfect spot. It was very clean, updated, and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows. The house had pretty much everything you need, except for bed sheets and bath towels, which weren't a problem to bring along. The property is well within walking distance to all the shops, boardwalk area, and beach. Pretty quiet area, yet still close to everything. Parking passes were provided if you didn't feel like walking. Outlets, grocery store, and Walmart (not a grocery one) were just a few minutes away driving. Will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely perfect

Oh. My. Gosh. This property is amazing. And Michael, the property manager, is the greatest guy. We couldn't be happier with our stay... And I'm a pain-in-the-neck... high-maintenance, high-expectations. The house, the pool, the grounds, the location were beyond perfect. Thank you, Michael, for everything. We will be back!

Amazing house and location!!

From the appearance as you arrive to walking thru the entire house, this property is perfect. Michael is extremely quick and responsive to any questions or concerns. The rooms are all very well laid out, the kitchen and living room(where we spent most of our time) was absolutely fantastic. Large dining room table was great. The living room layout was perfect for hanging out and working daily on our puzzle for the week. Again great house and can’t recommend it enough. It’s perfect for 8 ppl but you can accommodate an extra 2 in the upstairs common area. And the location is perfect, short walk to anywhere you have to go, whether it’s out to dinner/shopping or down to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

We had a very nice time and the house was as advertised and in a great location and we loved the pool but there were some issues. The home lacked some basic necessities. Poor lighting in bathrooms. No full length mirrors. Poor insulation…could hear everything in first floor bedroom. Grill was rusted out and not usable. I had to wash the the first floor bedspread as there was a sticky substance on it. All in all, these issues did not overshadow our vacation but for the price, we expected more.

Great stay

Two families stayed at the property- 4 adults, three kids- and we felt that the space was perfect for our group. Location is ideal- walk to restaurants, shopping, and beach. The house is well-maintained with comfortable beds and many areas to relax, including the lovely pool area. We hope to return!

Great family place

We had a wonderful time here, in a beautiful house that has everything you need. The kids loved the pool, and it was pleasant walk down to the beach. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again some time in the future.

Spring weekend getaway

I wish we had longer than a weekend to enjoy this house! It is just as described and shown in the pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked. Between the pool deck and the upper deck, you can find sun or shade to relax. The screened in porch would be great in the summer after beach days. We would rent again!

Excellent home. Clean and spacious with great features. We were here in the winter but could imagine spending a week here in the summer months when the pool is open. Owner was prompt and helpful with communication.

Beautiful house with a major flaw

The house was just as advertised, and the pictures were spot on. It's a beautiful new house with a great layout for a medium to large group. The place was spotless, in a great location, and on a quiet side street, easily walkable to the main drag and the lake and beach. Our stay was marred by a lack of hot water and water pressure in the two master bathrooms. The water trickled out of the showerheads and we had to wait a long time for hot water. Unsatisfying showers for 4 days was very irritating. I contacted the manager on the second day and got no reply until after we had completed our stay. The kitchen is very nice and well-outfitted and part of a large and comfortable great room. There was nothing in the cupboards so be sure to bring everything you'll need for cooking and baking, including paper products, condiments, plastic bags/wrap. There is a gas grill but it was a bit scary so we didn't use it. On our first day we thought we'd found a gem that we could return to. But the lack of hot water and slow response to our request changed our opinion and we won't be returning.

Great new house for family get together!

Nice decor, clean house in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the boardwalk. Great for meeting up with family in early November during a pandemic. The pool looked great, (although we understandably could not use in November.) Contact person was very helpful and detailed with contactless checkin and checkout process. A wonderful getaway!
