The house is 500 meters away from the beautiful beach of Geremeas, a fresh house surrounded by greenery, suitable for families with children, romantic for young couples.
Renovated and furnished in January 2018, all brand new (beds and mattresses, wardrobes and bedside tables, kitchen and fridge and washing machine).
It can accommodate up to 4 people, it is composed of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with shower.

Amazing vacation

We really enjoyed the beach in Geremeas. It is a 10 minutes walk from the house. But you can also reach other beautiful beaches near Villasimius (Giunco or Costa del Rei) by car. Amsicora is a great host who answered all our questions very quickly and also gave us great tips for excutions. We also really liked the house and the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is air conditioning and an outdoor shower, to name just a few plus points. The garden offers plenty of shady spots, so you can relax there even on hot days. There are several seating areas and sun loungers.

Perfect family holiday home

A lovely, comfortable and newly refurbished holiday home very close to te beautiful beach of Geremeas. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by Ilaria and her husband and were shown around the property and the surrounding area. The house was very clean and all doors and windows have moschito nets although we didn’t see any of them around. Kitchen is fully equipped of all sorts of tools and has air conditioning. The WiFi is fast and works very well even if you are sitting outside in the garden. We had an issue with it when it stopped working after few days but the owner, Amsicora, managed to resolve the issue very quickly with the provider and all was risolved in 24hrs. The matress were very comfortable which is a great thing and everything in the house works perfectly. A very nice outdoor space with an outside shower and sink. My 3yrs old daughter was so happy to find plenty of toys to play with (especially the bowling set). All the necessary stuff for the beach were available such as parasol, and beach foldable chairs ... so really nothing was missing. There are 3 bicycles as well. Hiring a car is paramount and only few minutes drive (in Torre delle Stelle) there is a supermarket which has absolutely everything you can think of, a fish mongers, a bar and very nice restaurant and a cash point. It has been a pleasure to meet Amsicora who is extremely kind and helpful. Neighbours but all the locals as well were incredibly friendly. Within 45 min drive there are several beaches the are literally breathtaking. We had an amazing holiday in a lovely property and location and we will definitely recommend it. Thank you Amsicora and hope to be back soon in Geremeas.

Hübsches gepflegtes Haus zum entspannen.

Nah am Meer gelegenes Haus. Der Strand ist sehr schön, der Weg dauert zu Fuß ca 10-12 Minuten. Der Garten des Hauses war gepflegt und auch sonst war alles sauber und hat funktioniert. Die Matratzen waren gut und bequem. Was man wissen sollte, die Hauptstraße ist morgens früh schon zu hören wenn Motorradfahrer vorbeifahren. Hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört.

superschönes Ferienhäuschen

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Tolles Häuschen auf einem abgeschlossen, ca 600 qm² grossem Grundstück. Der kurze Weg zum schönen Strand ist bequem zu laufen. Wenn man dann doch etwas Trubel möchte, sollte man nach Villasimius fahren. Der Vermieter Amiscora ist sehr freundlich und hilft gern, bzw. gibt Tipps. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub.

Villetta completamente ristrutturata e un'accoglienza perfetta

Casetta splendida in un residence con molto verde e adiacente al mare. La villetta è stata recentemente ristrutturata ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Vi è anche molto spazio all'esterno dove il giardino offre un comodo posteggio e tanto spazio per barbecue, prendere il sole, etc.. Migliorano la comodità del soggiorno all'esterno varie sdraio, sedie e una rilassante amaca. All'interno la cucina è attrezzatissima, dotata di forno, microonde, e piano cottura efficientissimo, le camere da letto hanno materassi nuovi e comodissimi. Tutte le stanze dotate di zanzariere anche se nel nostro caso non sono state necessarie. La zona è molto tranquilla vicina sia a Villasimius che Cagliari e la spiaggia del residence è poco affollata e dal mare cristallino. Gentilissimo il proprietario che ha curato tutti i dettagli per farci soggiornare nel migliore dei modi (frigo fornito di bevande all'arrivo, materiale informativo, wi-fi,...). Veramente una splendida vacanza!

Relax al mare

Casa dotata di tutti i confort, appena ristrutturata, completamente indipendente, grande giardino che consente molta privacy..bellissimo il porticato che abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo per le nostre cene fuori. Cucina attrezzatissima, dotata di forno, microonde, e piano cottura efficentissimo, camera da letto con materassi nuovi e comodissimi. La casa dista circa 500metri dalla bellissima spiaggia di Geremeas, tranne il sabato e domenica mai affollata, comunque se si vuole rimanere incantati basta prendere la macchina ed a 20 minuti ci sono tutte le spiagge di Villasimius e Costa Rei, le più belle di tutto il sud della Sardegna secondo me. Il residence in cui si trova la villetta è molto tranquillo e se ci si vuole riposare è perfetto, mai rumori molesti grande silenzio. Peccato che all’interno manchi il Market, sarebbe utile e pratico quando non si vuole prendere la macchina. Il proprietario della casa è gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni genere di richiesta, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare il frigorifero con birra, acqua e succhi freschi, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Credo che torneremo sicuramente...a presto Roberto ed Amsicora! Grazie di tutto!

Erholung in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten im Juni einen sehr erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub in Geremeas Due. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet und sehr sauber, für die Kinder (3 und 6 J.) gab es sogar ein bisschen Strandspielzeug. Im Garten lässt es sich auch über Mittag gut im Schatten aushalten. Der Vermieter Amsicora ist wirklich nett und war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn es irgendein Problem oder eine Frage gab. Zum Strand läuft man (mit zwei kleineren Kindern und Gepäck) etwa 10 Minuten, es sind etwa 800m einfache Strecke. Dieser ist werktags und in der Vorsaison nicht zu überlaufen und sehr kinderfreundlich. Für alles andere braucht man ein Auto, dann sind noch viele weitere wunderschöne Strände ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Damit sich der Aufwand lohnt kann man am besten alle paar Tage einen Großeinkauf planen, z.B. auf Wochenmärkten in der Umgebung (Villasimius oder Cagliari), auch in Quartu Sant'Elena kann man einkaufen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft für Familien weiterempfehlen!

Erholsame Ferien in schöner Feriensiedlung unweit des Meeres

Geremeas 2 ist eine gepflegte und ruhige Ferienanlage. Das Haus von Amsicora ist komplett umgeben von hohen Oleanderbüschen und verfügt über einige schattenspendende Bäume, sodass man es auch bei sehr hohen Temperaturen gut und ungestört im Garten aushalten kann. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr schön, er führt teilweise durch einen Wald aus Platanen, Schilf und Palmen und der Strand ist für Jung und Alt gut geeignet. Mit dem Auto kann man auch andere Strände (z.Bsp. an der Costa Rei, ca. 30 Min Fahrt) gut erreichen. Das Haus war absolut sauber, die Einrichtung einfach aber ausreichend, alles was man braucht ist da. Sehr angenehm auch, dass das Haus erst vor kurzem saniert wurde und alles neu ist. Das Bett hat eine bequeme Matratze, nicht zu weich. Amsicora hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war immer für gute Tipps erreichbar. Auf dem Weg vom Flughafen würden wir empfehlen einen großen Einkauf zu machen, denn direkt vor Ort gibt es keinen Supermarkt. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist in Villasimius, näher ist der in Torre delle Stelle, dieser ist jedoch auch nicht ganz billig und eher überschaubar. Familie mit 2 Kindern, 7 Jahre und 18 Monate alt
