"Dio Villa Mykonos" is a charming boutique villa, designed and built in 2016 by a french architect as his summer house, with great materials, equipments, furniture, lightings, (…) to make this place a chic and comfortable vacation house! Decoration is very unique, very respectful of the Greek Myconian style.

180 m2 + 120 m2 terrace with wide pergola, 1 heated pool in marble, 4 double bedrooms / 8 people capacity, 3 bathrooms with 3 showers + 3 wc, 1 large living room and kitchen.
Spectacular sea view, the villa is south oriented - Full sunset on Delos, Rhinia, Tinos and Syros islands
The house is equiped with high quality Daikin air conditioned, in all bedrooms + living room. Wifi, Sound System, Alarm, TV, AppleTV, NetFlix, etc.

> Rental

The house is located in the very quiet "Fanari" area, also called "Faros" close to the lighthouse, at the top of the hill where is the very best sunset view on the island, so you can enjoy the longest days! DioVilla is 8 min from town, 5 min from the new port, 10 min from airport, 10/15 min to the beaches, 5min to supermarket. The house is semi detached, with total tranquility and privacy, no common neither shared facilities with other villas.

> Kitchen:

Kitchen has the high quality professional equipments, large gaz cook station and large electric oven, powerful hood, very silent dishwasher, juice machine, smoothie machine, multifunction robot, nespresso machine, Italian coffee kettle, Filtered coffee french press, Tea kettle (…) and professional sauce-pans, casseroles, tools, (…) everything needed and much more! The house also has very nice tableware, glasses, etc. to make the most beautiful tables!

> Living room:

The living room is equiped with a large 5 seats sofa, and 2 nice harmchair. Also has wood stools and antic coffee tables. Guest can enjoy books, magazines, many dvds, cds, games for kids, playstation, wifi, tv, etc…

> Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

All bedrooms have Sat TV and regular TV, french, greek and international, flat tv, digicode safety-box, WiFI in every rooms, sound system in bathrooms. All bedrooms have access to terrace, front terrace and very nice patio. Bedrooms has a tall mirror, a large cupboard, a wood stool and small built in table.

Bathrooms have all amenities, soap and shampoo from greek bio brand KORRES, hair dryer, and of course nice towels, 1 big and 1 small per person. All bathrooms have a nice Italian style shower with marble tiles. Sinks are made with marble blocks.

> IT - electronics equipments - Lighting - Security:

The house has high quality Bose sound system and Samsung flat screen TVs, 3D screen, internet radios, airplay to play music wireless from iphones, dvd, CDs, Playstation, bathrooms are equiped speakers,
Guests can enjoy high-speed internet WiFi inside and outside. All lights are dimmable, inside and outside so you can create your own ambiance in the house. The house is totally secured with digicode access door, high security key locks and alarm system with CCTV cameras.  A multifunction printer - copy - scan is available in the house over the wifi.

> Other:

Guests can enjoy a lot of plants inside and outside the house, as well as aromatics plants for cooking! Dionysos gray marble from Greece, has been used all over the house, for flooring, bathrooms, showers and to make the wonderful pool. All beds sheets are in white 100% leanon and beds has high confort mattresses.  The bed sheets are changed every 3 days as well as full house cleaning. 

Everyday cleaning is also possible upon request. A guy is coming every 2 days to take care about the pool, plants, terrace and any other technical maintenance.

Services can be provided, such as cleaning lady / maid everyday, chief to prepare breakfast / lunch / dinner, concierge to organize your days, car / scooter / quad rental at good rates, private affordable boat trip, airport pick-up and drop- off, food and drink shopping delivery, massage, babysitter, ferry boat / plane / helicopter booking to travel to other islands, gym coach, (…).
