About this property

Located on Thomas Drive near St. Andrews Park, Pelican Walk is a family-friendly complex that is right on the beach! The condo has one bedroom and two full baths. We are located on the third floor with a great view of the beach that overlooks one of the swimming pools. There is a king size bed and private bath located off of the bedroom. The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa. Both the bedroom and living room have flat screen televisions. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. A laundry room is located off of the kitchen and has a stacked washer and dryer.
The complex offers two swimming pools; one of which is seasonally heated, sauna, heated spa, tennis courts, shuffle board, pool table, racket ball court, grill area near the pool, and beautiful sunsets! We are just minutes away from golf courses, fishing, amusements parks, putt putt, area’s best restaurants, and just a short drive from the famous Pier Park.

This is also a great location for snow birds. Activities are held almost daily in the party room.

Cute condo

Accurate pictures on website. We had a nice stay but the weather was windy and chilly. Would stay at this condo again in April or May.

Great stay

Second time staying at pelican walk condos, first time at this unit. The location, condo and unit is all great. It's away from the all the traffic! The unit is located on the 3rd floor which is very convenient so we didn't need to always wait on an elevator! The onlg thing is i wish there was beach chairs/umbrella and toys available to use so we ended up viying and bringing our own.

Very nice family get together.

Condo just as advertised. Clean and ready before time was very nice to be able to unload our stuff early and start our fun time. Convenience to eating and beach. Two great pools, a rec room for playing pool, a hot tub with a sauna. Self check in great. All our family had a wonderful time. I will definitely return to this wonderful place.

Baby moon getaway

Very clean and cozy condo. Plenty of room for my husband and I for our baby moon. Convenient with a washer and dryer and dishwasher so you could cook the whole time if you wanted. Comfortable king size bed.

Anniversary getaway

We went for our 42nd anniversary. We really loved the place and the location. Only thing I could think that’ll I did was take the sheets off the next day and wash them cause they itched me from what felt like sand. We dusted our feet off before we got in and still felt gritty. After that we slept great on the bed which usually never happens cause it’s not home. Overall I would still say it was a10/10z would recommend to anyone. Wish the palm tree didn’t block part of the view tho. Can’t help that tho.

Property was clean, no ice machine on site was inconvenient, staff was friendly. Only 1 elevator was working which was terrible but thankfully we were on the 3rd floor. Overall the property was good and the condo was excellent and very clean, cute, and stocked well. Great view from balcony.

Great Time at Pelican Walk

Property was as described. Simple beach theme throughout! Was very comfortable for the both of us! Property management and staff were super friendly and very good at what they did! Owners were very nice and very accommodating! We will definitely try to rent from be them, when we we return.

Everything You Need Plus a Beautiful View

This condo is full of any amenities you’ll need. Beach themed decor and comfortably furnished. Beautiful view from the balcony and we liked having the palm tree. Have stayed on the west side of Pelican Walk many times but we enjoyed the quiet of the east side. Would definitely rent this unit again and recommend it!

Feels like coming home!

We sold our vacation home in PCB a year ago but we still love PCB as our favorite vacation spot. So when we sold we planned to visit there as often as possible. This place was right in the middle of where we liked to go and close to our old place so it just felt like coming home!

Wonderful Condo

This condo was wonderful and so clean. It had everything we could want or need. The palm tree does limit your view but it’s still a beautiful balcony. Master bed was comfortable however the bed frame squeaks every time you move. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning to this condo in the future!
