The apartment is located in a quiet street in the fashionable district of Palermo Viejo between the vibrant areas of "Soho" and "Hollywood" which have become famous for fashion, design, boutique shops, restaurants and cafe culture. It is located close to the new "Distrito Arcos", a US$ 40 million development of boutique shops, restaurants with a focus on gastronomy, design and culture together with a planned cinema complex and stage for the performing arts. Palermo parks, botanical gardens, zoological gardens, polo club and horse-racing are just a short walk away.

The Local Area
Buenos Aires has a temperate climate with average temperatures ranging from 94F (35C) in January to 50F (10C) in July.
The Winter is short and lasts June to August, although most days are still sunny. It is famous for the fine food, wines, fashion, friendly people and of course, Tango!
Uruguay is only one hour by boat from Buenos Aires making for an easy day or weekend trip, and the beaches of Mar del Plata, Punta del Este and Brazil are only a short hop.

Located only 10 minutes by subway from the heart of the city, Palermo Viejo has hundreds of unique boutiques, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in quiet tree-lined streets making it an ideal base from which to explore this vibrant city.
With the domestic airport only a short taxi-ride away, Palermo is also a great base from which to explore Argentinas diverse and fascinating regions from Iguazzu Falls, the Andean Northwest, Mendoza and the wine regions, Patagonia with its lakes, mountains and glaciers and Tierra del Fuego.
