Free use of the swimming pool from mid June to mid September. A strategic arrangement to sea, spas, mountains, shopping at the Fort where the Sunday market is an absolute cult, a base for visiting the marble quarries of Carrara, to buy the Lard, Pietrasanta, the Versilia, Viareggio: all unmissable Tuscany! A step away from the excitement and nightlife of Versilia, but also from the private clinic of St. Camillo Victoria Apuan Pediatric Hospital and Pasquinucci Mass. The apartment located on two levels consists of two bathrooms, bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, electric oven, microwave, freezer, tv, dvd, dvx. Total beds 4 + 2, as in the living room there is a sofa bed. Nice, comfortable and functional.
