Broadmoor Area / Cheyenne Canon beautifully furnished NEW cottage - . 2 bedroom / 2 bath -- in floor radiant heat. Fully equipped kitchen, granite counters,stainless steel appliances. Great room has a vaulted ceiling w/ skylights, beautiful hardwood floors, gas fireplace,and french doors to covered patio with gas BBQ opening to landscaped yard. Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with beams. Master bedroom has king bed and views to the west. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and large window as well. Master bath has double sinks, large shower and heated floor. 2nd bath has tub/shower and heated floor. Desk area with excellent natural light. Washer and dryer. Free WIFI.

Easy access to Penrose and Memorial Hospitals, downtown Colorado Springs, Fort Carson, NORAD -- all military bases.

Walk to the Broadmoor hotel for drinks and dinner. Or walk out the door to limitless hiking and biking trails.

Comfortable, elegant and charming. You can hear the sounds of the bells ringing at the Shrine. Cheyenne Creek is across the street and you can hear the water out the master bedroom window.

Perfect little cottage

This cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay while I was attending a conference at the nearby Broadmoor. The location is excellent and in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Laura was extremely accomodating and helpful. We enjoyed the pleasant weather and watching the deer that came to visit on the patio. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Colorado Springs!

If you’ve spent time In the springs you’ll know why the location is is perfect,if it’s your first time in the springs you’ll quickly understand why its locations is perfect. Outstanding accommodations the host is amazing!😉😀👍.

Great Cottage, Gracious Owner

The cottage was perfect for our needs in a quiet neighborhood but near everything we needed. The owner lives next door and was very gracious. She offered us her garage to park our motorcycles out of the rain. We highly recommend this quaint two bedroom cottage.

An updated cottage right next door to the owner. Great layout and just the right size. You have your own beautiful backyard and it is well stocked and tastefully furnished. The location is on a quiet shaded street in the Broadmoor area. You will love your stay here in The Springs!!

Winter in Colorado Springs

We thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay in Colorado Springs. Laura was an awesome host and was always available when questions were asked. This property was everything we could ask for, was beautifully maintained and the location was near the Broadmoor, North Cheyenne Canon Park and Old Colorado City. This Cottage is definitely a hidden gem and look forward to coming back.

Perfection

Stayed here for a conference at the Broadmoor, which was a little under a mile walk/bike ride away. Laura was attentive, kind, and helpful and she made us feel so comfortable. The house was absolutely what I was looking for, and I will definitely stay here again for future conferences or family visits. The beds were comfortable, basic amenities present, lovely location. Highly recommend!

The owner was was outstanding to work with. We felt so welcome, like we were old friends coming back to say hi. The house is perfect, relaxing, functional, and in a perfect location. Watching the snow from the back patio was so peaceful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean, well designed, and the beds were great. We were greeted by a family member daily, usually with his tail wagging and carrying a ball. The local deer would also stop by almost daily. :) We plan on staying again at the earliest opportunity!

nice cottage

The house and yard were great. We came home and turned on the heat and TWO carbon monoxide detectors went off. We shut off the heat , opened the windows and called the owner. She had a plumber come the next day. We did not sleep well that night. I think it would have been better for the plumber to come that night. Also the note said to park in the second garage. When I used the garage door opener left for us a car was in the garage?

Comfy Cottage

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and had a very nice experience. The hostess is responsive and thoughtful and even brought over a bottle of Prosecco. The cottage is located in a great location to get to all the local activities, sights, hiking and restaurants. The street is quiet and popular with deer as we saw many. We walked to the Broadmoor resort and Stratton Open Spaces. I was able to prepare a holiday meal as the kitchen is well equipped and clean. The desk and good wifi was great for those who needed to work. There is plenty of closet space and drawers as well as comfy seating for all. The only thing I would mention is the dog hair in the cottage even though no pets are allowed and the hot water got cold too quickly or was limited. Over all we would recommend and would stay again.

Totally excellent Cottage !

At our age we have stayed in many cottages and houses through VRBO. This is one of the best !!! This cottage made us feel like we were home. Totally comfortable , very clean, organized and comfortable !! We do not like to eat out much so cooking was very important to me. Laura , has done an absolutely wonderful job of outfitting the kitchen with everything that you need to cook good meals ! We wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this cottage!!!

Easy to get to all of the places to see - Manitou Springs, Garden of the Codes, Old Downtown, etc. Everything you need in the cottage.
