About this property

Under new Management! Location, Location!! This is a quaint one bedroom one bath, is just 1/2 block to the beach & boardwalk. Ground floor makes for easy access. It is best described as 'Laid back casual', "Flip-flops & T-shirt living" , we're not "frills", just FUN!! We hope you'll enjoy a stay at our fun, frivolous, no frills, down to earth, beach 1 bedroom efficiency apartment at the Jersey Shore in Wildwood, NJ. Full efficiency kitchen, A/C & one free street parking spot round out all that's needed for a vacation to remember at the Jersey shore. We are not a considered a hotel or Bed and Breakfast, so some things to consider is that we do not provide sheets, pillow cases, towels (unless requested for an additional amount) or disposables/consumables. We do provide pillows, blankets and mattress covers. The bedroom has one double size bed and there is a pull out couch and lets out to a Queen bed in the living room. The convenience of a 1/2 block to the beach is great, and since we're two blocks from Wildwood Crest (the quiet side of the island) you still get easy access to the boardwalk without the constant lights and all night noise!

We offer seasonal peak and off season, monthly, full and partial weeks on a first come, first served basis, so pick your dates and get ready for some fun!! Cheers!!!

Fantastic Wildwood weekend

Had an amazing time. The property is perfect for two people and very close to the boardwalk. We’ll be renting here again in the future.

Best vrbo

The property is super close to the beach and there is restaurants and bars all around. A great place to stay and great renters as well! The place is small but if it’s just 2 people it’s perfect. Definitely will reconsider coming back.

Modern and Clean!

We went down for my daughter's Soccer Tournament last week and the place was so cute, and very clean. We were able to cook on the stove, there was also a grill there if needed. Bed was super comfortable and access to the manager was almost instant when needed/had questions. We will definitely be returning to this location. It is at the beginning of the boardwalk- we bought day passes for the tram car so we could use that for transportation to the rides a few blocks up. The tram car store was up the block from the location, we were just a block from the boardwalk.

GETS the job done

Nice quiet area.

nice quiet area. close to the beach but a walk to get to the shops and piers which didnt bother us. bed was small only big enough for myself and my 3 year old daughter. husband had to sleep on the futon in the living room. but we made do for the amount of time we were there. small but enough for a family of 3. overall it wasn't a bad place to stay.

Great location, reasonably priced!

This one bedroom was very small (as anticipated) however did the trick perfectly for us! We were a quick walk to the beach and board walk as well as shops, pubs and attractions. Be advised the parking is not idea, even with a small car it was still a squeeze however this didn't slow us down any. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Just enough

I had a wonderful time on my short vacation in wildwood. I came alone with my big dog. The place was just the right size for me, but a couple, or a small family could be comfortable there too. I had what I needed to cook decent meals. I was very happy I could enjoy this vacation with my dog. People around us were friendly to me and my dog. The new improved wildwood dog beach was great!

Fantastic beach week!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is small, but with a/c and wifi it was perfect for our needs. Loved the front porch seating area, and most of all how close it is to the beach! We will definitely be planning more trips to Wildwood!

Nice, quiet location

Clean, inexpensive, good location

As Adverstised - No frills convenience, and perfectly adequate, comfortable accommodations

The description of the property, and the accommodations is accurate. Both bed and futon were comfy and easy to sleep on, which is saying something for me. Property owner was very accessible and very responsive. I'm sure it would have been much more enjoyable, and very convenient for summer season beach going. We made a mistake going off-season, in April. We also brought the dog, which was a mistake because there is really no-place outside the rental property that was happy to see our dog. Go in summer, and leave the pets home !!

it was everything it advertised.

being less than a block from the beach, it was great! it was clean and comfortable. the local was perfect. the property owners were great with communications, making the entire process trouble free. would def do it again. btw, my dogs loved it too.

Feel like home while being away from it.

Nice and clean apartment very close to the beach. Just a small walk away from everything. Ideal for young families as you have a direct access to the apartment for stollers. Good price. Private parking. A more relax environment than hotel/motel. Owners want to make sure we enjoy our stay, we did, and will come back in a few years.

disappointed, though the location is excellent.

The outside area of the small Apartment was infested with flies from the nearby garbage which was uncovered. The outside metal furniture was 50+ year old rusted stuff with dirty pillows etc. On the whole disappointed. Rick

Great stay

Very clean. Property owner was upgrading and improving throughout the week. Responded by text immediately. Wil Fi a bit weak when many guests are using phones. Half a block from boardwalk and beach. Would recommend to family and friends.
