Spacious villa just beside the sea front

This excellent villa is perfectly situated in a peaceful location close to the sea and the stylish Marina 'Puerto Rubicon' with its exclusive selection of shops, restaurants and waterfront cafes. Playa Blanca's charming village center is approximately a 15 minute walk along the new scenic promenade. The property also enjoys sea views towards the island of Los Lobos, Fuerteventura and the natural white beaches of Papagayo.
The villa is constructed on three levels and comprises on the ground floor of a fully fitted kitchen. Equipment includes ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. The dining area with t pine table and 8 chairs. The spacious light and modern lounge is attractively furnished with comfortable seating, Smart TV (Netflix ... etc ..) with susciption to MOVISTAR large picture window and patio doors which provide access to the terrace area. a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with ensuite have fitted wardrobes. The lower floor comprises a second lounge, games room pool table an futbolin. There is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a full family bathroom. On the first floor the large master double bedroom with ensuite shower room has fitted wardrobes and doors which open onto a spacious roof terrace with views of the sea and Papagayo beaches.

Outside, the 4.5 x 2.5 meter heated pool (heated Nov-April) a covered built in seating and barbecue.

Ideal location for marina
Large, spacious villa in a great location just off the coastal path. Easy to walk to marina. Could do with updating (some of the outdoor furniture, towels and the pool table in particular). Some of the doors and locks were difficult to open and close especially on to the upstairs balcony. Outside space is nice, although there was building work in a couple of the surrounding villas which was very noisy (obviously not the fault of the owner and cant be helped). Communication from owner was good.

Great Villa
A big villa with lots of space in a great location. Split over 3 floors there is lots of space for everyone to get together or have space to themselves. Very close to the lovely restaurants and shops in the marina.

Perfect villa in the perfect location! Wonderful welcome pack when we arrived. Great facilities over 3 floors, which was perfect as we had multiple families and friends. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Quiet location and only 10 min stroll to the restaurants and shops. Fab time and would highly recommend

We’ve been to many villa’s in playa Blanca over a number of years and this one is fabulous for a big party. Communication with Eileen was brilliant. Thanks Eileen. Only one minor criticism is that the fence above the wall should be extended between the villa and no 1 villa to give more privacy

Surpassed Expectations!
From booking to our departure communication with Eileen was both helpful and Speedy. The villa itself enjoys a beautiful position with sea views. Inside the villa has plenty of space for all with everything you need and more. The welcome pack was very generous, including cleaning and hygiene products that i’m my experience are not usually provided. We have stayed in many villas over the years and would all rate this as one of our favourites. Hope to return in the future.

Fabulous Villa in super location
As a family of eight ( 6 Adults & 2 Children ) we had a wonderful holiday in the Villa, in a quiet location but only a 5 minute stroll to Marina Rubicon with lots of lovely restaurants and shops. A further 20 minute walk will take you into the main centre of Playa Blanca. There is everything in the villa you would possibly need to enjoy your holiday plus Eileen left a super welcoming pack which helped immensely as we arrived later in the evening. The villa is set out extremely well on three floors which we found worked extremely well as we all had our own space to relax. Eileen the host was lovely - she was always quick to answer any queries before and during the holiday and I look forward to returning in the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful villa to friends and family !

Stunning location
Spacious accommodation with excellent facilities. Ideal for a large family as the property has extensive entertainment- heated pool, table football, table tennis, darts, computer games. 10 mins walk to marina where there are lots of places to eat. Location is superb, right next to the coastal path with sea views. Host is very helpful.

The property is well packaged for the family. Enough space and a great range of facilities. We were 5 adults and 3 children. Very well positioned for the Marina and promenade. We all loved it.

This property and its host Eileen ticked every box for us. Perfect location just a short stroll along the adjacent promenade to the marina. Very quiet. Amazingly clean and so well equipped. We were greeted by the best welcome pack EVER !! This holiday was for 2 family birthdays. One a big milestone and we had family members coming and going during the stay to celebrate. Eileen went out of her way to accommodate arranging linen change for us. We left for the airport to drop off one set of visitors, returned with the next and it was all done ! If we could give 6 stars to this host we would.
