Sleeps 10 + cot or z bed 5 bedroom new, luxury villa with private pool. Only 500 meters from Coelha beach, which has an excellent beach bar restaurant. One of the few new builds so close to the beach. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, in a private gated development of 5 other similar villas.
Furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout. Top quality furnishing.Unique domed brick living room.Modern clean lines.Suitable for mature groups and families.

Pool heating 250 euros cots 25 .Extras to be paid in cash on arrival together with a cash security deposit of 300 WIFI free.Check in is between 3pm and 10pm.Arrivals after 10pm will be charged out of hours fee of 50 euros to be paid on arrival.
BAGGAGE SAVING: Every guest will receive a pool towel for duration of their holiday and there is a hairdryer 'Changeover day is Friday only, but outside the peak season, we are flexible with duration of stay, prices and changeover day. Amazing villa!

We have just returned home from a week at this amazing villa. It’s in a great location, close to restaurants and the beach. Anywhere else we visited was only a short taxi ride away. The villa had everything we needed and really is beautiful. Communication before and during our stay with Tracy & Manfred was so helpful. We will definitely be returning!

60 th birthday fortnight

This property is fantastic. .Tracey and Manfred were very pleasant and tried to help where any issues arose . It has a fantastic feel to it .It is about 10 minute walk to Coelho beach-though we preferred San Rafael -2 mins in the car . It is a short walk to 2 excellent restaurants and maybe 4 mins in the car to a very good local supermarket . We had adult children with us and separately family friends of a similar age . Highly recommended .

October half term family break

Well appointed spacious villa, private and secure. The option of the heated pool in October really added to our enjoyment. The kids loved it (and so did the adults!) swimming every day despite some rainy spells. Manfred was a great host and recommended a couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Being so close to the local beach and beach bar was also very handy as we had 4 children between 3 and 8 years and they all coped easily with the walk. Would definitely recommend!

Great trip

We had an excellent stay and Manfred and Tracy are great hosts. I don’t think the pictures do the Villa justice and it is much better. Location is great and an easy walk to the beach, with many great restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend Oasis Villas to others and would love to return

Fantastic for a family getaway

We had a really lovely stay at the villa. The property is delightful, with a really nice layout, plenty of space for both congregating and for disappearing when you need a little time to yourself. The pool and outdoor area is spacious enough for a large family to really enjoy themselves. Tracy and Manfred's hospitality was great, personally greeting us when we arrived, and then checking in a couple of times during our stay. The location is perfect - close to the beach and a number of excellent restaurants, but also a little out of town, so quiet and relaxed. We'd definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Una semana estupenda

La casa es maravillosa. Fuimos una familia de 10 personas a esta casa y la experiencia fue estupenda. La casa es muy cómoda y espaciosa. El jardín y la zona de la piscina muy agradables. Tracy y Manfred siempre disponibles. Si podemos, volveremos!

4 Couples in the Algarve

Great place to relax and recharge. The house is wonderful with all the amenities needed. Grocery store is a 2 minute drive.The beach is a 5-10 minute walk with a restaurant right on it. The pool area was wonderful. Manfred was great to deal with and very helpful. Would strongly recommend.

Paradise

Amazing villa , plenty of room for our large family of 11. Pool was an absolute hit with everyone. The lovely beach only a short 10 minute stroll. Plenty of very nice restaurants nearby. Manfred and Antonio (the local taxi man) were very helpful too. Would definitely go back again !!!!
