CYPRUS - AYIA THEKLA near AYIA NAPA
A luxuriously furnished and fitted holiday villa very close to the secluded 'Sirens' beach or busier pretty 'Ayia Thekla' beach. Large private pool, jacuzzi/hot tub, free Wifi, English android television system, full air-conditioning. Set up and fully equipped for up to six to holiday in style. Fully refurbished, decorated and well fitted throughout.

First floor - large master bedroom with shower ensuite plus two additional twin bedrooms and family bathroom. All bedrooms have ample storage, hanging and dressing facilities and full-size hair dryer.

Ground floor - ***RECENT ADDITION*** Optional large master bedroom with ensuite shower room, french doors opening directly onto decking area and poolside. ADD £395.00 to listed weekly price. If not needed this room is locked off and not used by anybody else during your stay. We can also provide (our own) travel cot/mattress, high chair and stair gate for the 'little ones'.

Lounge, dining area, separate snug/tv room and ground floor cloakroom. Well equipped, refitted kitchen with fully integrated oven, gas hob, extractor, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Ample crockery, cutlery and cookware for eight guests. All bedding, linens, bathroom towels, pool towels etc provided.

Good-size secluded, sunny garden with ample space to chill-out by the pool with family/friends or find a shady, quiet spot for some personal ‘down time’.

Large, private pool – non-slip step entry and handrail, pool shower, large gas barbeque (gas provided), large, garden dining table and eight chairs, eight sunbeds, ample parasols. Covered, well lit decking area with corner ‘lounging’ suite and coffee table (perfect for chilling out, day or evening).

Located at the end of a tranquil cul-de-sac of just eight villas, approximately eight-minute drive (or bus journey) from the centre of lively, cosmopolitan Ayia Napa.

‘Welcome’ pack for your arrival, includes all the basics plus the very important cold drinks waiting in the garden fridge, so you can start your holiday, on arrival!

Relaxing accommodation

Well thought out and decorated accommodation. Perfect for us to relax at or as a base for days out. Lovely hosts and house manager. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful villa!

We stayed here for a week with our 2 teenaged sons and we all absolutely loved it! The villa is very comfortable, with everything we needed, and in a nice, quiet location. We spent most of our time relaxing in the pool or jacuzzi, but Ayia Napa was no more than a 10 minute drive away. Communication from the owners was great and Wendy, who called in to check everything was ok when we arrived, was really helpful, with info about local restaurants and places to go.

Beautiful villa for relaxing

Nice heated pool (30 degrees) which was nice mid may and also for the evening, plus jacuzzi of 35 degrees. Terrace with lounger area and big table for up to 8 people. Easy communication with manager via WhatsApp- we didn't need it though, because everything was perfect. Small supermarket 5 minute walk and beach also at 5 minutes. We can only recommend it

Van top tot teen, perfect! We hebben zo ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. De villa was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het verwarmd zwembad was heerlijk. Het was er fijn rustig. Echt een geweldige week gehad!

Amazing villa

The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Its very spacious, clean and comfortable. You can walk to the beach and slightly further along is a brand new marina being built, which has restaurants and coffee shop. The owners of the Villa were great and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. They give you all the information you would need. Wendy the villa Manager visited us twice to make sure we have everything we needed, she also brought my son an Easter gift, which was very sweet of her. I cannot recommend this villa enough and hope to go back next year.

Great villa very nicely presented.

We had a great time at the villa. Everything was as advertised in the listing with no issues at all. We had great communication before check in. Hopefully be back to Cyprus and the villa for another holiday in the future.

Beautiful villa - well equipped home from home

The villa was fantastic - very well equipped- we loved the hot tub and the pool - the whole outside area is lovely. We did quite a few family meals in - we had all the crockery/ pans / appliances we could possibly need and used the quality gas BBQ extensively. Beds were all super comfy and a high quality travel cot was provided for our 18 month old. We visited just before the season properly started and it was a little cooler so the heated pool and hot tub were a god send. The pool only gets a little warmer when the nights are cold as there is not a cover but it’s enough to make it usable and the kids were happy in it. Fantastic communication from the hosts, so everything was as expected or better. The local area was a little quiet as it had not fully opened up yet, but just slightly further afield was great - Nissi beach, landa beach were amazing- great for the kids. (We had a car but sometimes left it at the beach after a few drinks and ran to collect it in the morning) Would definitely visit again.

