An apartment on the ground floor of the building which contains two bedrooms, a bathroom, very spacious living / dining room and a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The apartment is equipped with WIFI and has a private terrace. There is air conditioning and heating in both bedrooms and in the living room and has ceiling fans only in the living room. There is a lift to the community pool and from there, there are some steps down to the beach.
