Wonderful experience in dreamlike location

I stayed at Fabio's property im Casamicciola with a friend for 4 days. Every single aspect of the experience was perfect: the location, the spaciosness of the apartment, the facilities offered, the marvellous terrace with the stunning sunsets, and most of all the owner's hospitality, who offeref also a free pick up and return to Ischia's main port. I will definitely try to go back!

Salvo le pentole che non erano a norma (la parte interna tutta scrostata via e quindi pericolosa) il posto era ideale con una vista ottima e facile parcheggio per auto, insomma siamo stati benissimo

vista da sogno

Appartamento confortevole e attrezzato per ogni evenienza. La terrazza è il pezzo forte, ben arredata con mobili da giardino per il relax e un ampio tavolo per godersi la cena ammirando il tramonto. Il valore aggiunto della terrazza è anche la possibilità di poter cucinare all'aperto fornito anche di barbecue per eventuali grigliate di pesce. Il proprietario Enzo persona disponibile gentile sempre pronto a darci assistenza per qualsiasi necessità. Esperienza da ripetere.

Séjour à Casamicciola Terme

Enzo est vraiment à l'écoute de nos demandes et nous a recommandé des superbes lieux à visiter. Il est de très bon conseil. Grâce à lui, nous avons loué une voiture, et nous avons pu profiter de l'île d'Ischia sans contrainte. C'est un hôte charmant qui nous a reçu très gentiment. Je recommande vivement cette location. La vue de la terrasse est vraiment superbe et le coucher de soleil est à ne pas rater.

Vacances paradisiaques

Enzo, bien que discret, a été très disponible tout au long de notre séjour, que ce soit pour venir nous chercher et nous ramener au bateau, nous aider pour louer une voiture et nous conseiller sur les endroits à visiter sur l'île. Ses conseils ont été précieux. La terrasse est très agréable, les chambres possèdent une climatisation et la maison est très bien équipée dans son ensemble. Nous recommandons fortement cette location et n'hésiterons à louer chez Enzo quand nous reviendrons.

La struttura è leggermente fuori dal centro, ma per me è un valore aggiunto. La casa è fornita di tutto e il terrazzo la rende fantastica ed Enzo un locatore ok.

PAROLA D'ORDINE SIMPATIA E DISPONIBILITA"

Location veramente perfetta sia come comune di ubicazione strategico ma tranquillo sia come appartamento veramente confortevole e completo di tutto. Ma il top è la splendida terrazza con vista mozzafiato e attrezzata in maniera intelligente . Inoltre Enzo è veramente una persona eccezionale ed è stato un piacere conoscerlo. Ci torno sicuramente. Herrliches Urlaubsdomizil zwischen Meer und Epomeo

Wir haben drei hervorragende Wochen hier verbracht und den fantastischen Ausblick genossen, da die Wohnung im oberen Teil Casamicciolas liegt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und verfügt zudem über viel italienischen Charme. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die offene Barbeque-Küche auf der Terrasse. Herr Enzo ist ein sehr fürsorglicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber gewesen. Trotz der Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe ist man mit einem PKW/Motorroller flexibler, zumal ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Wir werden auch unseren nächsten Ischia-Urlaub gerne wieder in dieser Dependance verbringen! Cordiali saluti M & R

Splendido panorama

Alloggio curato nei minimi particolari. Enzo il proprietario persona squisita, ci ha accolto in maniera eccellente illustrandoci le spiaggie più belle dove andare e i ristoranti dove poter mangiare cibi buoni. Senza parlare della bellissima terrazza allestita con cura e con vista mozzafiato. Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di tornare presto. Donatella e Giorgio

Appartamento con bellissimo panorama

L'appartamento ha una terrazza con un meraviglioso panorama (davanti il mare, dietro la montagna) con annesso barbecue in muratura.La casa è dotata di ogni comfort e il parcheggio per l'auto è attaccato all'entrata principale. Enzo è un proprietario davvero premuroso e ospitale, pronto a dare consigli su cosa vedere e dove fare acquisti. 5 stelle sono anche poche! Assolutamente consigliato!

Allogio incredibilmente buono

Primo: Sono un tedesco, scusate il mio cattivo Italiano! Questo appartamento offre tutti i comfort. La vista è incredibile bella! La cucina esterna è top! Il proprietario Enzo è molto gentile e simpatico. Anche sua madre si prende cura degli ospiti e li vizia. Posso solo raccomandare questo appartamento incondizionatamente! Quindi, vieni e divertiti qui!

Una settimana rilassante

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana presso questa struttura. E' un po' lontana dalla spiaggia ma in compenso è molto tranquilla e ha un terrazzo da cui si gode una vista stupenda. Noi abbiamo ovviato con il noleggio di un'auto che ci ha permesso di muoverci agevolmente per tutta l'isola. La casa è confortevole, con due camere e un soggiorno dotati di aria condizionata, la dotazione di suppellettili è essenziale ma sufficiente e in gran parte nuova. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Raccomandata per chi vuole stare tranquillo
