Property is located in a beautiful Mediterranean garden in the relaxing countryside of Puglia, near Ostuni and the beautiful Torre Guaceto Reserve, between the d 'centuries-old olive trees and majestic palm trees. Away from the street it is ideal to enjoy the quiet and the scents of Puglia. Living room with large windows overlooking the garden, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, and everything that you need for the kitchen ..), refrigerator / freezer, microwave and with access to the independent veranda.

Beautiful Villa

The property was beautiful. Spent most of the time outside enjoying the wonderful grounds and superb large swimming pool. The family were lovely and we all had a wonderful relaxing time. Highly recommend.

An Unforgettable Stay in a Beautiful Italian Villa

We had an absolutely fantastic week in Italy, staying at this incredible villa. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spotlessly clean accommodation and the meticulously maintained grounds. The villa had everything you could possibly want for a perfect holiday. The pool is enormous and provided endless fun and relaxation under the Italian sun. The surrounding grounds are stunning, offering a serene and picturesque setting that made our stay even more special. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and their warm hospitality made us feel at home. We can’t recommend this villa highly enough. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Italy.

Bel endroit pour visiter les environs et bien se reposer!

10 jours en famille fin octobre dans cette belle maison soignée, propre avec un magnifique jardin et une grande piscine. Vacanza da sogno

La villa è più bella di quello che si vede nelle foto. Detto questo, devo sottolineare la presenza di una meravigliosa piscina piuttosto grande, che al rientro dai numerosi giri, e dal mare era veramente uno sballo. Il giardino è molto grande e curato. La casa è comoda e spaziosa. All'interno della doppia recinzione, ci si sente al sicuro. La posizione strategica permette di raggiungere facilmente diverse località all'interno del territorio ed il mare. Infine i proprietari, Enzo e Mariella, sempre disponibili e discreti a cui mando i miei ringraziamenti per l'accoglienza che ci hanno riservato. Dopo 15 giorni mi è veramente dispiaciuto lasciare la casa. Grazie.

Excellent !

La villa est magnifique, très agréable, au calme. La localisation est idéale pour se ressourcer et permet aussi de visiter une grande partie de la région. Tous les équipements sont présents et permettent de passer un bon séjour aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur de la villa. En terme de loisirs, la piscine bien entretenue, la table de ping-pong, le billard et le baby foot sont un plus appréciable. Les propriétaires ont été réactifs à chacune de nos demandes. Bon rapport qualité prix. Un petit bémol : la climatisation n’est pas incluse dans le coût de location, un deuxième jeu de clés ainsi qu’un deuxième bip pour l’ouverture du portail auraient été appréciés. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour !

L’endroit est très calme, le jardin est magnifique et la piscine très grande. Un endroit pour se détendre et se reposer pour ceux qui vivent dans de grandes villes. Les plages se trouvent à 15 min en voiture.

Fijn groot verblijf voor 6 volwassenen

Wij verbleven hier in juni 2023 met 6 volwassenen. Het huisje staat op een heel groot domein met een heel groot zwembad. De accommodatie was zeer netjes. Als we dan toch iets moeten vermelden als minpuntje, is het de voorziening in de badkamer: er is een hele kleine boiler aanwezig waardoor je niet met meerdere tegelijk of achter elkaar kan douchen of je hebt koud water, of een zeer kleine straal waar je niet veel mee kan. De airco is niet in de prijs inbegrepen en werkte bijgevolg niet. In warmere tijden lijkt me dit niet de bedoeling te zijn. Voor de rest is het huisje zeker aan te raden voor mensen die graag ruimte hebben en willen genieten aan een groot zwembad.

Super Location für entspannten Familienurlaub

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus mit tollen Swimmingpool, den wir auch im Oktober noch täglich nutzen konnten. Die Besitzer sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und kümmern sich fast täglich um das gepflegte Anwesen. Für 4 erwachsene und 3 Kinder gab es sehr viel Platz im Hause und auf der großen Terrasse. Die Betten sind leider etwas kurz für 2 m große Leute ansonsten war alles bestens

Zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit

Alles war genau wie beschrieben! Die Besitzer sind super lieb und freundlich. Waren rund um die Uhr zu erreichen. Es liegt etwas außerhalb von San Vito. Es wird zwingend ein Fahrzeug benötigt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 3 bis 4 km entfernt. Check in und out ohne Probleme trotz das wir um 5 Uhr morgens bereits auschecken mussten.

