Spacious and luminous brand new townhouse, 2 bedrooms and an attic, all bedrooms are with double beds, a comfotable camp bed can be provided. 7 people can be accommodated in total.
2 shower rooms, a big living room with open plan kitchen and a large private terrace with the dining table for open air meals. The terrace has a sun awning. The apartment offers Wi Fi, Satellite that offers the channels of all the languages (about 70 English channels), a dishwasher and a washing machine.
There are 4 swimming pools on the big, well maintained and quiet complex, one of them is for children, another is heated during the winter months, plenty of sun loungers are available for free. A pool bar is open from mornings till late, offering snacks, drinks and entertainments.
The complex is just in a few minutes from Golf Del Sur and Amarilla Golf Courses.

Ideal getaway location

Convenient Golf del sur property

Generally a nice property in an area and on a complex that ticked most boxes. Larisa, the property manager, was very professional and my only observation is that the place would benefit from air conditioning. We coped by opening the windows and doors but I guess in the hotter months it could be difficult

Lovely villa

Lovely clean villa, plenty of towels etc. Added bonus of washing machine, microwave, fans, hairdryer etc. Only downside that third bedroom didn't have anywhere to store clothes and bits and bobs but other than that perfect 😁

Lovely apartment, great area

On arrival the property, a ground floor property with a mezzanine level and roof terrace was on the edge of a lovely complex. Inside it was 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with an en-suite, the other with a separate bathroom. There is also a mezzanine level bedroom we didn’t use. Both rooms, the bathrooms and kitchen/diner/lounge were comfortable and very clean. The beds could be a bit more comfortable but that was our only issue and a minor one at that. Access to the 4 pools and pool bar in the main complex was relatively easy and not far. Again, clean and well maintained. Within a short walk was a small shop, Irish pub serving good basic pub classics and a pizza takeaway. We are at the pub a couple of times, the food was good. The shop was open 8:30am and 9pm every day. It was pretty well stocked and not overly expensive. We didn’t use the pizza takeaway. Other bars and restaurants are a little walk away. The pool bar open lunchtime till 7pm was good, bingo on a Wednesday. A great stay, would likely stay here again as Golf del sur being a quite sedate area suited us well and the apartment was lovely.

Great apartment in good location

Great apartment in a lovely complex with great amenities and various pools to choose from. Stayed in Golf Del Sur on several occasions but first time at The Palms, which is in a good central location. Larisa was great and very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, would definitely stay here again. Thanks Larisa from Isabel and Alex

Excellent stay.

Overall excellent stay. Only downside to the property was the fact there was no direct access to the complex and pools. Nevertheless a lovely property.

Ottimo Vacanza

Abitazione molto pulita e nuova, affittuaria molto accogliente e disponibile per eventuali richieste. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare nella zona sud in quanto più tranquilla e circondata dal verde dei campi da golf. Compreso con l'affitto della casa si può disporre di 4 piscine attrezzate, molto comode se non si vuole andare al mare. Ottima esperienza se dovessi tornare a Tenerife sicuramente tornerei in questa abitazione.

5 star holiday

We returned today from an amazing week staying in this villa. The accommodation was 5 star and the complex was everything we needed with great swimming pools and good entertainment in the palms bar. The children loved playing bingo at the bar and listening to live music. The rooms were clean and tidy upon arrival and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. We would definitely return!