Completely disappointment

House was completely disappointment. When I was booking this house I was looking for house close to beach with private pool and hot tub. I did not want to spend time driving to the beach and wanted to relax in pool and hot tub. Guess what. I did not get any of this. Hot tub did not work it was cold and they wanted to say it broke when we turn it on. Really ? We turned on by instructions they left and simply did not work. I called manager and she told us she will send someone to fix. They did not fix it they said they needed part which would come on Wednesday and we were leaving on Thursday. Interesting isn’t it? Owner sent manager to give me 50 sterling pounds which is 69 dollars for refund of hot tub not working. 69 dollars for my ruined vacation which I paid thousand and thousand dollars. You gonna be kidding me I thought that but I did not say anything. I would never rent house if I knew hot tub was not working. Pool supposed to be heated but guess what it was not. Their explanation was that it is too hot outside for heated pool. For comparison I went last year in same time of the year with same weather to the house in the Myrtle Beach SC ( which is twice time bigger that this one and same cost) and pool temperature was 100 F and hot tub was working. Beach ! That what you see is on the picture is not beach. That was completely misleading. It is very dangerous there and it is not possible to swim so we had to drive to the other beaches. Thanks God I rented two cars so we were able to do that. If you want to take taxi it would be 15 euros in one way and beach sit is 6 euros. If you leave the beach they rent your sit immediately to someone else so you have to pay again. I rented house which should have all accommodations that I don’t need to waste my time on all of this . Unfortunately I did not have what I paid for. Coming there was awful due to so confusing address manager wrote on instruction they sent us. We asked so many taxi drivers and they did not know where is that address. Even her husband said when he came to help us that was confusing. We spent three hours in the car trying to find a house with 5 year old kid with car sickness. That was awful. Let we move on other things. House on the pictures look much bigger but it is not really that big. It was clean except marks of fingers on the kitchen elements and something black was coming out of that white chairs. We wanted to use grill but we gave up because it was so dirty. Before I

Great house and location

Nice house in good location, not too busy but still not in the middle of nowhere. Only thing that could be improved is the WiFi, with almost no signal outside and on the upper floor.

Beautiful villa

Villa was amazing from start to finish. Drinks and basics in the fridge ready for us to start our holiday. The villa was so modern and had everything you could imagine. Pool was amazing and hot tub was even better. Basic shop and bar was only a 2 minute walk round the corner very handy, and was only a 10 minute drive into Ayia Napa. The villa is so well situated if you want a nice quiet holiday but the option is there to go to the busy Ayia Napa. No one wanted to leave which is a sign you’ve had an amazing holiday. We hope to come back to this villa in the future as it’s just so amazing. Thanks again ☺️.

Wonderful Wonderful

Love this house, clean spacious very well equipped and so quiet. Could not ask for better, Pat has been very helpful as was Wendy who popped in to check we were settled. Lovely pool, lovely house. WiFi was essential as the day we traveled out was the day our son lost his Job with Thomas Cook going under so job applications were made while on holiday. Plenty of sun beds, parasols and towels. Minor niggle with the hot tub tripping the electrics so did not get to use that. Booking for 2020 and 2021 for sure.

Fantastic Villa & Location

From the moment we booked we received excellent communication from Pat & Rich. The villa was easy to find and is in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything was exactly as described and we had no complaints or issues, and had an excellent stay. We had hired a car and Ayia Napa centre is but a 10 min drive away. Lovely location with plenty of restaurants close by and also the Water Park. Can highly recommend this villa to anyone, you won't be disappointed!

Wunderschöne Villa mit schönem Pool/Whirlpool

Die Villa wird top in Schuss gehalten und ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Töpen etc., sogar einen Wein und ein Paar Getränke gab es als Gastgeschenk. Es ist alles sehr nett und stimmig eingerichtet und wir hatten 3 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung...1SZ kann man wohl noch zubuchen. Der Pool hatte immer so um die 28 Grad und der Whirlpool war relaxt zu späterer Stunde. Um die Ecke gibt es denn Zafira Supermarkt, wo man alles kriegt, halt etwas teurer als Lidl und Co, die ca 10km weg sind. Es gibt tolle Strände so ca . 2-4 km entfernt...am Besten gefallen hat uns Makronissos, Landa und auch Nissi Beach. Cavo Grecko ist toll zum wandern an der Küste entlang und zum Sea Caves anschauen. In Postamos (2km) unbedingt in das Fischresto Dimitrion, ist super lekker und direkt am Meer, dir Kinder können dort toll am Strand spielen. Also die Lage der Villa ist echt super, es gab allgemein nichts auszusetzen, im Gegenteil...von uns (2Erw., 2 Kids 6&9) gibt es 5 Sterne.

Fabulous villa with a great location

The villa was very well equipped, spacious, clean and comfortable. A great stay for a family with children as the Waterpark is a 5 minute drive. The owners Pat and Rich have been extremely accommodating and Wendy was very helpful. We were welcomed with a nice supply of fresh produce and drinks. We would highly recommend and we will be back maybe next year.

Superb! Amazing! Relaxing!

Arrived late in the evening the pool area even in the dark was stunning!! Lit up and so peaceful.! The villa was spotless and the owners had thought of everything. Perfect location to chill out with a 5 minute drive to bars and restaurants. Will definitely book this villa again!

We do holiday in other countries but always look forward to landing in Larnaca - it is just like 'coming home'.

Why they chose this property

Like most folk we want the best of both worlds - so when we decided to buy a holiday home in the sun, Ayia Thekla it had to be. The area is calm, peaceful but very central. Less than 30 minutes from the airport, a mere 10 minute drive into busy, cosmopolitan Ayia Napa and just a couple of minutes to the motorway (junction 68).

Here, in late 2015, we found our ideal property and so "The Villa" was born. Very close to the local beach, supermarket and bar. Spacious, three bedrooms, (with an optional 4th master bedroom and ensuite - £395.00 per week) a larger than average garden and the oh so important private pool!

* 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and bar, 10 minute walk to Nissaki beach bar and restaurant at Ayia Thekla beach, or Carribean style Bar Narisa on the very local Sirens beach.
* 10-12 minute stroll takes you to the brand new Ayia Napa Marina (actually in Ayia Thekla) shope, bars, restauranrs, coffee shop, ice-cream parlour and more.