Villa meravigliosa

Villa ampia e spaziosa, curata in ogni particolare dal giardino con piscina agli interni. Non manca nulla per trascorrere un meraviglioso soggiorno. Enzo e Mariella sono stati super, attenti e disponibili, con i loro modi hanno dato un ulteriore tocco a una struttura già ottima.

Perfekter Urlaub in einem perfekten Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern und unserem Labrador 2 Wochen in der Villa Mariella zu Gast. Die Vermittlung über Francesco war bereits sehr angenehm und zuverlässig. Auf alle Fragen wurde eingegangen und er war immer sehr gut erreichbar. Bei der Anreise wurden wir ebenfalls sehr nett empfangen. Die Familie hat uns willkommen geheißen und uns direkt in alles wichtige zum Haus, Grundstück, Pool etc. eingewiesen. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist leicht abegelegen, ein Auto ist schon notwendig. Bis zum Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es knapp 10 Minuten. Das Grundstück, sowie der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und ausschließlich für die Gäste reserviert. Wir haben die Ungestörtheit dort total genossen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Von dort aus lassen sich schöne Strände, kleine Städte und nette Lokale sehr gut erreichen. Wir haben viele Touren gemacht, Apulien hat einiges zu bieten. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass der Gastgeber Enzo jederzeit erreichbar war und uns auch viele nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. gegeben hat. Die ganze Familie ist sehr nett und aufgeschlossen, wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden gerne jederzeit wiederkommen. Emplacement idéal pour visiter bari Lecce Ostuni Alberobello...... la villa est au calme La piscine est très très grande et les extérieurs sont magnifiques. La villa est bien équipée et le propriétaire est à l’écoute . Un supplément est demandé pour l’utilisation de la climatisation et il manque un lave vaisselle. Mais sinon il n’y a rien à redire . Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir . Merci beaucoup pour cet agréable séjour

Super entspannter Aufenthalt

Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung. Haus liegt abseits und ist sehr schön. Garten und Pol fantastisch. Toll auch der Patio mit grossem Tisch und Pizzaofen. So kann man bei jedem Wetter draussen sitzten. War perfekt für uns, (4 Erwachsene und zwei 13-jährige Jungs). Lage genial, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Man ist überall sehr schnell. Auto allerdings nötig, da Grundstück ziemlich ausserhalb von San Vito in den Olivenhainen gelegen ist. Enzo und seine Frau sind sehr sympatisch und waren zum Check-In und Check-Out pünktlich vor Ort. Können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus in einem riesigen Grundstück. Wunderbar!!!

Liebe Mariella, lieber Enzo. Wir vermissen die Zeit, die wir in eurem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbringen durften. Die Größe des Grundstückes und des Hauses, der riesige Pool, die sauberen Zimmer, der schöne Garten, die Ruhe in der Umgebung und vor allem eure Gastfreundlichkeit haben uns mehr als überwältigt. Wir konnten Tomaten, Peperoni, Zucchini usw. in deinem Garten ernten und ihr ward immer für uns da, wenn wir euch brauchten, und das war fast nicht notwendig. Die umliegenden Strände und auch die Freundlichkeit der Menschen in der Region sind einfach fantastisch. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Metzger, Wochenmarkt usw. sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe in San Vito dei Normanni zu erreichen. Ausflüge nach Ostuni, Alberobello, Lecce und Brindisi sind sehr zu empfehlen. Apulien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Euer Haus bringt alles mit, um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu genießen. Unsere Kinder und wir Erwachsenen fühlten uns pudelwohl und meine Tochter Mayla hat in eurem Pool sogar schwimmen gelernt. Wir wünschen euch für die Zukunft alles Gute und sicherlich werden wir euer Haus ein weiteres Mal buchen.

An oasis getaway in a very private villa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa set amongst olive groves; and the region of Pulgia. Each day we went out sightseeing around Pulgia, which we loved. At the end of each day we looked forward to a revitalizing dip in the pool. The grounds were like an oasis to relax and enjoy. Enzo was very responsive when we had an issue. He also helped out with a medical problem which we were very grateful for. Truly a memorable vacation!

Prachtige villa met een fantastische tuin en zwembad

We hebben genoten van deze prachtige villa , tuin en zwembad. Gastvrij ontvangen door Enzo en Mariella er ontbrak werkelijk niets. Goede locatie voor mooie uitstapjes in de omgeving en dichtbij mooie strandjes. Het was een heerlijke vakantie!
