Recently renovated house located on the Balcony of Europe! Fantastic prime location for those who wish to stay in the center of all that Nerja has to offer. The house is located between two beaches within walking distance of 5 minutes. You live in the center of Nerja, on a side street about five minutes from restaurants and bars. Here you have everything! The house has a total of 90 m2 which is located on the first floor, with a 75 m2 terrace with sea views.

Lägenheten ligger perfekt intill Europabalkongen o massa mysiga restauranger, det va rent o frächt o nystädat när vi kom. Fantastiskt fin takterass med utsikt över havet. Vi kommer tillbaka nästa år.

Gem in the centre of Nerja
A very central accommodation right in the heart of Nerja. Brilliant terrace with views of sea, church and plaza. The host, Endi, was attentive when requested. Convivial and discreet. There is some noise from church bells and bins, but the location really made up for this. Near to bars, restaurants, shops and gorgeous beaches. If you are lucky you may even see dolphin from the terrace. A delightfully stay. Thanks to Maria and Endi, for sharing their beautiful accommodation

Im Herzen von Nerja
Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben Highlight war natürlich die riesige und gut ausgestattete Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer oder auf den Platz vor dem Balcon de Europa. Die zentrale Lage hat natürlich auch ihren Preis, zeitweise wird es recht laut. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Endi, war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Bei der Wohnungsausstattung (Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer, Ausstattung der Küche (Messer, Pfannen)) könnte man noch etwas nachlegen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

The roof terrace is the star
The roof terrace was fantastic but your details said 2 bathrooms and 1 of them was just a toilet. Also the listing said parking but this was the public car park that cost 105 euro for our 2 week stay.

Town house beside church and square
Family of 4, 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Lovely quaint, character filled property right in the centre of Nerja beside the church. The selling point here is the roof terrace with great views out to sea and of the church/square. Spent many a relaxing day on the terrace, enjoying barbecues with the family, finished by a quick stroll to El Salon beach for a swim. Would recommend.

Wedding in Nerja
The property is in an ideal location for any stay in Nerja but most especially for a wedding as it is very central and next to the church. My only concern is for anyone with mobility problems as there are a couple of steep stairs in the property. But other than that it is a jewel!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nerja. Endi est un hôte très à l'écoute de ses locataires et très réactif à toutes nos questions. Le logement était très propre et est idéalement placé. Je recommande vivement le logement d'Endi.

Dachterrasse, mitten im Herzen von Nerja
perfekt für einen Familienurlaub mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern, 3 Schlafzimmer, ein separates WC, Bad mit Dusche/ WC, voll ausgestattete Küche, großes Wohnzimmer + Essbereich, Klimageräte sehr leise, leistungsstak und mit Fernsteuerung, WLan 5G die Dachterrasse ist unvergleichlich schön, toller Meerblick und Blick zum Strand, welcher 2 min entfernt ist, so nah, dass wir immer mal wieder kurz hin sind, je nach Wetter Wellen wie am Atlantik oder ruhige See, jede Menge bunter Aquarium-Fische beim Schnorcheln zwischen den Felsen gesehen, und einen Oktopus das Haus befindet sich direkt mitten im Zentrum der Fußgängerzone, beim Kirchvorplatz und der Promenade zur Aussichtplatzform „Balkon von Europa“, die Stimmung abends ist einmalig, waren jeden Tag dort spazieren, köstliches Eis essen, sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen, bis dann Azotea, en pleno corazón de Nerja perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia con dos hijos adultos, 3 habitaciones, un inodoro separado, baño con ducha / inodoro, cocina totalmente equipada, gran sala de estar + comedor, aire acondicionado muy silencioso, potente y con control remoto, WiFi 5G la terraza de la azotea es incomparablemente hermosa, excelente vista al mar y vista a la playa, que está a 2 minutos, tan cerca que estamos de vez en cuando por poco tiempo, dependiendo de las olas del clima como el Atlántico o mares tranquilos, muchos coloridos peces de acuario mientras bucea entre las rocas, y un pulpo La casa está justo en el centro de la zona peatonal,en la explanada de la iglesia y el paseo marítimo hasta el mirador en forma de "Balcón de Europa", el ambiente por la noche es único, íbamos allí todos los días, comíamos un delicioso helado, muy buen contacto con el arrendador, estaremos decididos a regresar hasta entonces
