Our beautiful apartment is cleaned thoroughly before and after every stay. We take all reasonable precautions to comply with all up to date requirements. All we ask is that you strip the beds and put the sheets and pillow cases and towels by the washing machine, put the rubbish in the bins at the end of the road and wash up and put washing up away.
Set in an ideal spot between the Port and Arenal area of Javea our first floor apartment boasts both sea and mountain views with private gated parking.
With two bedrooms, both doubles or twins, a huge roof terrace and shared community pool it is suited both to families as well as couples wanting a quiet picturesque property for a holiday yet within walking distance - 5 minutes to the Port and around 15 minutes to the Arenal - to bars and shops and a beautiful sandy beach.
Finished to a very high standard with a roof terrace equipped with everything you would need for relaxed entertaining including the all important large fridge for cold drinks, there is a family table, chairs and an array of sun loungers as well as a shower for cooling off if it’s too far to walk 1 minute to the pool.
This year we have installed three electric awning on the roof providing much needed shade in those very hot days. This will also allow people to take advantage of eating on the terrace during the day or in the early evenings.
The terrace is a sun trap and provide beautiful views of the mountains, orange groves and sea and in the evening the stroll down the cobble paths to the sea is beautiful.
The apartment boasts air conditioning two double bedrooms with ample wardrobe space, a table seating 6 people, lounge with TV and DVD and the obligatory WiFi as well as a very well equipped kitchen with a washing machine, induction hob and Bosch electric oven as well as microwave and small fridge/freezer.
The bathroom benefits from a large walk in shower, with wash hand basin and WC as well as two mirrors and ample storage.
Our main bedroom boasts air conditioning with our second bedroom boasting a ceiling van and large windows making them very light and airy.
We do provide towels for use in the flat but would ask people to bring their own towels for the beach.
We have secure parking including an allocated parking space behind controlled gates and beautiful tendered lawns and trees within the complex.
Only 1 hour from Alicante and only slightly more from Valencia this property is ideally located served by both airports.

Access on day of arrival is 4.00 pm to allow the cleaners to thoroughly clean the property. Vacating the property is 10.00 am.
