With an area of three times 100m² + terraces + balconies + roof terrace + garden, it is an exceptional residence for those who love space. Four spacious rooms for two persons with lavatory, balcony and access to the roof terrace. Two bathrooms with together three showers and a bath. Fully equipped kitchen, complete with vitro-ceramic stove, microwave, dishwasher, even croque-monsieur appliance etc. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Charcoal barbecue. Folders and travel guides, sheets, towels and household items are available. The location of the house is very interesting. Near the A23 motorway, all destinations from Porto to Lisbon are possible as day trips. The house is located 200m from the Tagus River, making it possible to swim, also very safe for children, and even fishing possibilities in the surrounding area.
