The apartment enjoys 3 bedrooms, 2 of which with sea views and a front balcony with side sea views. Three bedrooms sleep six persons, 2 bathrooms. Bars, Restaurants, Ice cream parlors, mini markets, excursion outlets and even bus terminus at your doorstep. Bus terminus that takes you to not just one destination but many throughout the island. This apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay while feeling like your at home on vacation! First time on the market. Schöne Wohnung
Für Leute, die die Insel mit dem Bus erkunden möchten, ist die Wohnung perfekt. Nur 2 min zu Fuß zum Busbahnhof. Man muss sich aber im Klaren sein dass man ein bisschen im Kneipenviertel wohnt, somit ist es abends/nachts nicht immer ganz leise. Und mit dem Auto stelle ich mir die Parkplatzsuche an der Straße ätzend vor. Wie wir es beobachten haben, war da alles immer sehr voll. Die Wohnung ist schön und alles sieht relativ neu aus. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Sachen in der Küche waren jetzt nicht alle so neu und sauber, aber haben wir kaum benutzt. Wenn man zu zweit anreist, steht einem nicht die ganze Wohnung zur Verfügung. Hat uns jetzt nicht gestört, aber ganz in Ordnung finde ich es nicht. Wenn wir das zweite Bad zur Verfügung gehabt hätten, hätten wir auch gleichzeitig duschen können. War aber abgeschlossen. Sollte vielleicht vermerkt werden. Man zahlt ja auch nicht mehr wenn man mit mehr Personen anreist. Somit finde ich es eigentlich nicht angebracht die Zimmer abzuschließen. Haben wir jetzt aber nicht als negativ empfunden für unseren Aufenthalt. Nur ein Fön sollte vorhanden sein und war nicht da. Vielleicht war der im abgeschlossenen Badezimmer. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und aufmerksam und immer schnell erreichbar und vor Ort. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Was wir noch krass fanden war eine Liste, die alle Gegenstände der Wohnung aufzählt und bei der vermerkt ist, was man zahlen muss wenn man was beschädigt. Vom Kühlschrank über Esstisch und Vasen bis hin zum Tischset zu hohen Kosten. Vielleicht hat der Vermieter mal schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, aber für den Urlauber entsteht es ein bisschen ein unangenehmes Gefühl wenn man immer im Hinterkopf hat dass es sehr teuer wird wenn etwas kaputt geht. Man muss ja auch nicht Schuld daran sein. Natürlich weiss ich nicht ob man wirklich zum Bezahlen aufgefordert wird wenn der Kühlschrank während des Aufenthaltes kaputt geht  Alles in allem war es für uns eine richtig schöne Woche auf Malta.

Great apartment centrally located
My family and I have been visiting Malta for many years now and we always book through home and away. We found this apartment perfect for our holiday requirements. We hired a car and found parking at the property not to be problematic at all, car hire is not necessary as the apartment is close to Qawra bus terminal with connections across the island. That apartment is within easy walking distance of central Buggiba with its vast range of restaurants and bars, it is also within a five minute walk of the excellent cafe del mar with its infinity pool and the national aquarium, the Malta classic car museum is right on the doorstep and well worth a visit. The apartment is very well presented and clean and despite our late arrival Pierre and his wife were in hand to greet us. I would like to thank Pierre for all his help and wish him continued recovery, we look forward to booking with you again soon

Why they chose this property

Qawra is the best part of St Paul's Bay area. It is a modern tourist area which offers every imaginable convenience. Wonderful sandy and pebbles beaches, magnificent sea views, cafes, restaurants, a bus terminus that reaches all the island, boat excursions and all types of excursion outlets within a few metres (inc. bicycle rentals).
Many ice cream vendors can be found all over the place, there are many boat rides, the national aquarium, bumping cars for the kids, trampolines, small train rides and of course the famous and exquisite infinity pool only a stroll away from the apartment. A pharmacy, a supermarket and all amenities are really close to the apartment.
This apartment immediately caught our hearts with its stunning sea views at the back. Additionally it fronts onto a wide road with a large field in front which makes the kitchen and living rooms sunny, airy and not overlooked.
There is so much to entertain and enjoy in the area!

What makes this property unique

From the airport there is bus that brings you directly to the Qawra Bus terminus. Then it is just a 2 minute walk to the apartment. We can also arrange transport to and from the airport at competitive prices.
The location is perfect. All within a 5 minute walk is
the sandy and the pebbles beaches, illuminations, mini market, abundance of restaurants, takeaways, late night convenience store and the public bus terminus which is just a 3 minute walk away. This is not just a bus stop but a terminus where one can go to different parts of the island and back.

The apartment is on the 4th floor served with a modern elevator/lift, but remains suitable for disabled access with an entrance ramp and downstairs wet room.

Just recently renovated specifically for renting, this accommodation is perfect for you trip.
