My street level townhouse is located about 1/2 block from the beach. It features a pool and grilling area within a fenced-in back yard for your private enjoyment. The pool measurement are 10' x 16' and 4' x5' deep
Inside, you will also enjoy its spacious 3 bedrooms. The townhouse sleeps 10 - a queen size bed and bathroom in the master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms, one with 2 queen size beds, and the 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds. There is also a second bathroom. Also a sofa bed in the living room.. All the bedrooms have flat screen tv's

The living room has plenty of seating (sofa and love seat) perfect for watching the flat screen TV, or simply lounging around and surfing the internet, since the townhouse is WiFi enabled. The open concept townhouse's living room flows right into the dining room with seating for 8

In addition, the townhouse has a full, well appointed kitchen and a full size washer and dryer.

Wonderful Staycation!

We had a great time, the home was just as described plenty of room and amenities. Locatation was great just a very short walk to the beach. Home was clean and had everything we needed couldnt ask for more.

Best South Padre Secret

We loved staying here, this was our second time, the home is nicer that it was the first time, the owner cares about this property and takes care of it. We had a snafu with the water heater and the owner was promptly on it and got it dealt with immediately. So close to the beach and a little bit away from the raging night life so it is great for a family. The pool was great for when we weren't up to going to the beach. I love that there is a backyard and outside shower, it makes it so nice to just roll the beach stuff back there and come back to it with out bringing extra sand inside.

Family Vacay

We really liked the location of the property. It was a short walk to the beach, the neighborhood was mostly quiet, close to a good restaurant/bar, and could access the main road easily. The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. We appreciated the hose, outdoor shower, and pool when coming back from the beach.

Found our new vacation home

We were sad to find out our usual vacation rental was no longer available but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The property was more than we could have hoped for and expected. Mr Gamboa was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. We will be back next year!!

Perfect location!

This was our first visit to South Padre Island and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The pros: it was very convenient, handicap accessible, and was spacious for the whole family. The pool was perfect and the kids enjoyed it. While we didn’t get a chance to BBQ it was nice to have the pits available for our use. The cons: I would have liked for better mattress on the beds new towels and linens and a little more cleanness. It was a little dusty. The host on the other hand was very nice. I wasn’t familiar with the washer and when I messaged him to ask how to use it he called me right away. We really like his attitude of helping us no matter the time of day it was. I would recommend this place and I also think that we would book again on our next visit.

If you are planning on cooking your food this is not the place for you. The pool is outdated and chipped but clean and swimable. Towels are sparse we actually had to buy some washcloths and 2 big towels for showering. Other then that it was ok for the price. Price was affordable. We have stayed in many of these and this was the one more affordable and clean and the AC worked great. Owner was very quick to respond and very kind so tht was a plus.

Inside house was wonderful. Pool had a lot of sand at bottom and a whole lotta debris floating. Hubby fell on step outside pool and broke ankle. So cut short...

The best.

Had no problems except the leakage on the ceiling and it didn't have a mop so I can mop the floors but everything else was perfect but I would like to come and stay again I'll be booking with you guys this was my favorite spot thank you so much have a blessed day.

Just BOOK IT

The photos on vrbo are NOT up to date. But in a good way. The place has had some remodeling and it is super NICE. Exceeded our expectations. Was such a good distance from everything and the private pool was the best perk. I was so surprised with the kitchen renovation and how stocked it was. It even had an air fryer. The only negative comment i have is the front room is really hot. But with the door open and the fan it was alright. But maybe a window a/c wouldn't hurt. Other than that 10/10.

The property was in need of some serious updating.

I would not personally stay here again. And would not recommend it to people with children. The pool had not had any recent maintenance and the covers for the control boxes were not on. There is not adequate space for two vehicles, we met our friends there and had an issue with this. We having experienced S.Padre Isl. would probably go back but would look at other options for a longer stay.

Well Priced / Spacious/ Close to the beach

This was great for our family. The house was comfortable, and we really enjoyed all the space. This home actually sleeps 8 in beds! My only complaint was that the kitchen was missing a few of my key needs, but HEB and Walmart are only 15 minutes away for anything I needed.

Not mad, just disappointed

I wasn’t expecting the Hilton but the basics should have been covered. The beds weren’t great but fine for a short stay. The pillows are worn out and need to be changed, they have stains on them and are as flat as cardboard. The kitchen is not well stocked. There were 5 forks, and 2 coffee cups. There were no cleaning supplies at all. No dish washing detergent to run the dishwasher. No liquid soap to do dishes. No broom to sweep up. No dish towel or paper towels to wipe up, dry off. No sponges to clean with. The bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper just 1 box of tissues. No trash bags. The towels for the house were worn with holes in them and not very many of them. We had to buy hand soap to wash our hands after using the restroom. We had to purchase liquid soap to do dishes, we had to purchase trash bags and paper towels. We used our beach towels for our showers. I don’t expect all the comforts of home, but I did expect basic house hold necessities.
